Tried it before with Gnocchi and Racoula salad .. amazing this time with tagliatelle funghi .. just amazing. The staff too is so nice

Food: I ordered a margherita pizza where the crust looks great but the pizza was so soggy it just falls apart as you lift it. Taste was average.Atmosphere: I sat on a table by the window which was a four seater and was forced to switch to the only two seater table which was literally opposite the furnaceNot exactly a comfortable seating zone considering it’s July with a weak air conditioner and the heat from the furnace didn’t helpPrice: def overpriced for the quality of the food

I went to Hamra branch,it wasn’t a good experience at all, risotto wasn’t cooked well it was cracking under my teeth, i asked for parmesan cheese on top of the fettuccine , the waiter at the beginning told me there is extra charge i was shocked 😳 the portions and the taste wasn’t up to the price that i paid , i paid 43 $ for fettuccine, risotto and pepperoni pizza with Pepsi and orange juice.sorry to say that but I didn’t enjoy the food at all .

I used to love this place. We went today to their new place... prices are in dollars! We opted to go to another Italian joint that has lbp as currency

The best italian dishes I had in Beirut so far.I had Tomato bruschetta as starters, big size and super tasty.As main I had the Salmon Pasta with citrus and red sauce, it was delicious and very well done. The local wine could be better though.Will come back!

The service, the fresh bread, the incredible pizza, ambiance- everything! The waiters were very sweet and helpful, we visited on valentines day and it was me and my girl, they gave us a rose each and made sure everything was up to standard! we only ordered a margherita with soft drinks, and the tomato sauce and cheese were just great, perfect pizza, loved it. One last thing, the price was fair for the service and quality of food, would definitely go again to try more dishes and pizzas

And finally, I found the best Italian pizza I ever tasted in my life, i went to that place yesterday and honestly I wasnt have such a very high expectations because I always try to test myself and make my own experience without post expectations.But WHOA, this is amazing, I was really shocked how beautiful the tast and how the owner of the place was very welcoming and friendly, she is really beautiful lady running the restaurant and really knows what she is doing,The test was delicious I wished i order more than one but my budget denied haha,The pizza was 10/10, hit the perfect level hardly.I really liked it, its a real piece of Italy I even told her that I feel Im at Napoli now, this pizza made me fly to Italy in 15 minutes hahaThanks for everything

The place is in a very central place in Hamra..The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and the place looking and decorations are very Italian and cozy..specially at night with candles light..The food was really Italian cooked and looked..the pizza and the pasta both were very tasty and came in short time..You can see the pizza station inside the place..A nice experience overall..The prices are a bit higher than other street food around so you can call it fine dine place..You can have a special romantic date there will be perfect..

I have tried the spaghetti 🍝 it is ok tasty but it was a little bit hard but the restaurant and service is excellent the bread 🥖 is so fresh , indoor and outdoor available.they have bar underground 🍺. They have take delivery

How I miss this place. Appetito is my ‘go to place’ whenever I’m in Beirut. Diana runs it in a friendly and efficient manner and her staff is always polite and smiling. The food is fresh, pizza cooked openly, and is always delicious. As soon as it is safe to travel I will go back - blue cheese pizza, please!

Even though I am a big fan of this restaurant, I would like to admit that I was disappointed with my delivery order, worst experience ever... overpriced meal compared with the portion, taste and quality of the dish... I Dont know why they are lowering their standards like that... they used to do better than this

Fascinating ambience, good food and very friendly staff. I went there for lunch and the waiter helped me with my baby by providing a food chair, small plate and hot water to prepare his food. Flawless experience , loved it

The food tasted good but the portions are small and not fullfilling. I left hungry to be honest . The salmon pasta was tiny , the pasta was fresh , the salmon juicy presented in pieces. The chicken platter was tender , creamy from mushroom sauce , with a side of fresh haricots verts and sauteed potatoes . Place is very cosy for a tete a tete . The protein portion is not generous for duch prices.

A lovely place to have a cozy, delicious meal. The waiter was super helpful and we received the dishes quickly. I would have loved to have bigger portions. You have to try the mac & cheese, highly recommended!👌🏼all in all, pleasant experience.

Excellent Italian restaurant in the heart of Hamra!!! We really enjoyed our time, the food is amazing and so delicious!!! Their pana cotta and their tiramisu are authentic Italian, I have had the Italian versions and this was a delight to my senses. You find plenty of pizza and risotto all over beirut, theirs is something else.

I visited Appetito Trattoria for dinner this evening and it was a pleasurable experience as always. The ambiance is nice and warm. The staff is very friendly. As for the food everything was really good. I loved their truffle fries, and the Gnocchi. If you are a fan of Gnocchi, I’d give theirs a try.

Loved this restaurant. My grandfather cooked his sauce in a particular way (he came to the US from Italy in the 1930’s). This is the first restaurant I have ever been in that made their red sauce like his. It was heavenly.

Salad was very good, Pasta was Ok.. a bit overpriced!

Lovely authentic restaurant, everything we ordered was good and the service was friendly. I recommend the Seafood pizza, the sun-dried tomato pizza, gnocchi and truffle mushrooms.

i have been 20 different countries and visited different rate and range restaurants and i can tell that they are too expensive. 1 simple pizza, 100 grams carpatio beef, 2 glass simple lebanese white white wine they charged 82$. Even in same street and around you can have 70% cheaper than that price. i never recommend anyone...

This review was long overdue, in a nut-shell, my favorite place in Beirut!! I only go there when I want to catch-up with family and close friends, thats how important and unique this cozy Italian restaurant means to me. The food is as authentic Italian as it gets with plenty of warmth and love put into every dish. The Pizzas are thin crusted the way i like it and if youre in the mood for pasta, then you must try the Goat cheese stuffed Ravioli with pink sauce!!! Mmmmm, yammii..

A beautiful trattoria and nice ambiance. But Arrogant woman at the welcoming and during the service.We tried the marguerita pizza, it was good.A goat cheese salad and tiramissu that were average and a risotto that was very disappointing. When we talked about it to the waitress saying that it does not taste like real risotto but like any other rice, she did not like it and responded very arrogantly "but risotto is a kind of rice", waw thanks for the info.She proposed nevertheless to change the plate.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Beirut. The staff is super friendly and helpful... ask for their recommendations and you wont regret it! Their pizza is divine, thin crunchy crust and full of flavors...the salads are fresh and delicious.. the pasta is just the way it should be... Definitely it is worth to go back..

Easily the best place in hamra. You can never go wrong with whatever you order. I recommend the squid ink risotto, that think is beyond amazing. But no matter what you order, always end your meal with the Panna Cotta.
