We had a vegan pumpkin coco/mango & maple syrup pancake , and a toast with salmon/poached egg. It was great! The pancake texture was interesting compared to the non vegan fluffy one. Maple syrup’s flavor was hidden by the pancake’s strong taste. The egg toast was Straight to the point and tasty! Friendly staff

They ran out of normal pancakes so I ordered the vegan ones. I normally avoid vegan food and this restaurant proved why.The portion was a tiny, stodgy mess on a plate with under-ripe mango drowned in syrup. Im not sure what flavour it was supposed to be but all I could taste was cacao powder.The staff were nice enough but this was the worst breakfast Ive had in Den Haag since Ive been here. On the other hand, I didnt get to try the savoury breakfasts and these did look better.I ended up going to Bartine on Piet Heinstraat afterwards to make up for it (perfect pastries!)

Best lunch spot in The Hague. The vegan/vegarian options are so good, you don’t even need to try the ones with meat. Good portions and fast&friendly service.

The food was absolutely delicious, prices very reasonable and the staff very pleasant, smiley and friendly. The general vibe of the place is super cozy. 10/10 would recommend and I will be definitely coming back. This is the way to be running a business! 🙌🏻

I believe this should be a great place for vegans as here you may find vast variety of vegan dishes and I must admit they really look great. However I am not vegan and waffles with quesadilla we have ordered leave much to be desired. To be fair I should say that the atmosphere of this place is rather nice and for sure staff is great. To summarize, it is OK to have a cup of coffee here, but I don’t think I can add more to this.

Nice place for a brunch. I missed some egg options, but other than that, it was good. I heard that the menu changes every month, so the online one might not be accurate. I had the crunchy mushrooms, and it was good. I missed something next to it to fill you up a bit more. Staff was nice.

First of all the staff is very attentive and the place is very cozy, including the lovely black cat. We got two breakfast menu (vegan and kater one), which were good and the price-quality ratio is even better given the location. Overall a nice spot if you are not looking for something very sophisticated

One of the rarer places in The Hague which have actually amazing gluten free options!! I have to say that the quality of the service depends on the waiter, but most are very reciprocative and friendly. But overall if you are gluten free, you will be more than satisfied here!

Perfect , cozy spot for coffee or lunch. The owners are so so nice and they even have a lovely cat & dog.We will be back!

I love this place! Have been coming to it for 4 years, at some periods even on the daily basis.Food is amazing and coffee is nice and strong☕️💙Staff and the owner are friendly. It can get busy at the times for such a small team but believe me, it is worth the wait. Just be a bit patient at those moments.The cafe is pet friendly and they have a very sweet dog, and a cat.

Really bad experience. Service was absolutely terrible. The waitress was very impatient and rude. We did not get all the elements in our dish as mentioned on the menu and was told by the waitress that they were too busy in a very rude way. It was not worth the money at all and I wish we had not went there.

This place seriously needs to learn about hospitality and professionalism. In such a small place, I waited for nearly 25-30 min for the menu. They didnt bring it. Finally I went to the reception and ask for it. The person who handed the menu seems so stressed and little rude in her answer of being busy. Than I waited and waited and no body even came to ask what I want. I understand it was busy, but if you wish to run a business you need to have a good team. I can imagine this kind of unprofessionalism somewhere in the street food but in such a place its unbelievable. Or it could be possible that they want to have group of more people than one guest visiting. One important tip: Food is not the only thing which runs successful business, its also hospitality and warm welcome of any guest.

I went there two times for breakfast. I really loved the zucchini waffles with salmon and salad *****. The pita bread with hummus and pumpkin was amazing aswell. The cheese toast too. I will definitely go there again.

Perfect! Good food, original recipes, good coffee and juices, lots of veggie/vegan options, ... My niece can’t eat gluten so they just changed the recipe a bit! Definitely try the sweet potato fries, JAYZUS they are good! We paid around €30 for a full lunch with two.

We came to this place expecting they would cater to vegans because they advertise themselves as very vegan friendly on social media. But when we asked the waitress what vegan options they have (and we spoke Dutch, so language wasnt a problem), she was completely clueless and called the chef. I should add here that vegan options were not clearly marked on the menu (which might have changed in the last few months since we were there). He arrived, quickly pointed at a couple of menu items and rushed away. Needless to say, it was hard for us to get much useful information from that. When I asked what vegan desserts they had, they told me to go check at the counter. There was only one vegan item there, a very sad looking raw cookie/bar. I really wish places offering vegan food would stop resorting to raw food, especially raw desserts because theres so so much more one can do in terms of vegan cuisine. We ended up ordering a very non-spectacular wrap and two average cappuccinos and quickly finished our meal because the place was overcrowded (plus our table and chairs were wonky and seemed very unstable). Also, the staff looked disorderly, taking cigarette breaks in front of the place, and they just didnt look very clean (just like the whole place, especially the kitchen area - which is or at least was visible and you can check other reviews that attest to that). We then went to Hummus across the street and got some delicious vegan food accompanied by kind and professional staff and a very nice, clean interior.Two stars because the local cats seemed to be allowed to enter the place.

Lovely café with great coffee and tasty food options. Give the Sancocho soup a try, my absolute favourite soup in town. Cakes are delicious, too... spoiled for choice I think you call it.

A wonderful cafe with a friendly atmosphere. The service is great and the food delicious. Many locals drop by. The cafe offers some very original dishes, also for vegetarians. Highly recommended!

Such a welcoming and cosy place! I went for breakfast with my friends and I loved their pancakes. They even have great vegan options. Ill definitely come back and I totally recommend it. Its my new favourite breakfast spot in the city from now on.
