Aperitivo in Al Jizah

We came here for dinner. Food was nothing special for the price, and you had to include on top the tax and service charge (+14% + 12%). Beside this, they didn’t have many of the items in the menu (both food and drinks), including simple cocktail as Cosmopolitan.

Too expensive and they are cheating for the bill adding fake charges..

Nice place but the prices on the menu are different from the prices asked: reason: “menu not uploaded”.Then we paid a virgin piña colada supposed to be 90 Egp at 150egp..

Horrible service, super late food preparation, our friends booked an engagement outing, the place charged 600 per person, they collected the money before we have even got our service.Then, they spent more than 1.5 hour to serve us our food, not only that but also the menu is super overpriced with next to barely edible food quality, definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT GO THERE TO DINE!!!The worst dining experience Ibhave ever had! The menu is so limited, even when we accepted the fact, and ordered from the menu, the food was so bad, we could not eat it! The food came missing items on the menu, when I told the head waiter, he said "Ah sorry, thise items are unavailable"!!Even the drink, a simple wel known cocktail, the items are not available and they just decided to invent a drink with different items! When we told them, and showed them how it is done and the ingredients, they tell you, "sorry, we dont have the ingredients"Horrible experience!DONT GO THERE!!

This is a dark, somewhat creepy place within the building right next to Drinkies. Only reason for the hype seems to be the fact that, yes!, they do serve alcohol (yay!)…

Small menu & surprisingly for the 1st time ever the waiters were not up to sanitary standards

Very elegant, beautiful ambiance.Food was delicious, had a variety in the menu between sashimi, pizza, pasta, .. etcI enjoyed dressing up and going to a dinner there

Aperitivo suffers from an identity crisis. It doesn’t know what it wants to be. The staff don’t know where they are and what kind of ambiance to create. This place has huge potential, but it needs management that understands how to create an experience.

the place where i would spend all my free time. elegant classy the right place to impress the lady you invited for a dinner😉now the locations are 2 and 2 different management, aperitivo and restaurant, both elegant and classy. i tried the ristorante food and found it no so special and expensive.

I love getting dressed up and dining at aperitivo. Ive had so many lovely dinners with friends there, the servers are attentive, the food is delicious and they know how to make great cocktails! You can go there and discover what I exactly mean. Its very interesting and lovely place to go and discover weather by yourself or with your friends.

I had a terrible experience in their Sahel branch

A quaint place that is rarely uncomfortably full/crowded. The venue itself is divided into 2 parts, one with high tables and a bar while the other part is where you would be if youre having dinner or are in a large group...also has a bar. The food itself is amazing, the variety of dishes they serve might not be as wide as other places, however they make them really well...the new chef (whos been there for a couple of years nowdoes a great job and is also friendly enough to pop out of the kitchen to check if everything is ok. The liver paté is exquisite and I dont even like liver that much. Staff is attentive, quick and friendly and the crowd this place attracts is also very comfortable. Prices are relatively great compared to any other place that offers the same standard. Great for midweek visits as well so any day starting 6pm you can go...i personally prefer that over going on weekends but to each his own :PS If youre going by car then your best parking option is the garage under the bridge right in front of it...close, safe and cheap....a little smelly but oh well

Was encouraged by a friend to go there. Food was really bad and over priced. Never again! On a positive note we finished the night at the U bistro (opposite doorand had a really good time!

Their appetizers and desserts are really delicious, i tried 2 main dishes and im not a big fan unfortunately , well done stick and chicken breast in white sauce and mushroom, i like the decoration , it travels you back decades!

This place is extremely overrated. Almost no music, it is very low that you can barely hear it and even the type of music then play is very boring. Very crowded place where you can here nothing but the mumbling of everybody around you. Food menu is very limited with no varieties and doesnt cater to different tastes. Service level is mediocre and prices are very expensive.

Horrible service!!! 300 Egp min charge and I had to pick up the water bottle from the bar! Soft drink cans are hot and flat!!! Grilled Salmon was greasy and by the time they got the lemon it was dry and cold! Simply horrible

I cant write one as it took me 10 minutes waiting on the line for me to order, so hung up then another 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer, we either deliver or we dont and if we cant then best not to offer the service!

The food is great, the bar is great and the atmosphere of enjoying all of this in an apartment - italian style is a great feeling to pamper yourself but the prices are not cheap
