Confortable, el servicio no es bueno. El parqueo es muy limitado.La ultima vez la higiene fue pesima

Un tanto caro para lo que ofrece. Pequeño apartamento en el que la habitación, salón y cocina comparten espacio. Cama grande y confortable. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y parqueo seguro dentro del recinto así como seguridad. Lugar de paso.

irrazonablemente caro! el aire acondicionado no funcionaba! fontaneria en pésimo estado! al salir del hotel me quisieron colgar para reparar las cañerías, que ya estaban rotas! No recomiendo este hotel a nadie!!!!

Always stay there when i visit San Pendro

Caro como para el lugar muy caro 2500 la habitación y nadamas tienen aire y cama muy caro para pasar una noche esa noche deberia costar máximo 1500

Bello lugar, limpio y tranquilo

As far as the rooms is clean, everything works, vlose to the central part of the city, I had a issue.I brought my two kids and was charge an extra $1,000 dominican pesos because they dont accept kids, They should of been more clear about this. This issue/ missunderstanding alone with the owner of the place made me give the 3 stars. Beware make sure you ask them questions before you book or else.

I really enjoyed my two nights at this hotel. Service was great. The room I received(#5Was probably the best one. It’s on the top floor and it’s covered by foliage on the balcony so less street noise. Everything in the unit worked great and it was quite clean. The only thing to worry about was mosquitoes. Wasn’t sure where they came in from, but there were quite a few.

EXCELENTE, limpieza, tranquilidad, espacio, buen precio y comodidad son sus principales características.

Wir sind als Backpackers unterwegs und haben 2 Übernachtungen gebucht. Das Hotel liegt recht Zentral, was Ausflüge und Einkaufen einfacher gestaltet. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Arpartment, recht modern und gut ausgestattet. Die eigene Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Toaster und Mixer war super. Geschirr und Besteck waren auch zur genüge vorhanden. Tip: Spühlmittel, Putzlappen und Gewürze waren nicht vorhanden, soll aber nicht als negativ bewertet werden. Ein grosser Supermarkt ist 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Für Kurzaufenthalte super Location.

It’s decent place to stay. Make sure you really need the room because they don’t do refunds. They should be more understanding and considerate. Our apartment was having Electrical Problems for 6 days we decided to get room so our infant could have a break from the heat, 1 min after we left to pick up things to stay at the motel, the Owner of our Apartment building said we had Electricity. Went back to ask about getting a refund within 5-7 min….nope sorry we don’t do refunds…

Es un sitio muy bonito y especial pero los administradores no se hace devolución si no quiere seguir en el hotel tiene que saber manejarse con los huéspedes

BEST DEAL & LOCATIONI was so excited when I seen that we had 24/7 security. Also the shower/bath was amazing. HOT water+ Air conditioner + BED.I really enjoyed my stay the wifi was also a plus. I will definitely be going and staying here again. My 2 year old was also very happy, since the room is very spacious.

Lo bueno:La habitacion estaba limpia y comoda, el internet es muy bueno, el hotel està cerca de todo.The good things:The room was clean and comfortable, the wifi is good, the hotel is near everything.Lo malo:El baño tenia una de las ceràmicas del piso de la bañera removido, asì que salia un olor desagradable cuando uno se bañaba.Aunque pagues el total de la estadia te piden o tu documento de identificacion personal (cedula o pasaporteo 100 dolares que te devuelven al hacer check out.The bathroom has part of the bathtubs floor removed, so it has a bad smell while taking a shower.They ask for your personal ID card, or password or 100 dollars and return it back when you check out.

The maids steal and are extremely rude. My personal belongings were searched through and other things were thrown in the trash. I purchased my own cleaning supplies and toiletries that the maids took upon themselves to use. At no point in my stay was soap put in the bathroom. At one point the air conditioning stopped working and instead of just fixing it I was given a lecture about what I shouldnt do with the air conditioner that only has one button and can not be reprogrammed.

we arrived late at night the most beautiful room all very well we received the security, but in the morning, we just need to be kicked out of the room with an infinite arrogance.😡😡

Very secure and rooms are nice however parking is poor and owner is petty about anything and everything that can accidentally used within the room and refuses anyone with children bc of that. Examples: if your suitcase bumps the wall you must pay to repaint, if a blood stain is left on the bed you must pay for the mattress and bed dressing, etc. It truly feels like you are walking on eggshell and to top it off, he wont even show face but has his poorly paid staff doing all communication

I loved staying there. It was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to cook a meal. The owner was hospitable and since we spoke very little (actually noneSpanish he told us to call on him anytime we needed something.

4 star great location and secure. $$ good for a week or two $$

Los dueños te obligan a dejarles un documento identidad personal, es higiénico Hay que decirlo, es un hotel de paso normal, pero es tan caro que con lo que pagas alojamiento desayuno y cena en el mejor de Barahona, aquí solo pagas la noche y no te incluyen ni café ni agua...

Es un hotel mas parecido a una CUARTERIA pero un poco mas avanzadas, las habitaciones son londas y la higuiene bueno la higuiene esta pero.El presio es mayor a lo que ofresen, el detalle es que al pagar en Dolares o su equivalente en pesos Dominicanos sale demaciado caro.

Limpio y cómodo. Las habitaciones están en muy buen estado y están completamente equipadas con todo lo necesario. Yo podría vivir ahí sin problema.No tiene oficina de recepción sino que quien me cobró fue el mismo sereno. Se quedan con la cédula del huésped y la señora que limpia fue quien me la devolvió. No es nada, pero podría mejorar en ese sentido.

I just stayed at this hotel, very clean, nice rooms, nice bathroom. it is in the heart of town, but San Pedro is not a typical tourist town, for the price it is worth it, very safe, modern appliances, wifi a little slow, I will stay again, little noisy in the day.. good market nearby and decent cheap eat places...

Excelente Hotel, de afuera no parece bonito pero las habitaciones son muy cómodas, bien diseñadas, acogedor, una cama enorme, internet veloz y una pantalla plana, los baños son muy bonitos con gran espacio y duchas de última generación. Lo recomiendo!
