Well probably never order here again.Pizza was fine, it was alright like.However the chips we ordered were practically raw in both portions and not only that I found a metal shaving in the chips.Id luckily spotted before I went to eat the fork full.Its not tinfoil either, like a hard springy metal shaving.

The owner Chinese very very rude! They made mistakes in they pizza order when I bring it back to exchange he never exchanged was argument in very impolite way never replaced the order never pay me back for incorrect order and he grab his pizza back obviously I paid for nothing as he grab his pizza back and he just left in very rude way !!!!Very very unhappy I can’t believe we have existed service in Glanmire village.Shoooooking 🤯

Bad tasting pizza.

I never left a bad review about anyone but o my god what an absolute disgrace even hung up the phone on me

My daughter is a strict vegetarian and loves apache but twice recently her pizza contained meat. I contacted apache glanmire privately on fb messenger but never received a response hence this review.

Rudest customer service on the phone. Was told 15 minutes now waited 40 for collection.

Not great to be honest, was very poor! There was very little to no sauce on the burger after I asked for everything the chip cheese and garlic was also very poor, not near enough chips, very little garlic and no cheese!! Far too expensive!!!!

Well there was no souce in the delivery, driver is a nice guy but please next time give him some cash on hands as he didnt have any change. So I had to run to get the change.Bad experience.

Mhe, below average, lack of care, there was barely any mushroom on my pizza, they looked old and was clearly the bottom of the container, pizza had different dough thickness on every quarter.. wont order again

Update - after my review I was contacted by a Manager whom was very apologetic about the incident and advised that due to ordering via the Apache Website the orders were not advising reasonable delivery times. I was further offered a large pizza and I must be fair and say I was impressed by the Managers response and willingness to take feedback.With this in mind I have amended my review.I was not entirely happy with the service at this branch.Order was received over one hour and 30 minutes from the time of ordering.The Pizzas were luke warm and the chips were fried into oblivion and inedible, they were allowed to go cold and refried on more than one occasion.

As the other reviews suggest... this place is really lacking professionalism and people with skills (of any kind).Ordered online and wrong order came in. The team member i spoke with was unhelpful and argumentative. There best solution was to take what you got... wow.Will not be going back.

Last three months this place very poor. Waiting over 2 hours for delivery. Chicken good, pizza average and chips to be avoided.

Disgusting service. Literally received half of the food we asked for and when brought to the attention of the manager we were dismissed and ignored completely, being told that we actually received MORE than what we ordered because what we asked for wasnt actually available, despite it being advertised on the menu, and not even a phone call to inform us of this. We received: LITERALLY. HALF. OF. WHAT. WE. ORDERED. Do yourself a favor and ignore this place.

This restaurant is not capable of processing a basic order. Constantly not including items in our orders. If you call the store back to resolve the problem the supervisor/ manager will pawn you off to the store owner, whom is like speaking to a wall when it comes to complaints . For the sake of a few miles its worth dealing with the Ballyvolane branch, much better food and customer service.

Absolutely unprofessional service. Site states deliveries up to 11.30pm, yet when I phoned to order at 11.12pm, the "poor" driver was finishing. This has happened on more than one occasion and I would highly recommend that the company check their policy and staff attitude. Typical behaviour from this type of establishment

App does not work, and no one to help resolve issue as when you ring uour yold they are 2 separate entities.

Seriously if you cant take the correct phone orders then you shouldnt be on a phone. Wrong food and freezing cold. Disgraceful when you pay alot of money and no satisfaction from the so called manager!!! Never ever again zero stars

Got a takeaway here based on reviews as I was working in the area.....what a bad idea. Absolutely horrendous pizza, looked like something homemade except worse, horrible cheese and the pizza had no flavour at all. I also tried the chips with garlic mayo and cheese.....also horrible. The garlic mayo tastes nothing like garlic mayo. I think it was the worst take away food I have ever had. You have been warned....avoid this place!

Ordered on line delivery. Verbally abused at my own front door by the delivery man as the price on my online order was incorrect. Cant comment on the taste as told him to take it away. Will never order again from this place.

Awful website, awful customer service. Failed to even make a sale. Was told they were getting orders but the website wasn’t leaving orders for delivery go through. Didn’t even Offer to fix their mistake by taking my order over the phone.

Spent 28 euros on food for myself, child and wife and it was not close to value for money nor quality food.
