Takeoff point for a company offering guided ATV rides showcasing local points of interest.
Jim did a fantastic job on our tour. We were in the area on vacation and highly recommend an ATV tour if youre looking for something fun to do. Thanks Jim!
One word, AWESOME
Nice ride with Jim. I canβt wait to return to Arizona and go out again. Jim doesnβt always lead ATV tours out of Tombstone so you can go multiple days and visit different sites. Oh, bring 1-2 gallons of water. There are storage bins on the ATV to hold all of your belongings.
Jim did a great job with the ATV Tours.
Great time to get off-road and see the beautiful outdoors! Thank you Jim!!
I can not say enough about Jim and the tour he took us on. Looking forward to getting back to do it again as soon as possible. It was absolutely the best part of my trip!!See you soon Jim.
Great place to rent Atvs and enjoy Southeast Arizonas beautiful scenery .Great way to explore the desert.
Called a day before to schedule a tour. Jim was very pleasant on the phone and we scheduled meeting at 10AM the next day. We arrived and met Jim who was very friendly. I asked what we were going to see, hoping we were going to one of the sites mentioned on hist website, and he said those were longer tours than we booked. We ended up doin just under 2 hours (well short of the 2 1/2 hours plannedand driving in the desert area near his house. The day was gorgeous and the mountains surrounding the area are beautiful, but the trails are marred with construction and other debris dumped haphazardly. In my mind a tour implies a destination such as a ghost town, and old mine an old Indian stronghold...something! Not just a drive around the desert and a view of Ft Huachuca in the distance. I suspect that Jim wanted to be in his chair for the football games for the afternoon, thus we got the short end of the stick. As I could give a fig for professional criminals who disrespect this country while making big money to behave like savages, I had given no thought to there being important games. Guess I expect too much, but probably wont be back. We did find a nice hike to go to in Karchner State park nearby that made up for a wasted morning.
Enjoyed an ATV tour led by Jim of Apache ATV tours in January 2020. Beautiful, sunny day warm but not hot. There were three couples on the tour and we spent 4 1/2 hours riding through Las Cienegas wilderness area where we visited Empire Ranch - a BLM maintained tourist site where many Western movies were shot. Jim was an excellent guide, knowledgeable, friendly and patient - would wait on his ATV to make sure the group was together. The tour went through various canyons with stunning views of the Whetstone mountains during the entire ride. This was our first time on an ATV and my wife and I were comfortable though the road went from flat to quite hilly for part of the trail. The company offers tours to several different sites and we very much want to return to do another ATV tour sometime in the future.
Great way to see the beautiful dessert!π΅π΅π΅π΅π΅π΅π΅π΅π΅π΅π΅π΅π΅π΅π΅
