We loved the place!!! The architecture and Design reminds me of the old Cuernavaca! Beautiful place go have dinner or lunch, I had never stayed at the hotel. Only dinners. They have live music which makes it romantic.

I stayed one week ago since my last time here and I was really disappointed!! They charge you for everything literally if you ask for an extra bottle of water in your room or a soap, or anything!! Not even in a cheap hotel they do that... The internet does not work correctly. They do not put enough towels as supposed.Its a $450 dollar room per night but is totally not worth it. They treat you like a two star hotel. The pool is always cold. The food used to be delicious now is just ok and dont bother to ask for your medium steak, they will give it to you well cooked. The only thing good about my trip were the restaurant staff that are really kind.The spa service is wonderful. And

This is such an amazing place. The style of hacienda is preserved in all the public places, while the rooms are comfortable and modern. It’s a boutique hotel, so all the rooms are styled in a unique way. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Service takes a little too long in my opinion, but I guess I should drop my European habits of doing everything fast and enjoy the Mexican “despacito” way.

The hotel is really a beautiful and calm place to have a nice rest and a good culinary experience. The rooms are quite big and the staff is quite friendly. The restaurant has a great cuisine at a good price considering it is a 5 stars hotel. We would really recommend this place for a nice stay.

A great place to eat and enjoy the garden. Delicious food and attentive service. The prices are more expensive but worth it for the nice experience.

I stayed there for a week. 3 nights out of 6 the hotel had events so there was loud music until 1 am. I complained and asked why I wasn’t made aware of the events when they first contacted me in November but had no response. I wouldn’t have stayed there! Also, they claim they are a smoke free property but they allow some guests to smoke in their terraces even if they have suites near with a balcony. I had to close my balcony because the neighbor was smoking all day. She was playing loud music and yelling every night until 3 am.Finally, the cleaning staff stole a gold and Diamond bracelet while I was at the spa. I reported it but nobody did anything. They just told me there was no bracelet. After that I would leave everything in the safe.Overall I had a horrible, overpriced experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The restaurant is spectacular! My wife and I go here a couple of times per month to have dinner, we have tried almost everything on the menu and we are always impressed. They also have a great wine selection.

Gorgeous place but service and prices are a shame

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.Gorgeous little hotel, boutique hotel. Everyone from the valet, to reception, to the pool area...everyone makes you feel so welcome, you dont want to leave.The room was very modern, comfortable, nice to be inside. Very well kept grounds and rooms. The service at the pool area was superb. The pool a bit small, but for few rooms, nothing bigger is really needed.Food was great, a bit high in price, but since you are in the pool or in your room, the comfortable thing is to order in. The restaurant id delicious. And the spa amazing!! (ask for Cynthia, whom has hands of an angel...amazing massage! Also Judith is excellent in all spa treatments, they both make you feel lost in space and time)

Beautiful resort, wonderful staff and service!

I came to this restaurant thinking it’s cuisine will be extremely good, I was terribly disappointed .The grounds are nice, the open space restaurant gives a very cold feeling but it’s not bad. Service is good and very attentive.The food platter very nicely done, huevos motuleños also very good, I asked for eggs Benedict with salmon that came as a total disaster , I don’t know if this is a thing here in Mexico where instead of pouring the hollandaise sauce on top and let it run, they put it on the broiler making a horrible mess in my opinion. The hash browns are the worst I ever had, all in all extremely disappointing!!

Modern luxury boutique hotel in tepoztlan, its amazing and small, cousy, lots of amazing art demostrations arround its gardens. The food its one of its top points, the cheff its mexican and really good one. The pool its good, the room make you feel like being at youre house. And the spa its something you cant lost. All this in the amazing magic town of Tepoztlan down town. I dont give 5 stars because I think the only place that deserve 5 stars at tepoztlan its posada del tepozteco! enjoy!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved every minute. The staff put so much attention to detail and treated us like royalty. The food is delicious and the rooms are absolutely amazing. Very clean, comfortable, new beds. The spa is a must! Cant say enough good things.
