I’ve been here 3 years and go here 2-3 times a month. One of the best place in town for vegetarians, and our meatarians guests love it too. Good food, good portions, affordable prices. We are regulars.

This is my favourite Indian restaurant in the Okanagan. The best chicken tikka, daal, paneer. Everything here is so good. We order from here all the time.

I ordered 8 chana bhatura , 1 rajma chawal , 1 lamb briyabi , 1 tikki chanaEach and every item was so yummy, everything was 10/10. Never had good exp as here. Must visit

Some of the best Indian food we’ve had. The portions were big and the curries were packed with flavour. The best part was definitely our waiter, who was so friendly and made sure he understood exactly how we wanted our food to be.

Wow. The price to quality/portion ratio here is unbelievable.We got a mild butter chicken and a spicy chicken curry on the lunch specials for under $25 ( a rare feat in the Indian cuisine market).

Got take out butter chicken lunch special. Very good quality chicken, big pieces, very tasty sauce and delicious naan. Under $12 per person, highly recommended! They also refilled my water bottle with ice too. Ate down at the waterfront where parking was free.

Absolutely the best East Indian Food in Penticton. Butter chicken to die for, and the chow mein (yes you read that rightis the best I’ve had in many years. Super clean restaurant and a charming little outdoor patio for that special someone. Out of this world butter chicken will bring you back.You wont be disappointed!

I tried this Indian restaurant for the first time as I read so many glowing reviews but for us it didn’t blow our minds. We will definitely be going back to our usual Indian place. We are vegan so maybe that has a major impact on taste at this particular place, potentially not as used to it as others. Also none of the dishes came with rice which is very unusual - I wasn’t expecting this so I had to make my own rice to go with the dishes which isn’t what you want to do when ordering takeout. Dishes were very oily as well - if this is something you are sensitive to, quite more oily than we’re used to. Overall, was not a bad experience but won’t be returning as we’ve tried others that were by far much better.

Absolutely delicious and so satisfying! Got the dinner for two one meat and one veg curry with rice naan and salad. Perfectly flavoured with perfect heat.

Excellent meal at this downtown Penticton spot. Clean but casual interior, prompt friendly service, and fantastic food! Our Denver guests described this as some of the best Indian they’ve ever had. They also do a great job Gluten-Free! The Mango Chicken is an excellent suggestion for Butter chicken lovers and they have a nice, but small selection of local wines and Indian beers to compliment your meal.

I can’t believe how good this was. In the US, it’s best to have very low expectations for international food in smaller towns … not here! Some of the best Indian food I’ve had anywhere. Nice service too.

This restaurant when first opened made quality food. But, now omg I ordered a goat curry and it was full of fat. The next day I was going to warm it up and it was like jello. Disgusting.Previously, I had this problem and mentioned it to staff. I thought this time it would be better. Nope.Also, their portion of food has drastically decreased in size. Its a shame as they were so good and I thought Id hire them for big parties.No way.

Absolutely delicious!!!! Wow wow wow . One of the best indian restaurants that we have been to. We asked for #5 spice and they sure brought the heat which was nice. We loved the dinner for 2 option that came with a nice cooling slad, rice , 2 dishes and more. I am excited to go back !!! My wife and I are telling all of our friends about it. Great service . We ordered take out for 60 people for a get together. The taste of food was authentic, portions were abundant. The customer service was excellent. They gave us different options for the menu and was honest in suggesting the quantity. We all loved Penticton Indian Cuisine.

Had friends up for the states that have lived in India and Pakistan and they were very impressed with the food. Our first time to the restaurant and the food and service was excellent. We will be back.

My brother got catering done from this place for the get together over the weekend. Every item was delicious and service was great. I loved their lamb curry and manchurian. My son loved their shahi paneer and Mr. Husband became fan of their paneer tikka, daal makhni, lamb curry and their custard was amazing too. Staff was also very polite and pleasant. We will definitely visit for a dine in experience next time we are in town.

Excellent food, great service!!Dambar and his staff looked after my guests for 10 days, served over 200 guests, everyday diff food 10/10 taste and service. If you are into authentic Indian food give it a try, you won’t be disappointed at all!!

Friendly service. Good portions. Affordable pricing and very very tasty food. Very much flavourful and unique between dishes. Asked for medium spicy and it wasnt spicy at all. I liked that they have a Thali option.

So most places you go to are just doing the bare minimum using little tricks with canned food and sauces. But these people are Nepalis and damn they cook desk style food that is to die for. Najara ageya bai. India yaad ageya. Will go there every trip no doubt!!

I would highly recommend this place. We catered from them for our wedding weekend and they delivered exceptional service with amazing tasting food. They were able to adapt at any moment for the time of delivery or menu item without complaining even once. Please support this local business as they are an amazing family running it.

This place is amazing. Knocks it out of the park everytime. I was there for lunch a couple weeks ago and the Mango Chicken, Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka is on point. Had a friend buy me dinner from here the other night and it was fantastic again. Service is always great too. Love the 1 and 2 person combos they have now too.

Excellent food. Every dish we have had from here was superb. A beautiful balance of flavours. Generous amounts of meat in their curries, unlike some other restaurants. This is the best Indian food in Penticton. In fact, this is the best Indian food I have ever had.

I have never had a problem with these guys, they care about their customers and it shows greatly.First time ordering a garden salad from them and this is the only place that has actually made a garden salad, and not just salad with two pieces of tomato. Always a pleasure ordering from you guys.

It was such a great experience being at this place. Ate two days in a row. Food was so yummy, I never had such a tastier Indian food ever in my life. Very friendly staff, Everyone came out to greet us including owner. We drove one extra hour next day again opposite to our way back home just to enjoy their food. Thank you again guys for great welcome and would definitely come back again.

This was a nice find, really quiet inside, the majority of people coming in and out on a Friday night were Skip the Dishes drivers. We had no issues reserving a table since. Ordered the shahi paneer and dinner for one. I also ordered a sweet lassi. Everything was made with quality ingredients, delicious and filling. A few dishes were topped with cilantro, so if that bothers you it should be noted.The server was friendly and masked. There were markings on the floor to denote social distancing, and plexiglass was up at the cashier.

Wow! What an amazing place! I found this while out on the town visiting with my Daughter. I cant say enough. The quality of the ingredients, The layers upon layers of authentic flavor. The spice being not just "white guy spicy" and actually being not only VERY spicy... but most importantly VERY flavorful!When I am next in town. We will be back!Thanks again!

Best Shahi Paneer I have ever had in my life. It really is a special dish. Ordered extra spicy if you like fire as well! Good Samosas and excellent garlic naan. The Lamb Rogan Josh was also incredible. Great friendly staff.

After seeing many Indian run farms and orchards in the area, we suspected there would be a good Indian restaurant in town. Sure enough, we found Penticton Indian Cuisine and confirmed our suspicions. This place is very authentic and clean with friendly staff. Tables are well spaced to maintain safe distancing and service was fast. We dined in but most orders were takeout. Our vegetable Biryani was ordered mild and very tasty. Aloo Gobi (cauliflower and potatoesalong with lamb Korma were very smooth. Highly recommended. Nothing fancy but extremely clean and authentic.

My mom was raving about this place and she doesnt like eating anything different and then we went and I realized why it was so great the food is incredibly fresh made to order and super authentic my friend in India recommended what to order and it did not disappoint...soft fresh paneer...we left with so many leftovers I will be enjoying this food for days!!!

So good. Sooooo good. I dont even know how to clarify, it was just sooooooo good. Will definitely go again. We had vegetable pakora, momo and sag curry with lamb. Everything was simply fantastic. You have to try it to understand just how great it is. The food there is like.. Its 5pm on a random Tuesday and your brain whispers.. "remember that amazing food you had? I want that again. Feed me."

This place is amazing. We had sort of a mixed plate of some of their fresh dishes and everything was absolutely delicious. The naan is to die for. The paneer saag was so flavorful and a very nice surprise on the plate. We are looking forward to coming back and trying many more dishes at this establishment. It is one of our new favorites in town for sure!

Food is fantastic and staff is very friendly. They will accommodate allergies as much as possible. This restaurant is celiac friendly as they will make almost everything on their menu gluten and dairy free if need be. They also have brown and white rice options.The food tastes authentic and straight from Nepal. I highly recommend this restaurant, one of the best in Penticton.
