This review is for a corporate event. The facility is impressive but the organization for a group event was terrible. There was a hand written card with our companys name on it when we walked in. They had us sign forms and put a wrist band on and thats where the assistance ended. We arrived on time 30 minutes prior to our Karting time. They did not tell us where to wait, where to meet up or anything. They could have given us our game cards with an explanation. They did not keep us together for Karting. The catered food was terrible. Tacos without lettuce cheese or anything. I would have rather gotten tickets to purchase food in the cafeteria. The bowling alleys are not good quality if you are a serious bowler. We got in 1 and 1/2 games then the curtain came down on our lanes. Game cards only covered certain games but that was not explained. Front desk closed down so some people did not get their game cards. Our HR person had run around and get all the information. Just terrible customer service for a group like ours.

Had a huge group go for my birthday and it was amazing!! Had a bunch of kids as well and they had so much fun!!!! Cant wait to go back and yeah thats me I got 2nd place!!!

It is an adult Chuck e cheese great place cant wait to go back. Found out they have one in Orlando.

Andretti Speed Lab was great this weekend! We had a chance to go race the indoor Karts and it was a blast. The Karts are surprisingly fast. Make sure if you wear cargo shorts, anything in your side pockets will easily fall out while racing. I lost my wallet at the start of the race, and a worker spotted it and got it for me. My experience here so far is great,mytrainer is awesome 👌 (Christianhe always have a smile and seem to love what he does. The people here are very hands on and attend to every customer/employees needs to their best knowledge... Must visit if you havent already. Also great food ..

It was fun for the kids but trying to have dinner or a drink was impossible. The staff was standing around talking while I was waiting to get seated. When I finally did get seated no one ever came to my table. I came For my sons birthday and it was not worth it. We left hungry and had to find food.The go carts were fun.

Fun place for bowling, arcade, lazer tag, and go karts. Friendly bartenders and staff in general

Racing was over the top! FAST, TURNS, amazing fun. Laser tag was very fun. Bowling? Too old for that...but had a great time with my co-workers. "Awesome"

Awesome place! My son loved racing around the Mini Mario track. He’s four and that track is for 4-7 year olds, over 36” in height. He’s still too small for every other attraction, but I’m looking forward to the laser tag and different virtual reality simulators offered. If you buy a membership, it’s just a one time charge, only $22 if you get it for your family. This makes various offerings less throughout the space. So many arcade games! Mostly just to win tickets to buy a cheap toy. The arcade games are sooooo expensive! And the staff is very rude. Except Ryan the Bartender, he’s the best! Didn’t get to see the bar upstairs, it was closed, unfortunately. The drink I had was good but didn’t try food. Will be going back to race, though.

Food was great ! Our server was Amazingly friendly and attentive. Food prices werent budget friendly. The boys raced the Go-Karts and had a blast! I would visit again!

We had the BEST visit. All because of Allison. She was such a delight. She truly made our experience worth it. All of her drinks were made PERFECTLY and her customer service was sooooo amazing. Truly a one of a kind employee. 10/10 would come back!

the kart is awesome, but the simulator is a piece of junk, its impossible to control the car, the controls dont respond as they should, its impossible to see the dash. dont throw your money in that trash, dont waste time with this simulator.

The staff is unaware of the Military Andretti salute to those who serve; a manager had to get involved in receiving my discount with proper identification. Very Coward, No mask, I am just happy my children enjoyed it, but I will never bring them to this location, ever again!

this is my first time here and i already love it. everything is cool in my opinion. race cars are very fun to drive and are for all ages. also includes an arcade, bowling, and vr games. i really do recommend this place. 10/10

The black young man at the bar (with heart shape in braidswas so sweet to my boyfriend and me. Even though they were extremely busy, he kept a positive attitude & served us. Will definitely be back‼️

A lot of games to choose from. I love the mini go karts for the 6 and understand age even though my 4 year old daughter got scared. However, the prices for the games are overpriced. Its ridiculous how high the cost of each game and the place is over crowded.

Attended a birthday party here. The party attendant was great, the party was fun, the food was good and they even accommodated a food allergy. But the first clue to how unorganized this place is was that our attendant was scheduled to come into work at 2, the exact time our party started. They were trying to scramble to find someone to take care of the group (who were told to arrive a bit early).Next, the people at the kart area have zero communication. When I asked whether I would be able to ride on the junior track with my young son, they said "you can if you fit in the kart, but you cant go back there unless you buy a ticket, and we dont do refunds." OK, Im a fairly small person, Im pretty sure Ill fit.My friend buys her tickets next, her cashier tells her adults are not allowed on the junior track at all. After speaking to five different people including a manager and the track manager, and getting five different answers, they finally tell us to head to the track 10 minutes early. So, we do. The track attendant tells us to come back right at our start time, and even says "I dont know why they always tell people to come early". We wait for ten minutes, and notice almost everyone in line are adults. So again, everyone is getting different answers. When our ride time came, none of the adults were able to get on the karts - misinformation for them, too.In addition, our group was told the VR experience (the standing onecan be a bit frightening for young kids, and they suggested the dark ride instead. Its a little stage with curtains and chairs where you can point a light gun. Similar to the other two player games on the floor, just bigger.She brought the group of children ranging from 6-10 up to the stage and even invited my 4 year old daughter, who said no at the last minute. So the attendant is obviously fully aware of the ages of these kids. We watched from the video screen on the outside, but couldnt see what they saw, and only heard a scream every now and then (just because of the loud arcade and heavy curtain). When the curtain opened, almost every single child RAN out, terrified. Several were crying; one of mine is afraid to sleep tonight. One kept saying "Why didnt you hear me screaming I want to get out??" I dont mean to be dramatic, and I understand children have different thresholds for scare, but it really should have been explained that theyd be in a large format 3D experience fighting zombies. There were no ratings or anything for us to consider, just their suggestion that it would be fine for young kids. And she should have been monitoring them in there and stopped it when children were in there crying and screaming to be let out.I am completely unsatisfied with almost all the people working that day, with the exception of our birthday party attendant. Will definitely NOT be recommending this place to anyone.

We had a blast. Looking for something to do before our flight. Wally was our server. Her service was fantastic. I was a server back in the day and she took excellent care of us. She recommended the perfect drinks as well as appetizers for our group. Be sure to look for her or ask for her when you come in. You will not be disappointed.

Great place for adults and kids. A little pricey, but enjoyed the go karts. The go karts are the BEST and you get a true racing experience. The games were split between Carnival games, Basketball/Ball centered, Win more tickets, and some virtual games. I wish there were more virtual games to accommodate the large crowds.

This place was an absolute blast for the entire family. Be prepared to spend some money with a family of 4. They do have a military/veteran discount which helps. The go carts are the fastest I’ve ever been on. With the exception of people driving in the middle of the track, it was an absolute blast. I like how they have the races broken down into different groups. Allowed my kids to enjoy racing without having to worry about adults that might be more aggressive than they were. The arcade was fun, enough variety to keep everyone engaged. It looked like that had some VR and simulator games, but I never tried it. Hand down I will go back to one of these locations if I’m in a town with them.

Had a party for my 15 year old yesterday. Great experience from start to finish. Enthusiastic, welcoming service from a patient, courteous staff. Easy to get checked in. Laser tag, racing & arcade games were enjoyed by adults and teens. Brick oven pizza was surprisingly good. Highlight of the visit was by far the exceptional service from party host Donovan! He was patient, professional and attentive without being overbearing. He kept us on schedule and made sure all needs were met all while maintaining a poised, courteous demeanor. Request him as your next party host, you won’t regret it! Highly recommend this Andretti’s!

Super busy on the weekends but theres lots to do. Family friendly environment with arcade games and bowling lanes. The highlight is the two story go-kart track which has a good mix of sweeping turns, technical sections, and straight aways.

This place have so much to do with the kids, but its way too expensive. It feels like its a higher end Dave & Busters. My kids did the Mario go-kart, because my son was 5 years old. They did not enjoy it because it was very slow.

Too expensive. Purchased the VIP package and could not interchange the events or get a refund for the ones not used. No attendant at 3 of the events.. Service was terrible. Had to continuously seek out server in bar and bowling areas, but gratuity was already included. Food was not worth the price and was not as ordered. Having servers run up and down stairs for food items and condiments was too much, I felt bad for them. Brought in a celebratory cake for fathers Day and could not store it. Had to walk around with it the entire time. I could not wait to leave.

Spent the day here with my Nephew. Had a good time. Racetrack is a bit small. Cars not as fast as desired, bit its go Karting, not Nascar lol.Decently priced. Food price a little expensive for quality.Customer Service is good. Went on a Saturday around 2pm and it wasnt near as crowded as I thought it would be.Will be back!

Enjoyed this family fun center. Make sure if youre buying a package online that you are aware of the fine print stating that you cant purchase and use the package voucher on the same day. Which is a bit of a headache, but I digress. Food was good, your typical pub food. One of my baby girls fractured her wrist while on the go-carts, just wish their was more protection when driving them for beginning drivers. All in all the experience wasnt too bad, considering our bumps that we ran in to.

Not a fair value for price. I took my two kids ages 9 and 10 on a Thursday morning around 11am for some arcade fun. I asked at the counter how much would $50.00 give the kids to play and the staff reassured me that would go far. The kids lasted about 10 minutes for the $50.00 spent. I barely had time to sit down in the restaurant before they were out of money after playing the claw machine and space invaders. They didn’t even get to the other arcade games. I work hard for my money and I wish now I would have gone to another family venue that my kids could get longer play time for that amount of money. None of the staff offered to help in anyway when I asked them about it. They all literally just stood there at the counter and said nothing. Extremely disappointed mom here…….

We had our office party here and had a blast!! Salem was our party captain and took great care of us. Ryan behind the bar was very attentive and also took care of us! Go karts, food, laser tag, and arcade. Great party place for everyone 😁😁😁

If I could leave a zero rating I would! The service and attitudes was horrible. We drove 4 hours for a graduation celebration and didn’t get what we paid for. The menu that was given, we didn’t have access to. They asked to see the email which I provided and all I received was an apology. Only activity that went right out of the 3 that was the go carts. There is more but I’m going to keep it short. Do not recommend for a group.

My son loves coming here. I wouldn’t recommend coming Friday-Sunday unless you like a crowd. We mainly go on the weekdays we can enjoy the games more that way. The karts are the best.

I decided to bring my husband and his friends here for his birthday. He gets one day off a week, and this was it. We drove over an hour and a half to get here, after checking the website to make sure it was open. NOWHERE on there did it say that it would be closing early, or that that was even a possibility. We got there at 2:40PM to be told that they would be closing at 4PM for a private function.I understand reserving spots for bookings, but closing the entire facility? If thats the case, it needs to be clearly stated on the top of the website. We specifically chose a weekday to lower the amount of people wed have to weed through, since many of the reviews state that it gets busy and its understaffed.Was very disappointed and I refused to spend money here. Instead, i spent the hour and 20 minutes looking for another place to go. Extremely disappointing.

Loved the atmosphere and overall vibe of the place! Very family friendly! Everything was really clean and even smelled clean and disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer was even kept all throughout the place. Restaurant food was a bit greasy and pricey as well as the attractions but had an amazing time!

The staff and facilities are excellent. Clean store, great staff. Everyone was helpful and polite.The pricing is terrible. The amount of money spent vs what we recieved was not good. Food was sub par, value for dollar was abysmal. I understand the business model, but this will be one of the last places I will revisit in metro Atlanta for recreational purposes.

We did the teen birthday package for my sons 13th. While it was difficult to get in contact with someone to actually BOOK the party, once I did the process was easy. Package came with karting, laser tag, Hologate VR and a card for each kid for one hour of arcade time on select games. It also included pizza, drinks, ice cream, a small bag for each kid and a coupon for one hour arcade time for a future visit. I chose a VIP room for an hour that costs extra. It was worth the cost to be able to hear each other talk and eat while comfortably seated. The food was decent and the VIP room was great. The entire group had a great time and Salem (the employee that took care of our groupwas outstanding and so accommodating. He took our experience from great to Outstanding.There are a few cons: we had our party starting at 2 pm on a Saturday and by the time we got to the arcade (between 4-5pmit was wall to wall people. The line for exchanging tickets for prizes was extremely long.Because of how crowded it was, getting a drink from the bar was difficult.The hour limit arcade card was limited to certain games and I wasnt made aware of that ahead of time.Still would recommend this location and thats based a lot on how great Salem was!

A bit disappointing. I should have known from the beginning that it would not be a good experience but my son really wanted to have his birthday party there. From the beginning I was calling, emailing, leaving messages for two weeks to schedule the event. I wasnt able to confirm the event until the day before which affected how many kids could come. The facility was so packed it was difficult to move about or even play games. The kids gave up at one point because there were so many people they couldnt even get to the games. The bar wasnt a good experience either. We were ignored for a while at the bar. We just sat there trying to get the bar tenders attention. Ultimately we did get our drinks. The gluten free pizza that I ordered for myself and paid a premium price for was really nasty. The cheese was so bad it was like the lowest quality cheese. At the end the no one took my final payment for the remaining balance. They didnt ask for it when I got their and didnt ask before we left. Im in party mode with kids it didnt cross my mind. But after we left they end up calling one of my guests to ask for payment. Really? So my guest calls me like is everything okay they just called about payment. Its shocking that a place could be so packed in the middle of whats supposed to be a pandemic. We didnt even use our game cards. We wont be back.

My son had a great first experience. He attended a birthday party and have asked to have his own party there. 🥳 For the parents the place was crowded and the food & drink service was slow. A great time for kids though. Be careful with the size of the crowd.

Had a blast here! Easy, friendly check in. Staff was helpful & patient. Karts were amazing & the games are state of the art.🆕️Very clean facility. Restrooms were attended to regularly. Will definitely return for spring break 🐰

Cool place. Had my sons birthday party there. The VIP room is very nice. Just wish the flow could have been better. There was ALOT of waiting in between. They have you eat first/do the cake, then do your activities (wish it would have been the other way around). My kids were getting antsy waiting (younger). Once they did get to do laser tag and carting they all had a blast. They also enjoyed their time at the arcade.This place was of course packed on a Saturday and long lines for attractions. I will return during an early time during the week. They have some VR that looks interesting to try.

Lots of great family fun for every age. The VR and OmniVerse experiences are quite unique. (Check out the Beat Saber game - what a good time.Helpful staff and a good environment. Totally would come again

We had our sons Super Sixteen birthday here, and he and his friends enjoyed themselves. Our party host was great. I was just in shock at the prices. I still can not believe I paid $180 for 100 wings, and they werent whole wings either. But, our son enjoyed his birthday, so that is all that matters.

Its a fun arcade. They do have some virtual reality games that are unique. But $107 for 3 people to right the electric go karts that are honestly slow, was a disappointment. You on get 6 to 10 laps on a very small course. The karts are very slow in the intermediate. Ill take my son to panama city for go kart rides before I ever go back there again.

Soo much fun the drinks were good the wings were good I lost my phone and it was returned quickly lol ready to go back to do the bowling this time

Imagine Dave and Busters, but bigger with bowling and go-karts. We didnt try the food though. Typical games range fome $1.75 - $5.75. VR is $12/session. The games and the VR are incredibly short for the price and the go-kart staff seemed high or very uninterested in their job of instructing racers on what to do. I guess mumbling is cool? 3 kids using a Tuesday special we paid $140. I can get season passes at Six Flags for 3 people @ $150.

I would never return to this establishment. Tameka, the floor supervisor, assigned this evening (located in the karting area), lacked manners, was rude, discourteous behavior, demonstrated very little to no knowledge of the policies. I expressed my concerns to the General Manager and demonstrated no input in customer feedback.

First time visiting & enjoyed it! There is wide variety of entertainment for ALL ages. Virtual reality, video games, go karts for adults & younger, bowling, a full restaurant & full bar. Area for birthday parties. Karts Caution: Read & sign waiver online, ppl go fast & very likely to crash into you & you will be very sore after. Ladies, helmet required & WILL ruin your hair & makeup so do that last or not at all. Get there early to avoid long purchase line for game cards, rides etc. See photos.

10-2-21 - decided to go here for some fun, food, and some place new. Customer service was great from the staff answering questions, restaurant wait staff giving of themselves, etc. We arrived with the door being opened, etc. Signed up and completed waiver to ride the indoor go carts, and then purchased credits for the ride and more. Ate at the restaurant, that had various choices. Our waitress too care of us from start to finish. Played games and more. Great place for families and kids. Virtual Reality, Laser Tag, games, Sky Bar, and so much more for all.

First time visit, but will definitely not be the last. My daughters 9th birthday party was here and she had a blast. I loved the track, but not enough time racing in our party package. Activities for the entire family to enjoy, and the adult beverages were a 10/10. Cant wait to return.

I did the intermediate go karting and it was still very fun. It cost $54 dollars per person to race and the karts went 20 mph and you get to ride for about 15 minutes. Loved the laser tag! Mist fun thing there
