Ok for the price and location

Très bon séjour , les appartements hôtel sont bien agencé propre confortable et spacieux.

It’s a great hotel, too many restrictions. They are acting like the Hilton hotels or something. They are charging a little much than any where else for an individual and kids to come to their swimming pool. I am not sure if I would go back again.

Résidence calme bien conviviale. Appart hôtel bien équipé avec kitchenette, salon et chambre à coucher. Emplacement agréable trés proche de toute les comodités. Accès sur plage bien propre et piscine bien adaptée pour les enfants et une piscine pour adultes seulement.

Je me rend pour prendre un déjeuner tranquille, déjà musique à fond incroyable ensuite cest à moi de trouver le serveur car sinon il vient pas.Je prend ma.commande jai attendu 30min il.me ramène juste un café sans le reste que javais commandé jai attendu encore 10min toujours rien jai payer et je suis partie.arrivé 10h45 jusquà 11h30 pour un café sans ce qui aller avec. Cest vraiment la dernière fois de ma.vie que je pose un.pied là-bas même gratuit jy retourne pas

Accueil 0, Service 0, Serveur 0 agressive franchement tout 0 c’est un hôtel très nul ! Très mal organisé et surtout manque de professionnalisme ! 0 étoiles méritée honnêtement. Racisme envers les français.

Personnel non professionnel qui force la clientèle à manger dans un buffet immonde, non chaland et mal organisé.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile je l’aurais fait, soit disant c’est un 4 étoiles, depuis le changement du propriétaire l’hôtel est catastrophique c’qui n’était pas du tout le cas avant, nous nous sommes installés et un employé nous a dit que le restaurant fermé à 22h30 donc nous il a dit de partir c’qui était totalement faux il avait menti au final nous sommes rester jusqu’à 2h du matin, nous avons attendus 1h pour manger et l’attente ne servait à rien c’était ignoble, les employés sont feignants et radins, 3 familles sont partis du restaurant au bout de 5 minutes.

Médiocre, depuis le changement de propriétaire c’est infecte niveau bouffe je ne peux même pas prononcé le mot qualité car ils en ont aucunes, je suis très déçu autant aller à la marina ( le quai ).En plus de ça en plein été ils ferment les cuisines à 22h30 !!!!!Le serveur nous a virer de la terrasse afin de ne pas nous servir car ils voulaient partir au plus viteJe ne vous recommande pas cet hôtel !!!

Even pizza is disgusting !We waited 10 min for 2 bottles of water and my family were thirsty in this 36c degreesThey made a mistake with my orderAnd they didn’t apologize and tell me to wait a bit more so they make my order!The servers talks to u like if u r in the worst way like if u r in local market !The toilets are so dirtyNon of my family could use it gents/ nd femalesSpecially for females thats a big no nooo!!!There is no a/c inside the lobby !There is no wifi for visitors !What else can i sayThis is definitely the last time i will be coming here.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Superfreundlicher Service. Sehr große, geräumige Appartements. Leider nur Duschen in der Badewanne möglich und wir hatten Probleme mit einer Klimaanlage, die nicht funktionierte und im Februar war es sehr kalt. Gutes Essen, keine alkoholischen Getränke. Alles geschmackvoll ausgestattet

Nuuuul, piscine verte et sale, restauration pourrie et très chère, attente interminable pour recevoir nos plat alors que nous étions les seules dans le resto. De plus, installer sur nos transat, des travailleurs commence à préparer un mariage dès 14h, en mettant des tas de chaises devant nous, des décors jeter dans tout les coins, ils remballent tout les transat et parasols, nous nous sommes sentis en trop, beaucoup de bruit et aucune tranquillité.A éviter

The hotel is dirty, stuff are not professional, luck of information regarding your stay and what it available. I waited four hours to have my luggage in the right room. I clearly not worth the 4 stars.

To be honest the hotel was fine. But the reception is extremely poor and the reception stuffare impolite (they maybe nicer with non-natives though, I dont know). For my case, the lady at the reception tried to gove a smaller appartment than the one we booked and only resolved the issue as I talked to her manager. She was so arrogant and unwell mannered. Before we leave the hotel, she tries again to force us to pay for some extra guests meal that we didnt have... it turns out to be a mistake...The experience is though different when you book from abroad e.g. France or germany, they would pay you more respect although you are the sama person regardless of where you book or where you come. So reception just spoiled the stay...

The worst service which I have ever had!When I came, I waited 10 minutes for the menu. Then I went to the waitress, and she gave me the menu, saying that there was no breakfast. Then, I saw that other people were being served breakfast. I asked whats the difference? She said she was wrong and there was still breakfast. I ordered an American breakfast for 15 dinars, then I waited other 20 minutes for my breakfast. When my breakfast served, I waited other 10 minutes for forks and a knife. After that, I complained to the main manager, the service became faster. The Beach House was lovely and spacious. Loved the sea views every morning and evening. Played with the waves and sand. Great helpful and kind staff. Amazing food 😍

Great location, great theme, great scent, great cleanliness and friendly staff!!You can enjoy an outdoors-pool side-by-side to the hotels Dolce Vita café, or you can choose the hotels private beach. The beach is very neat.Now, the dinning room is good. But, during my stay, the breakfast was quite poor. Perhaps, it was due to very few hotel guests...However, the room service is the black point about all of this! Towels werent changed until we asked... No shampoo or any other bathroom accessories were added since we arrived... Hopefully, we didnt stay for many days!Yes. I recommend this.

No or oven in most rooms. Very cold in the winter. They dont serve any alcohol. No beer no wine .

I have stayed here for a month, and like any big hotel sometimes there are mistakes on service, but the staff and management are very quick to resolve any problems. The staff is very pleasant and the rooms are very clean with great decor. I see that they have organized recreation for children, teens, and family. Live entertainment at night is very good, and overall there is a very positive personality of the Hotel. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Bizerte

Id like to give some good references but unfortunately somebody stole my memory stick. Very lousy by the way but with some importantat data on it. That was the only thing which was able to steal because evrything else I kept inside my luggage another way I would lose evrything else. So my impresive is very bad and commenting anything else makes no sense at this moment. So, take care about your personal staff there.

Good place, the service is great and location is beautiful. The restaurant has big chef inside. The breakfast are kindly all days.
