Traditional dishes & creative cocktails served in a festive atmosphere with live music nights.
I love eating here for dinner on weekends because they always have live music and delicious food. The drinks are delicious and it’s open late. The atmosphere is so lively. This is the best Mexican food place in El Paso!
Amazing service, Server Jasmine its amazing and friendly. Thank you Jasmine for the amazing night and thank you to the few servers that are still working and doing there best, dont forget to tip them well they only get $2.13 per hour.
Wow what can I say. The service was great! The choice of caldo before your order was not the typical small serving. That alone was enough! It was delicious. I ordered the mole. The portion really was for 2 people. It was very delicious! My coworker had the arrachera tacos and the meat was soft! Very flavorful! Thank you we will return? Its my favorite
The music was nostalgic and welcoming. While the wait time was a little long the food was delicious. The customer service was attentive as busy as it was. Pleasant birthday dinner with family.
Always a great time on the weekend. Live music, good food and drinks, friendly staff. I will say if you dont know some Spanish it can be a little hard communicating some times, but Ive never had any problems being the only white guy in the place haha. Would highly recommend
Went there on a Sunday afternoon around 3 and the live music was so loud that it even hurt to eat . The food was satisfactory but Ive had better. I probably wont be going back and if I do Ill call first to see if they have live music playing. I asked if they could turn it down and apparently the singers really like to hear themselves sing. Good luck! And take your plugs if you decide to visit the establishment during live music.
The place is nice as the food is bad. The severs are nice and the place is nicely decorated. But the food us far from good. Service 7/10, Ambiance 7/10, Flavor 3/10, Value 2/10, Over all 3/10. Good place to go have a drink and listen to music, but thats it.
The food was good once they got it right, I ordered cheese enchiladas and they brought out chicken then the next one cheese wasn’t melted it was cold then next one was fine except they drowned everything in mole sauce. As soon as we walked in the bathrooms smelled bad and we went to go use the women’s and it was so nasty and just smelled really bad. You shouldn’t have to smell the restrooms as soon as you walk into the restaurant
The food is ok but drinks are great maybe drink first get little buzz and then the food will be GREAT thats my opinion and Ive come to this place many many times
Excellent food! Excellent service! Great ambiance! Great Margaritas! Live evening entertainment-a little loud. Suggest lowering the volume on speakers. But everything else is excellent. Highly recommend this place!
The service was excellent. Jasime was prompt and courteous great waitressThe only short coming was the taste and quality of the foodAnd the music was way too loudI realize that its a happy get together place but when youre there with your family you want to at least be able to hear the conversation within your groupJasmines personality and professionalism made up for itThanks Miss JasmineWe will ask for you next time we are back in !!!!!!!
Great service enchiladas are bomb love the bands that come to perform. And the decorations are awesome
Delicious food, excellent service and great ambiance! One of our go-to Mexican restaurants in town. The margaritas & tacos are excellent here. A little pricey for Mexican food, but a nice place to sit and enjoy music while you eat.
The atmosphere was great! The live music set the mood. The food was delicious! This was our first time here and it wont be the last.
The server Daniela was very friendly and the food (basswas good size and flavor.Shrimp ceviche tostada was great.
I have never left a 1 star review. It almost pains me, but I feel that other should know not to order for to-go from here. When the order was placed, They said it would be ready in about 15-20 minutes, I arrived 25 minutes after placing the order. As soon as I arrived, I paid. The women at the front stated my food was ready, it would be right out. 15 minutes later she updates me that she had rung the food up incorrectly and had to wait for a manager. At no point did someone explain that my card would to be ran again, I was just randomly asked to sign a new slip. After asking lots of questions and them being evasive, the order originally had an emploee discount. Mistakes happen, but the way the entire situation was handle was very inappropriate. After everything was said and done, I had been at the restaurant over 40 minutes for an order that was ready when I arrived.
We were seated immediately. Good food. Angel our waiter was nice. Quick service. Lots of birthday celebrations. Very noisy crowds. Great singer loved her music. Separate bar area available.
This place is alright. Was there anything particular bad? No but it just wasnt that great. I feel like the focus is more on quantity of food not quality. My Shredded beef enchiladas were fine but the beef lacked spice (both seasoning wise and heat). My husband said the same of his ground beef chile relleno. Plates came fast but were not hot but more warm. The service was top notch! The Margherita sizes are massive and had a decent amount of tequila. The chips and salsa were good. Horchata was delicious and the lemonade made in house. I do prefer Carlos and Mickeys as their food comes piping hot, has more overall flavor in their meat, and we love the service.
Margaritas 🍹 were bomb! Fondito we had wasnt the best. Our server Adreana was awesome and the guy that helped translate the conversation for us was amazing. The live music is a must to hear!!! Wish prices were on the drink menu though.
I ordered the ceviche trio and it had a base sauce that was spicy & the best part of this dish was the avocado. My companion ordered the Chile rellenos and this too was quite spicy. Our server was quite lax. I would have rather had the server 2 tables from us. Thst young man provided excellent customer service. He frequently checked to make sure there was anything that he could provide & anticipated the need for refill.
Beautiful set up.! Chips and salsa were delicious and the food was also amazing.! Had live singer that did an amazing job.! Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone passing by.!
Best place in En Paso, TX. Great food, excellent service and the atmosphere is just awesome 👌
The food was amazing and so good, the Margarita and music made it a perfect night out in El Paso. The waitress and service was great and I appreciated it.I recommend this place to everyone to try it.
Delicious food and the waiter was outstanding and very courteous. Great hospitality, my uncle and aunt had a great birthday lunch. April 21st, back for more delicious food, The Mexican Plate with Tamale. My Aunt loves this place
Food is great! You get a lot for your money. Great customer service as well!
Great juicy chicken with poblano n onion strips was delicious was served with white rice n steamed vegetables. Service was good. Wish appetizers had been served 1st n not with meals as should b
Sooooo, we had the Taco Del De Andale and I can’t recall the other dish! The live banging Mariachi Los Toritos was in the building and wow what an experience! The customer service was great! The food exceeded my expectations and the atmosphere was just what I needed. We’ll definitely be coming back
I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time. Since the pandemic and the reopening of the restaurant, the service and the attitude of the managers, it has gone down. The servers are a representation of how the management attitude and the type of hospitality is given to all their customers. I understand that being in the restaurant business, its hard for one because most of the workers live of their tips. Sine Ive returned the restaurant charges a 3 to 5 percent when you pay with a debit or credit card. I know one has to make money, but wow charging an extra amount on a card. I think its ridiculous. This restaurant was once a beloved and great to go eat, know its sad to say I cant stand being inside. The service is bad and the manager looks like she runs a hostile environment with the way the servers work. The servers use to talk to the people and laugh, but now they dont even Crack a smile. Also, when one enters the business you smell the sewage from the restroom and that is really disgusting. I hope the owners read this and return the original personal making the restaurant back to its once beloved ways and its atmosphere. Its really sad to see this once hopping restaurant into a slave driving restaurant. I hope for those who visit the restaurant you get the best service and get a great server who smiles and laughs with its patrons.
Excellent food choices, great customer service, and live singer
Food was average. They have a lunch special that includes a rice dessert we didnt like but they didnt want to accommodate us. Spoke to the manager and he wasnt able to facilitate a change of dessert. Not a great place to great.
First off I went to this place on my bday because someone recommended it to my wife for the mole . Upon arriving the server tells us they don’t have enmoladas. But were willing to make it for me. What Mexican restaurant doesn’t have that ??? My wife ordered tacos de tripa, medium cooked. Our plates were brought out in a somewhat timely manner. The mole literally had no flavor , my wife’s Tripas were over well done , like seriously they were crunchy that you’d bite into them and would crumb in your mouth. This is just laughable. I didn’t say anything and told my wife to just stay silent , it was my bday and I didn’t want my wife or myself going off on anyone . Oh but that’s not all, we waited for our check for well over an hour. I will never ever come here again . Even if it’s the last Mexican restaurant on earth.
We just stopped for a drink. Didnt try the food since it was already closed. The atmasphere is great the day we visited. Good singers. The drinks are a bit pricey but just about everywhere they are.
I usually like this restaurant but I guess the owner had his daughters working today since they weren’t in uniform like the other servers. She watched us as we came in and didn’t offer to seat us, just kept talking until an actual server came, and the daughter was still our server and hardly came to the table and was on her phone at the bar the whole time. It doesn’t take 40 minutes to get a shrimp cocktail and still getting cold enchiladas and rice. Just make sure you get a server who works for their tip when you go and not the daughter who will just get money from daddy anyways.
While visiting our son we had dinner at Andale. Staff was friendly. Large portions and delicious drinks
Excellent Variety of Delicious Plates! Authentic Mexican Plates and Wonderful Cocktails! Great Service!
First time trying Civache and it was amazing! The lemon margarita quenched my thirst and they also have a couple of other flavors that Id never seen in my travels. Good location right off off Gateway. Reasonably priced.
Definitely, if youre in El Paso, you must go to Andale! Great taste. Great food! Great drinks! Extremely friendly environment and possibly the best live band!
The food is delicious! Servers and hostesses were very friendly and did a great job of checking in a lot despite it being packed. The entertainment was good (live music). I would definitely recommend eating here at least once during your trip.
Enjoyed the bar area with live entertainment. Good music, and drinks were made to perfection.Great place to enjoy a drink and appetizers. The service was great. Bartenders were super busy bit attentive to us. Shrimp cocktail soooo good!!! Oysters were a little small though.
The food was amazing and I liked it very much! The service was great too. There was even live music on the location. Drinks were great too. I was quite surprised when I got my Margherita, as it was gigantic!I absolutely recommend that restaurant, but I advise to make a reservation beforehand. I was lucky, as I arrived early, but when we left, there was a lot of people waiting for a table.
Service was great, waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items in the menu. The prices were reasonable and their lunch special was very pleasing to the wallet. The pozole was great but my gorditas plate was nothing to be bragging about. The shredded beef had no flavor and it was dry. The beans n rice were below average. My coworkers ordered the flautas n literally said that Costcos tacos were probably better. The food didnt impress me at all.
The food is great and the service is great. I rate my black bass with shrimp salad as yummy in my tummy especially the shrimp salad and extra dash of Yumm. Now with that being said I dont eat bass often so Im not sure of its flavor. It comes with the limes and that gives it flavor to me. If youre a fish eater you would say its a bit over cooked and I would say yes but when you get to the meat on the inside you cant tell me that that meat isnt juicy. I should have taken pictures of the inside of the fish sorry I just ate it all up. And the margarita on the rocks was great, with great flavor. They also have great prices. Oh this restaurant is in El Paso Texas.
Order the black bass, when I was enjoying note it wasnt properly cooked told the waitress who said sorry for that and never escalate the problem, even the waitress supervisor only were busy with collecting dirty dishes from the table instead of asking the customers how were the service, please be professionals, you are serving sea food if its not well cooked it could be dangerous, the prices are based to receive a better service.
We shared a birthday meal and we couldnt have had a better time anywhere else. The place was very busy and we still were given personal attention and we had an amazing time here. HIGHLY Recommended!
Its okay the place. I love the decorations all Mexican . The drinks are nice too. Everything nice but I have a different taste of food. Thats why I give 3 stars its not real Mexican food. It would be perfect if the food actually tasted good 😉
My friend and I drove here from New Mexico as we’ve been told it’s the most authentic Mexican restaurant. When we got here there was a 2 hour wait to be served our food, so we decided to eat in the bar area which was supposed to be a shorter wait time. I guess someone got tired of waiting and we got seated in the main area that we wanted in the forest place. There was a mariachi band playing live music the drinks were AMAZING. I ordered some beef tongue tacos and fish tacos which was really GOOD I actually couldn’t finish my food as the serving portion was really big.I would DEFINITELY go back and recommend this restaurant!!
I’ve been here many times. My favorite thing lately is the lunch in a rush deal they have. I had chips and salsa, a drink, soup,a HUGE plate of Chile rellenos, and desert for $11.90You can barely get McDonald’s for that price!! The food is always great and the service is always great too. This is my favorite spot
Food is good, a bit pricey and the drinks are ginormous! Only 4 stars because the music, mariachi singing, was too loud for my taste.
Food was tasty! Festive decor. They seated with social distance guidelines. Music way too loud though!
This is a REALLY nice place. We are visiting from San Antonio (I was previously stationed at Ft Bliss in late 90s). The drinks were great, with just the right amount of tequila. The crispy tripas were excellent (the salsa had a good kick). The steak was awesome (medium rare). The sides were all cooked just right. I will definitely stop here again the next time we visit and I highly recommend it to everyone. 👍😎👍
