clean and nice shop with food make you happy. you will enjoy. polite staff.

Prices have gone way up which is a shame. £4.50 for a very basic ham and cheese toastie now. Will have to start going elsewhere.

Foods were fresh and delicious.

Angry manager in red shirt who stopped me on the way to the bathroom saying that it is not a public bathroom and I needed to ask permission to use it. My son needed to use it. He is 4 and was not able to hold it anymore. We had to run to the first caffee which was this one and "we had to ask permission".

I want to share my recent experience I had with one of the staff at this place. I took my 4 year nephew and it was 4pm.My 4 year nephew wanted to have a look at the food items on the shelf..there was pasta and lasagne. He pointed out to the pasta touching the glass with his tiny clean fingers.The staff said she has cleaned the glass of the food shelf as it was time for the store to close( which is actually... 5 pm). And to ask my nephew not to touch the glass. I said fine and told my nephew the same.After a while he asked for ice cream, and I took him to the counter. He touched the glass again with his tiny 4 year old fingers. I couldnt see any visible marks on the glass, leave alone any food stains etc.The waitress had the audacity to come later to my table and shriek at me saying "thanks so much, he touched the glass again " . I could have walked up and left paying the bill. But my nephew was really hungry and it was my day out with him, didnt feel like spoiling his day walking off. What impression would this all leave on a child! Im wondering is this a racist thing as I wasnt of the same color of the staff? Or Ive been there too many times, penning my thoughts with a cup of coffee etc. Did they waitess think Im some cheap jobless homeless person?

A good Italian coffe as the Italians would appreciate. Ideal for a coffe break if you are craving for an authentic Italian dessert, where you can choose, among some specialities, the unusual and not easy to find "Sicilian Cannolo" and other Italian sweet delicatessen.

This is an excellent café. It has a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Their apple pie is amazingly good and somewhat addictive 😀.

Lovely coffee shop in Harrow. After exiting the town centre, this is the only coffee shop.

I’m Italian and I wanted an Italian cafe I could order from to get a panini and some pasta it is my go to now, really good food and amazing taste I would recommend to any Italians missing home !

What a lovely coffee shop. The lady running it was so friendly and helpful. We had a full breakfast that was excellent and great value priced at £6.Highly recommend a visit.

I visited the italian coffee shop again on Wednesday, and again it was an amazing surprise. I’ve been treated amazing, from the moment ordered with Oana until i left, it was mesmerizing. Clean, fast, polite, tasty. Coffee tastes amazing and i really really recommend this place. Child friendly, also. Big like for her and for the coffee, if I lived closer I definitely would visit more times, hope to get back soon :)

Im sorry to say that my recent visit was met with being ignored and overlooked by not one, but two members of staff who seemed keen to serve other people who arrived after me. They didnt even acknowledge I was waiting so I wont be going back here Im afraid and take my business to Nero which is just around the corner.

Honest reviewThis place is NOT italian at all.It operates like a typical American Diner like in the movies.1. Everything is so dirty2. The salt 🧂 and the pepper 🌶 dispensers are extremely dirty.3. The service is happy , but not very professional.4. The meat lasagna had NO taste , had a LOT of OILConclusion - avoid this place and save your money for a better place with real italian food

Amazing hospitality , politeness and warm welcome by Claudia. She even suggested for Panini, it really worth it.Will definitely come back again.

Clean, clear board with easy to read prints. Display with presentation of items. Quick and efficient service. Advice on food offered during ordering.I loved that they had both the vegetarian and vegan options, some places assume that vegan will order vegetarian then remove things, thats not fair as you get less for the same price.Varied options. The food was nice and eggs totally runny just like I requested.I would have given full stars but mu hash browns were a bit soggy and the toasts not crispy.Good experience altogether. Will definitely come back. 👍🏾

Had to wait quite a while for a salad. Staff are nice and the salad was ok. Ill probably choose a cooked meal next time.

Love the coffee n cakes here and always use when I shop in Harrow. My grandson loves having a treat after shopping and says the cakes are "the best" ever

I am sorry to say this but this “italian coffee shop” had nothing to do with this hospitality industry. I ate my lunch, food was average-lasagna too oily and salad cutted with knife(shouldn’t be cut with steel blade), in a big mess, tables being moved everywhere, metal scourers and table cloths on the floor, dirrty plates on a fridge, everything in the sight of us…Can’t you clean after you working hours?The boss lady prepared sandwiches without gloves, everything was a chaos. and there were two girls, who were running worst like for a marathon, that indicates slavery…for sure for minimum payment…I’m sorry for them…Girls are nice, polite, working like bees and boss just giving orders on rised voice..i’ve been working in this industry for 10 years and is a shame to treat people like this, now when England is in a big need of employees. Despite the fact that food is nice, coffee even more, i am not going back in a place where everything looks like apocalypse.Perhaps those girls should target something more adequate, to cut from roots this modern slavery for foreign people”. Great coffee shop with huge selection of cakes and pastries and good coffee.Staff were kind.Just tables could be a bit more clean, there were few still with crumbs and empty cups and it wasnt too busy.I would go again still

i’ve visited the shop today, 22nd , service was very nice, there were two lovely girls who served us, very nice coffee and the italian tiramisu is amazing. Whilst my visit, the girls never stoped cleaning, the coffee shop was immaculate , prices are decent, shop was very clean, mostly toilet and what impressed me was to see how the staff treated eldery people. Gig like for this location, for sure i’ll be back soon.

Poor customer service given cake on paper plate like Im a child, forgot my beans and hash brown with my breakfast. Expect better for coffee shop in Central harrow

I went to the coffee shop Monday. Great service, fast, delicious taste. I ate an amazing panini, coffee with an almond biscuit, delicious. Staff very lovely, even if it was very busy in lunch time, the blonde manager helped me and made a table quickly and even hold on my baby when I need it to go to the toilet. Very polite and profesional. We received also treat on a house. Definately i’m coming there again. Very nice Christmas atmosphere, lovely carols, lovely girls, lovely food, lovely coffee. Visited the shop on Wednesday 4.15pm and ordered a coffee. Then wanted to use the toilet, and one of the workers had come out of the toilet, and put her hand up to say I couldn’t use it because she had just used dangerous chemicals!! I queried as to why she would use such a chemical when customers are in the shop? She raised her voice to me and said “would you pay me for staying late to clean it?”!!! I told her not to raise her voice at me .. and then told her to go and get trained in customer care !!! She shouted back at me and I asked to speak to the manager ! She said she was the Manager!! At that point I left and vowed to revisit to speak to the owner! And put a review!! Extremely rude and insulting Manager !!!!

Breakfast was delicious. Place was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and attentive too. Overall, I had a good experience.

I took my grandchildren here for lunch.The food selection is spectacular and good quality and a fair price.All the staff are friendly and helpful.The food is adult portion and a bit too big for children. The toilet facilities need some improvement.Over all this restaurant is great and value for money. I regularly go there for lunch when ever in Harrow.Appreciation and gratitude to all the wonderful staff.

5 stars but to be honest , the only thing ive tried is their large capacino, so nice, my goto place for coffee unless i can find another cafe closer to me who make coffee as good as that...

I had a coffee on Friday 13th of November about 11 oclock am, it was a very tasty coffee and lovely service from the lady short hair, very clean place and fantastic rules about Covid-19, see you soon Ancona and thank you for the lovely service.

Decent food for a decent price, service is extremely slow, while you wait (for everyou can watch how "efficient" they are.it was about 70% full and it took about 1.5 hrs to have break fast (15 min for actually eating the rest is just waiting).update for the owner:it was about 7 months ago on a Saturday morning , I can try to find the exact time if it is still relevant.

Good food and reasonably priced. They serve a lovely vegetable lasagne and paninis. Nice desserts and good coffee. Only negative is that when they keep the door open you can smell the cigarette smoke! Not very nice.

Love eating here. The lady owner is so friendly. However the waitresses only do a proper job when she is around, otherwise you can expect to get a half warm panini.

They do Illy coffee here which always goes down well. Good choice of vegetarian dishes from breakfast to hot paninis and reasonably priced. Its a shame the vetetarian breakfast does not offer meat free sausages as you can find at other places.Staff are generally welcoming and service is well intentioned. Will definitely return for the coffee.

Cheap and cheerful cafe with great coffee and homemade lasagna, plus other treats.

Service is friendly and quick (that’s the only reason for 2 stars). People on the table near the entry door were smoking and cigarette smell was coming inside. I asked the waitress if she could close the doors, but she said she couldn’t as it would be too hot for them.They should either not allow people to smoke by the entry or keep the doors closed.

Pretty average place serving average food but charging slightly above average prices. For some of the stuff available here, one may find that some other fast-food restaurants offer better value for money.On my visit, I asked for chicken tikka in a panini bread. They said, "Sorry, no chicken tikka." Asked for sweet chilli chicken in toasted panini bread. It arrived soon, but was disappointing. It was just 4 thin slices of chicken (cant be more than 3mm thick with a dash of the most boring sweet chilli sauce. I was expecting a burst of flavour, but alas, it wasnt to be.As for the cappuccino, I couldnt tell the difference between what they served me here to what I have had at the ubiquitous Costa, Starbucks or Nero. In fact my opinion is that all these shops have too little coffee and too much milk in their cappuccinos. These drinks taste more of milk than coffee.

Im a regular-ish customer here, and it never fails to please.The food is always good, very delicious and cooked fresh for you. The service is always friendly and polite, I could never fault it. If youve been shopping in Harrow and need somewhere for a quick bite to eat and a rest, heres your place!
