Place looks nice but service is very bad, we waited 15 minutes for the waiter to even get us a menu, and decided to leave after other 15 minutes and no one taking our order. Too bad place looked cool, definitely needs improvement on service. Wouldnt recommend going for lunch.

Amazing bartender and very friendly service. However, they get the food from the kebab place next door and put it on your table. Of course its a few euros more expensive than next door.Its really shame for an otherwise amazing place.

Cool little restaurant with the cinema in the back. Went there for a quick bite and drinks and was different to see from the rest of restaurants around there. I liked it! Was longing for our fish and chips from back home and they had some fish and chips on their menu. Not the exact same but definitely makes the longing better!

Tree times we visited this place and al the time we had an amazing time. Good food, great atmosphere, great service and wonderdfull cocktails.Thank you, staff of Ancien Cinema Cafe club. Untill next time in Vianden.

Very delicious food and great ambiance

Super nice place! Very unique and original, not expensive at all, cool theme, nice food and drinks, cool furniture and a cinema screen which makes you laugh(I was constantly laughing because of Tom and Jerry), also very cute staff and I discovered banana juice, it is the best thing I ever tasted.

Are you willing to wait 40/45 min to be served and other 40/45 to get your food? So then go ahead. They bring food from the place next door, and if you go there you pay two or Three euros less.Sorry for the guy helping with tables, was the only one really doing something. The lady behind the bar didn’t even try to help him at any time.

Really bad service, The food is not cooked there, they take it from the kebab store that’s next to it and charge you two or three more euros. Also they charge you for a little bit of ketchup. I don’t recommend this place.

Excellent place to eat with family or friends, a great menu when ordering food, the portions are very large and good, I was really delighted with the attention, all the time they were attentive to what I wanted, highly recommended.

Excellent design! But that you can find anywhere else... With the exception of the polite waitress who was on her 2nd day of working there, all the rest were dreadful! We were waiting for our order for 90 minutes and in the end we had to leave because i had to provide food for my kids!! At my complaints, they responded that others are also waiting (!!!). During our staying we also noticed that the tables next to us received incorrect orders or half of the initial order....I m not sure if the management has changed, because i had been treated well in the past, but this one will never survive for long...

Place is amazing, old fashioned but with style. However, the 2 stars are due to the food instead of being made here, the server goes to the kebab shop right next to it and makes the order there, then just brings to the table... Whats the point of this? Would really like a reply from the owner on why do this

Amazing unexpected place with mini cinema for memorable afternoons to spend with friends. Reasonable prices for the good-quality food. Drinks are also good. Recommended.

Great atmosphere! Tom an Jerry on a big screen. Games and books for entertainment. The food took some time to arrive at the table, though. The kids were luckily entertained and forgot about their bellies :)

Very nice place with a great atmosphere. Love the idea of converting an old cinema into the cocktail bar. Wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Food selection also seems to fit the purpose with the variety of tasty home made cakes. Prices are right.Have to mention the pleasant lady behind the bar, shell go the distance to make you feel as comfortable and welcome as possible.

overall good food and drinks... but it depends who is in the kitchen or barman. sometimes the Mochitos are excellent, the other day it is just rum with ice...

The place is cool, interior like an old style cinema. The spring rolls were great. Fish not good (fish and chips). The food is made from the turkish fast food door by. I thought that is a cool win win cooperation. But I dont tend to think so after hours of stomach pain. I believe it is from fish. It is the only food my boyfriend didnt eat and hes fine. Thus 2 stars

This place feels like a hidden gem from another time; kind of like time capsule. The decor is amazing, the music was great and Tom & Jerry episodes were played on the big screen, such a fun throwback. They have a huge selection of tea to choose from to enjoy in this very cool place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. This venue has a very good vibe! The hosts were lovely and we enjoyed the food. The ambiance of this small cinema cafe is amazing. Dont think the food therefore isnt nice. It was delicious!

It was lovely, nice drinks with affordable prices, the food seemed to come from next door, but it was still very good! My order got confused, and thats okay, but then I received what I ordered with some ingredients missing (olives). Oh well, we will surely come back as it is a lovely place with an awesome vibe!

The place is really nice, whoever goes must go deep inside where the old cinema room was, the decoration and atmosphere are really nice and old b&w movies are being shown. You have also some sofás to sit on. The food is good, I had a Schnitzel that I, can really recommend, not the biggest one but really tasty. Pizza is also good there. And you can even go just for a coffee since the coffee is nicely roasted. Also not expensive.

We were positively surprised by the food that was both very good and reasonably priced. The place has a quirky ambience that matches the name of the establishment including movie themed menus and an actual movie being showed at the back of the venue. Id go here again and probably will.

Great decoration, lovely relaxed girl serving (the owner?and the best hamburger ever. I rarely eat meat, but craved for it that night and this was really good quality meat. And for such a small prize. A good beer on the side and I left satisfied and will be happy to come again when passing through Vianden.

Very nice ! Loving the retro style. Enjoyed the music and the movies playing. There are many drinks and many things to eat. There are bord games and many other games to play. there are also a lot of books. Its a great bar !

Nice little restaurant, really friendly waiter. Unfortunately we had to wait for a long time until he got our orders, and even longer until we got our food. I think thats because he was working alone and had to get our food from the neighbour, a kebab shop. Good service but took a while so thats why I only gave 2 stars.

Bad service. Long waiting time. We ordered iced coffee that we didnt get at all. One dish fell on the floor because the table was too small, when we got a new one we saw on the bill that they charged us for this dish twice! The manager who ran the bar in the place was rude and didnt listen to us when we were trying to explain that it wasnt our fault.

We came across this quirky place completely by chance. It has a bohemian vibe, the owners definitely had a vision and made it happen in a spectacular way. A bit of a mixture if Brick Lane pub, old school Warsaw venue, this place has got its own charm and style, different to the rest if town.The food was nice, we had schnitzels.The concept of keeping your customers occupied by giving them a quiz to play whilst waiting is a genius idea.Book corner, live movie screen and a stage for small gigs - little hub of artistic and intellectual creativity.Even though some reviewers may have complained about lack of service, or poor service, we have not felt that way. We were greeted with smile, had a nice conversation before eating and after, and refreshingly we were not pestered by constantly being asked if everything was ok. We could eat in peace and enjoy the positive vibe of this place.Thanks.

Being vegetarian, It is rare that I really really like the food in the restaurants, being picky about the taste. This place was one of those exceptions. The "Very Vegetarian" pizza that I had, or the white sauce pasta that my wife had, were both great on taste. The place was very fairly priced as well. The place was furnished differently, with couches and tables, in addition to regular table and chair setup, which added to the beauty. I would definitely recommend the place when you ever visit Vianden.

This was such a cool place to go to eat with my family! The food was really good and so was the service. Big screen kept playing cartoons and the kids loved it. Gave it 4 starts just because they dont accept credit cards, cash only. In regards to place, food and service, definitely 5 stars.

For food, not so great because they do not make it themselves, they give the order to another place down the road.Only for drinks, this place is fine with the nice cinema and places for kids, but do not go here for food if you dont plan on staying 2 hours or more.Also, apparantly this place is also cash-only.

Very nice place to have a relaxed evening. Big choise in food and drinks. Enjoyable music, big enough to hold alot of people without feeling too busy. They have books, games, you can watch a background movie,... Good service. Well be back!

The café used to be a cinema and they always play a movie (without sound), in most cases "Tom & Jerry". Interesting interior design and very friendly service, however not very frequented. Delicious home-made cakes. Definitively worth the visit for locals and tourists.

Great for kids... They play a variety of DVD on the bid screen. There are games an children playthings available. And while you relax in the lovely lounge chairs, they play. Decent food, not fancy but sufficient.

The decoration of the cafe is great and classic. The atmosphere is so relax. There was a big screen playing "Tom and Jerry" which we enjoyed while having our meal. The pizza and fries were delicious.

Great place near the Vianden castle for a quick bite and drinks. The coffee is amazing and so is the beer. They have the Battin beer here served from the barrel which is a little stronger and harder than the usual ones. The service is quick and outside seating is available.

Loved this place! They had this Polish Plum Cake with Chantilly cream that was unreal, and the selection of teas was very impressive. In general, this place just has an amazing vibe.
