I took angoori basundi 1 kg, in it only 2 angoor were given, woww and you call angoori basundi!!! Felt cheated!! Never to buy sweets from here.

Very popular place in Kalyan but seems to have lost zeal. Most good items were good, but not exceptional.. that kind of a quality is very normal nowadays.

Anant halwai is one of the old and trusted halwai in kalyan. I love all sweets from that shop. Specially kaju katali and shrikhand. At padava festival most of kalyan kar visit to anant halwai for buying verity of shrikhand. In kalyan anant halwai is the best sweet mart they have 4 out lates in kalyan. Quality of sweet r best.

When I went, the place was full of Kaju Katlis..they had various kinds of kaju katlis. Everything was good except the billing system. Its good that they have tried to organize the billing system but it was kind funny and unnecessary I think, they dont need that, because they are not a supermarket. Rest all is fine and the Kaju Katli we took, was great in taste😋

Anant halwai is well known sweet shop of kalyan and surrounding area.I liked the sutar feni from this shop.Baklava is now available in their shop.I tried baklava from this shop. Taste was good but doesnt authentic taste. They use mawa instead of pistachio.Otherwise taste is OK.Jamun chips is also available.

Never buy mix sweets during Diwali from here since the mixed sweets are already packed and are not fresh (you can tell it from taste, they wont tell you in advance).

I still remember the old one since my school days. The good thing is that they have retained their quality and taste. We still travel a long distance to get sweets from this particular shop. Still a favorite for many.And will always be the same to visit for any particular sweets.

I have ordered 50 snacks packets for pooja function at home on 21st Oct 2021, made full payment in advance on 20th.Collected packets on 21st at 3.45pm distributed them to our guests, but was surprised to see at 6.00pm that the Kaman dhokla pieces were completely stale and was having bad odour when opened by few of our relatives/guest.When visited on 22nd to Anant Halvai shop owner was very arrogant to here no any complaint of his quality and not even enquired to his staff who wold have made the packings of boxes.Very disappointed with the behaviour of the owner with customers. No need of customer to them , will not purchase anything from here again and recommend others not to purchase from Anant Halvai

The place is very old and is very famous. The place needs no appreciation as the crowd in this place will say it all. You have to stand in queu to enter inside and based on the token, you can order from this place. You get all varieties of sweet and the taste of any sweet is never compromised.

Shop is nice but the rate are too high. There is too difference in prices. Same sweet from Anant Halwai and from road side. And the main thing is road side sweet much better.

Anant Halwai is very good for sweets and is more than 100 years old. Also it keeps special fasting food on fasting day. There are lot of varieties in sweets and are fresh when consumed.

Kwality is always good. Keep it up. But at the billing counter 4 to 5 persons gathered. Out of them 2 over ege old persons r always creating great nuisance & problems while swipe the card as they dont know how to operate, & unnecessary arguments who loose time of customers. Kindly give them proper training or retire from the said billing counter. I always having bad experience. Thnx.

Samosa was not hot while ordered, asked the staff to atleast take a courtesy to put it in a microwave to hot it before serving it , the AC sweet shop of this size and nature had reasons and attitude to say, microwave isnt functional and served the cold samosas. Can only prefer buying traditional Shrikhand / Aamrakhand from this shop for which its known for and not the additional items.

Anant Halwai is the oldest sweet shop of kalyan, having more than 90 yrs tradition of old famous for variety of Sweets like Chivdas, pedha, kajukatri, sitafal basoondi is good, farsan, and sweets is very teasty, many branches in kalyan. Kalyankars are really proud that they have Anant Halwai..they actually maintain there status, sweet taste as is over the period..

Very nice place for sweets, however limited parking space near the shop. So plan your visit accordingly. While the Cream Rasgulla and Motichur ladoos are best in this part of the city, Pista roll and Kesar katli are also worth trying.

In Kalyan area this is the most common sweet shop these days.Tried पौष्टिक लाडू and boy they were awesome.They should keep it available all the time, I did not feel so guilty after having them

Not the best, sweets dont look as fresh as they should, quality is also not that great. Turning a business into a franchisee always sucks. The costs are high, but the quality doesnt justify it. There are better sweet shops than this. Like A1 Sweets, for example.
