Very nice place, but I didnt like breakfast: no cheese, no vegetables.

Super nice, clean and totally refurbished hotel. Good russian breakfast and free coffee. Relatively near Red Square (for being Moscowand very nice staff.

I honestly wish I had a better experience because the hotel has extreme potential. But... we had bugs... in multiple rooms. We traveled after the World Cup and found many little bugs all over this place. We got changed to their "best room" afterwards and still found bugs. They were not bed bugs... but they were something... In the beds, on furniture, on the walls. Everywhere. Other than that... the hotel was fine... Small dated rooms with extremely small bathrooms. Breakfast is per floor and is in a small hotel room sized kitchen. I would never stay here again. The only compensation we received from the entire bug ordeal was a 10% discount on ONE night... which ended up being $7 USD. Just a straight up disappointment because the location is fantastic.

Rooms vary in size with some b eing very tiny but the location is excellent. A good breakfast is served, staff are friendly and helpful, and there is tea and coffee available all day. Laundry is very cheap ( wash only). Hotel is within walking distance of Galleria shopping mall and Kazan Cathedral, among others. Fantastic value for the outstanding location

Didnt understand what was the difference between the superior and regular room. We had Superior but no charging ports near bed or table only ones were behind closet. Bathroom was quite cold. And found used snus(tobaccoin two places. But breakfast was good, really something else, not your regular buffe. Our chef/waiter was really lovely. In reseption there was shorter lady with dark hair who was really friendly. Also very good location and overall clean and nice hotel with good WiFi.

Good clean place if you want to be in d center of the city.

Very comfortable rooms and beds. Shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was also very filling and tasty.

Tucked away in a courtyard, the entrance is very unassuming but the apartments are outstanding. The registration desk is hidden on the second floor which is a little confusing but the reception people were really helpful and nice. Very spacious bedroom, large living room with a sofa that sleeps two comfortably. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom is large and modern. Will come again.

Amazingly good. Good location in the very center of the city. Charm of Saint Petersburg in its best. Good service, very friendly staff.
