Outstanding , very helpful and respectful staff.The rooms is average , breakfast is good to start your day with and the location is good.However, the staff and the front desk people made out stay a perfect one. Thank you so much guys!!!

Poor service, no amenities and old building and furniture

Neat clean very cooperative staff recommend others and freinds to book in this hotel whenever they need good hotel thanks for all the staff for their cooperation

Bed bugs 🐜, súper dirty towels and sheets and the guys at the desk were nasty and kept lying. My advice stay away and never go there. You can see the last picture I posted regarding the towels and sheets and you be the judge.

In short, not ready to be a hotel yet, when I asked the staff, they said that they are working on remodeling the hotel (most of the stuff are broken, no hot water, no door handles, pathway smell very bad...).The staff were nice but not the hotel. Do not wast your time or money.

The room was not clean, drawers were broken. No toilet paper in washroom. I had to ask and get each and everything, overpriced for the minimal facilities that they provide. Had to change my hotel after 2 days of stay due to pathetic services Would not recommend to anyone neither am I going to stay again.Advice to the management, at this time when tourism is recovering after covid, you need to put in a lot of effort to attract guests at your hotel.

the worst hotel ever! no hot water and no room services at all... ive been without water for the past three days and even no ones from the room service comes to clean or check the room... if i could give - 10 stars a review i would do that... not recommanded for staying at all... worst experince ever! exactly 18 october till now no hot water...

its so bad , the air condition is broken , the services is so badif are be able to take an hotel in other place that would be better

Old hotel, no towels, not bad if you just want to sleep

I had a very bad experience living at Amman Inn Hotel..The services were way below the mark to what was committed:1. During my 15 day of stay the AC worked only the very first day and the remaining 14 days i had to survive without AC, despite of several complaints no action was taken by the hotel administration except bunch of false commitments & lame excuses such as; we have to replace the AC it will take time, we dont have a maintenance team, the maintenance team hired for services are incompetent.2. Internet barely work during my whole stay and most of the time i had to use my mobile internet, despite of several complaints to which the Hotel staff responded only with restarting the router each time i lodge a complaint.3. The hotel staff have a bad attitude towards non native tenants, not paying attention/ not showing interest to what they say and make them ridicule.

Excellent location

Even doesn’t worth one star. We went just for 8 hours to rest before our trip, air conditioning was not working, bathroom smell was so bad I was not able to sleep because of the bad smell, room was so hot and noise from outside. Staff is not helpful and when we complained to the manager he just said sorry.Doesn’t worth the money don’t go there! Not recommended.من اسوا الاوتيلات في العالم لا انصح ابدا به ، لا يستحق حتى نجمة

Air conditioning most of the times is broken , breakfast is ok but they ask to go downstairs to have breakfast instead of delivering it to your room, receptionist is not professional and needs help most of the time, rooms are clean but the bathroom is leaking and the water are really weak, would not recommend only maybe for one night only.

The service is really bad, not clean, rooms are not soundproof. They said including breakfast then the breakfast was very poor.TV was not working, AC was broken for whole one day, and water stopped for hours and they were careless to solve the issue. Dont recommend this place to anyone unless you want to pay for nothing.

Attended an engagement part at Amman Inn halls, we almost melted as no proper AC exists, in the middle of the party the DJ was disconnected and took almost 25-30inutes to come back!
