Amir Cafe was one of the best at one time but recently it has changed alot and Im not satisfied from anything including food quality & service..

I tried Kabali Pulao and Baryani here. Kabuli Pulao was not Kabuli at all. It was a simple chicken rice dish. Taste was very average. I have heard that there fast food is good but havent tried it yet.

Such a pathetic service. I ordered medium pizza. and they handed me with forks . I asked for knife and they said that we dont have any knife.. and i was eating pizza with my hands.. moreover they just had only one glass on each table , like if you are with friends only one has to drink in glass and others have to order disposable cups . The serving staff is also just a chuss..

Because Light problem is main issue.The Hall area Temprature remain High.You cant sit comfortable because of sweating.Biryani is 3rd class.No taste No experiance of cooking.Cold Drinks are Not Original.They are selling Local Made Cold Drinks.

Overall its not that bad but not giving it 5 star is just because sometimes we need something in very hurry but they are always short for that!

Their kitchen is not clean. It is so dirty that your can believe. Customer service is very poor and there is no etiquette should be provided by the serving staff. I have been twice to buy the food and cake and analysed that their main purpose is just to accumulate the money from the people. Only brand name is being sold but not the quality. The only reasonably good and acceptable bakery in bannu. Quality is acceptable. Staff and environment is acceptable as well. Have reasonably good menu and items available. Working hours are also very good for customers. Evening menus are quiet superb. They also take orders.
