Amigos Restaurant & Bar in Skopje

The space is nice, but what they serve is a very poor imitation of Mexican food.Burritos, quesadillas, and tacos should never have caramelized onions (which adds a strange sweet tastebut should have spices to add taste, which definitely were entirely absent. "Nacho chips" were a strange kind of imitation and tasted like Doritos that were straight bought from a supermarket, plus they were stale. Real Guacamole is 80% avocado, but this one was 20% avocado and 80% water.Not a single thing was correct. Im really amazed this can pass as Mexican food.

Who adds Caramelized onions in Mexican food? Quesadillas and burritos are not supposed to be sweet, but spicy.

As a Texan living in Ukraine, I am consistently disappointed with what passes as Mexican food; however, Dos Amigos pleasantly surprised me. Although not ‘authentic,’ the mixed fajitas were very good. They also have Carolina Reaper hot sauce that will #SpiceUpYourLife.Relative to other Mexican restaurants in Ukraine that I’ve tried, Dos Amigos comes out on top. I would certainly eat there again. The wait staff was friendly and helpful too.

Ok, we ARE in Ukraine. So, it is difficult to find spices and niztamal (for corn tortillas flour).However, two friends have worked to provide Kyiv with a cozy bit of Texana in the heart of Ukraine.PS: they are working on expanding the menu.

OK Mexican food. I like the chicken taco and the Churros are amazing! Didnt like the burrito or quesadilla.

Spacious and new inside. Service is good. BBQ southwest beef burrito has good flavor. Fish taco was tasty too. Chicken burrito was a bit bland. Overall good place for Tex-mex!

Not bad. Mixed Fajitas are good but are missing rice and beans. Chicken taco was horrible. It was nothing like a real taco. It was sweet and the chicken was fried like a fish taco. Came with a few chips and no salsa.

The food was ok, but far from great. Big meals, good bear. As to the service, I suspect the waitress forgot to pass our order to the kitchen for we waited about 50 minutes for our fachitas and had to ping her after first half an hour. They tried to make it up with a free pot of tea though.

Not only the service and atmosphere in the place is great, the way they pack food for delivery is absolutely amazing! Whoever decided to pack fajitas in two separate boxes with two tinfoil layers, one inside the box, one outside, should be promoted.

As the other reviewers have already stated this is a amazing place with good Mexican food. It is run by very friendly people who speak perfect English. As this is opposite my Airbnb I will be a regular visitor for next few weeks. A really good place that is open till late. A perfect spot for quick bite where food comes out quickly with good prices.

The place is amazing! The food is super tasty, fresh made and from high quality products. Very good selection of cocktails (give Bloody Huaniata a try). I would like to see a better selection of beer though. Keep being awesome!

The food is incredibly tasty, especially kesadilija and burrito. Takos were weird, though. And as of now they have decent meals.

The Buffalo wings are awful, sour like soaked in a vinegar. Tequila is fake.

I’m not a big fan of Mexican cuisine but this place is great: good food, friendly staff, cozy interior. If you’re around at lunchtime check out their lunch menu, it’s a good deal.

Thats a nice Tex-Mex place for a change. The menu is quite simple, but 9 types of Margarita cocktail is something you dont see every day. Try the burritos - theyre very good.

Very cozy and soulful place. There might be not much on the menu, but everything that is, is incredibly delicious. And 9 types of Margarita really add some magic flare.
