Everything was perfectly clean, and we had a nice quite night of sleep. The AC didnt work perfectly but it was good enough. The staff was very polite and helpful. Thanks!

Customer service is amazing they are so such sweet owners!! Rooms are clean and well kept! Super quiet and there is a Mechanic shop next door that does great quality work for great rates!

This Motel is fabulous! I highly recommend it for its cleanliness and attention to detail and service given by the owners. A great nights sleep after a long day. Folks staying here will not be disappointed. The pricing was perfect!

Very pleasant staff, clean rooms. if you are looking for fancy this is not the place but for you but if you are looking for a great place to sleep on your trip this is the place we left before breakfast but did get a good cup of coffee on the way out the door

We stayed in many Motels travelling from Los Angeles to Chicago. We paid 4 a fancy tall Hotel room in Chicago and it was rubbish compared 2 this place. If I hadn’t of been so far away I would of loved 2 come back. They were very lovely and nothin was 2 much trouble. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. Shower pressure was good. Everything u need and at a gr8 cost. We were up 2 l8 for breakfast as we checked in very l8 and were up talkin 2 Rama for an hour b4 we went 2 bed. We could of stayed up all night talkin 2 her. Met her partner Ray in the mornin who was busy cleaning. He took the time 2 stop and chat which was nice. They offered us the essential 2 continue r travels but we were already kitted up. Hope u both read this. Was lovely 2 meet u both. Hopefully c u again sumtime. Mike and Lou.

The couple were extremely nice and very welcoming. The room was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds. We were doing route 66 and had stayed in alot of motels this was definitely a favourite. Felt very safe in the area. Thank you again Ray and Rama for having us we made it to chicago 😁. If we are passing again we will definitely be calling in to stay again. This has been the most positive stay! The hotel is in great condition and it is clean and inviting. There is only one entrance by the front desk so it felt really safe. The 5 stars are for the hosts who went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Thats how great they were. Stay here if youd like to be greeted with sincere hospitality and enjoy a good nights sleep.

Both of the hotel managers were exceptional. Very helpful and amiable. Really made you feel as comfortable and at home as possible. Nice quiet location and clean rooms. Would come again!

I have been here 7 times in 4 months since initial stay. Everything here remains clean, hospitable, quite, and a major sense in safety. People interested should call ahead for their rooms. The help for getting around is beyond the rhetoric from non owner managers elsewhere. All military Veterans and family are recommended to give them a try. They are welcoming people who do not change suddenly even after the bill is paid. Each of my stays were complete happiness for the purpose of comfort and rest during long travels. The managers here will do what is necessary when requested in reason to their compliances as they have guidelines also. Respectful people who value their guests returning. ( Had 1 guest I overheard mentioned what he spoke prior to departing, about his room, these people would have worked to alleviate his childish immature non business ideology prior to that individuals departure.I know this, since each time I call the desk prior to arrival, it just takes a moment & a courteous reminder with joyous welcome and laughter is shared. I honor the respect they show for all who travel & come as guest to Rest. Peace. Ray and Rama are absolutely the best hosts you will ever come across! Very personable and caring.The suites are very clean with (in our casea table we can sit at and comfortable chairs. Basic morning complimentary breakfast with waffles and cereals, coffee and juice. I mean, very clean!These two work hard to keep ahead of the motel edge. It shows! I would suggest this to all travelers. Very reasonable price.

The WiFi wasn’t working and the coffee machine was making so much noise I had to turn it off. The receptionist called me “Sir” three times until I had to publicly correct her (how many guys are named Marissa?). When I wanted to get my room changed to a smoking room, she tried to charge me $10 extra.

I recently moved from Phoenix, Arizona to Minnesota and our first stop was in Tucumcari, New Mexico. We stayed the night at the Best Value Inn because the reviews were good. I ended up becoming violently ill and having to stay extra days in Tucumcari. Ray and Rama treated me like family, told me I could call literally anytime I needed anything and when I did call they accommodated my needs perfectly and swiftly. I was alone in Tucumcari but they made me feel like I wasnt. I was a little bit nervous because a lot of my important belongings were sitting in my car unattended but I had no problems. Anytime I drive through Tucumcari I will stay here or at least stop by and say Hello. Thank you Ray and Rama! Highly recommend staying at Americas Best Value Inn in Tucumcari, New Mexico.

I give this a solid 3 starts because it is just simple and clean and ultimately that is what matters. The staff or nice but direct and the Wi-Fi only works closer to the office. But again if you are looking for just sleep definitely stop here very clean and comfortable.

Good price for a comfortable nights sleep. Sink, mirror space and coffee maker are in the same area making for tight quarters when someone wants coffee while youre shaving or brushing teeth, using mirror, etc. My brother said the coffee was a little bit week. The beds and the room temperature were completely comfortable.

The lady at the front desk was super nice!Waffle is good, room is comfortable, the price is reasonable. The place is clean too.I highly recommend for everyone :)

The shower worked fine and the women behind the desk was kind and helpful but those are the only two good things I have to say about this hotel. The rooms are very dated and are in need of repair and remodel. The TVs are old tube TVs, the beds are not very comfortable at all, and our bathroom had a broken toilet seat with a bathtub that seemed like it would fall apart at ant moment.

You get what you pay for. Air conditioning was horrible and was up several times at night to turn back on. Breakfast consists of make your own waffles, bran cereal and a gallon jug of both orange juice and milk in the dorm room refrigerator. Place was dirt cheap, but so were the amenities. Good for a quick 4 hour nap.

For the money I have no complaints. Bed was sleep able, and no problems with cleanliness. Staff was nice and overall no issues. I would stay here again when needing a break from the road.

We loved this place. I would recommend staying here if you need a nice clean place to lay your head for the night. Ray and Rama are the nicest people. They even turned on air conditioning 2 hours before we got there so room would be comfortable. We will definently stay here again!

I stayed here twice , going to Colorado and back home. This hotel is a diamond in the rough. The owners are very sweet and very hospitable! The first night I stayed , I went outside to get my luggage and the owner went upstairs to turn on my A/C! She went above and beyond. The room and the bathroom were both extremely clean, hot water, and great water pressure! In the morning they have hot waffles and hot coffee, what else could you want? If I ever come through Tucumcari again, i will absolutely stay here and recommend it. There is also a great little pizza place down the street called Cornerstone pizza and it is absolutely phenomenal.

This is one of the better Americas Best Value Inns I have stayed at. The room was nice, clean, small bathroom and we were there on a Sunday night and nothing but fast food was open. The people who own/operate this motel could not be nicer. They directed us to a motel next door with a restaurant open from 5-9 and it was really quite good. You almost drive right by the place - the outside needs some attention - but it was a nice stay.

My stay for one night was $51 after taxes. If you are looking for a place to sleep with no frills for a reasonable rate, this one is fine. The parking area is very well lit. The rooms have not been updated in quite a while, but the TV works, the bed is clean, and the overall room was clean. The staff is also very friendly. I would stay here again if passing through.

Great hotel. People working here are the nicest Ive ever come across.Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable and shower worked great.Free WiFi.Breakfast was good: waffles, cereals, toasts, pastries and fruit. Coffee, tea and juice.Would definitely go back again.

Was a clean, safe no frills hotel with friendly helpful owners. Continental breakfast included was basic but plentiful. Would stay again.

Great rest stop for peace and quiet. Especially if you took a longer trip and want rest. Modest amenities and humble professional service made the stay comfortable. I recommend for a quick stay and a “out of the way” look through history on Route 66.

This place was a very good value! Room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental but fine. Workers were pleasant. What more could you want for the money? What a bargain!

We had an enjoyable stay with little complaints for the price. The only issues I would mention are that the tv was an old tube tv and we had difficulties with the heating running too hot. These were only minor issues for us, would give 4.5.

Very cheap prices. Breakfast selection is small. Rooms are very old but clean. Look like their from the 70s Bathroom is small but also was clean. Friendly staff. Someone who had an RV we think dumped their sewage in the grass next to the building so it smelled like sewage outside, but didnt the next morning so we think they illegally dumped there.It is not handicapped friendly. If you or a family member/friend are in a wheelchair or cannot take stairs, do not go here. There is no elevator. Good stay!

The room was fine. They only have one door to get in which can be frustrating to work with. The breakfast was disgusting. Had cockroaches on the toaster, terrible selection of food items. Fruit was old and squishy. Wouldnt stay here again.

This was a highly solid hotel. The lady at the front desk was very nice and pleasant to deal with. She even gave me a room overlooking my car to see it and ease worries. The room was a bit outdated but acceptable for the price paid.

A very well ran hotel. Ray and Rama are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are roomy, clean and all you need for a good night. We are RVers and dont stay in hotels often, but we would stay here again. The price was very reasonable. You get a nice Continental breakfast. Recommend you stay when you are in the area.

We were received warmly in the middle of the night. The staff were nice and professional. Rooms clean and the complimentary breakfast was perfect...My husdand and sons loved the waffles!!!!

Best part about this place, they had WiFi. Breakfast was free but disappointing. The rooms were really outdated. We had a lot of heavy luggage to carry, and we stayed on the 2nd floor. Theres no elevator... Beds were not very comfortable, and the sheets were worn out. The lady at the front desk was really nice though.

The beds were really firm, almost hard. The pillows were not very soft. The air conditioner could maintain the temperature, but not really cool the room, even at night. Breakfast had a waffle maker, which was decent.

Decent place to make a quick stay. We got in late checked in and went to bed. The floors need to be cleaned but other that the staff was really nice.

We got in late, they even let us check out later. Customer services were fast and easy. Rooms were good and needs were comfy. Ill be staying here next time I drive cross country.

This has been a great stay. Warm, cozy, CLEAN. basic necessities for a great price! Strong WiFi. The owners are the sweetest ever. They are VERY ATTENTIVE.... anything you need they are on it... If you are in the Tucamcari area, consider this place...right off of route 66 near eateries and the small museums. Ive been traveling the Midwest and stayed in many hotels. This one is clean, friendly and provides basic continental breakfast.

The front clerk was super friendly. And the room was clean. And breakfast was good. The beds were awful. Like a sheet stretched over a piece of ply wood. There was 3 little soaps for 2 people. The bathrooms are very small. Was not worth 60 (plus tax ended up being 68dollars. Would not stay again. Stayed in the rodeway inn in this town and it was 100× better.

Very nice! Any way they could help.. They would. At first I was not going to stay. But, when she took me to the room ..I could tell it was well kept. Older..but..clean! Slept well. Best of all!!! There was a Holy Bible on the table! So good to see! Thanks for a rested stay!!! Id come back again.

This hotel is by far the best priced hotel Ive stayed inn. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and smelled nice. The bed was not very soft, the TV was old, and the breakfast was minimal, but for a cheap place to sleep in a relatively safe, well lit area, this place fit the bill perfectly.

Stayed here this past Monday while driving to Minnesota from Arizona. Normally Im pretty particular about staying away from budget hotels,but I decided to give this place a try. The lady (I assume one of the ownersworking the front desk was very friendly and got me a room right away while asking about my trip. The room was a standard hotel room,but they had more TV channels than most higher end hotels do. The hot breakfast in the morning was good to get my day started and the gentleman working the morning shift was also very friendly. Definitely would recommend if you are passing through Tucumcari.

We had a great night and slept so good . The room was very clean . When we arrived Rama was such a sweet heart . I enjoyed talking with her and she made me feel at home . I wish we could have spent more time so I could have talked more with her. Ray answered the phone when I called to get a room. He was great and explain every question I had. I would stay again and knowing I would be treated just the same as we were this stay😃Maddy

My Dad stayed at this hotel last night. I wont talk about the amenities, or anything else. I want to say that the proprietors, Ray and Rama were the most kind, compassionate people ever! My 88 yr old Dad arrived, and Ray was getting his luggage for him. My Dad tripped over the trailer tongue, and fell onto the (non forgivingconcrete. He had a gash above his eye, and his arm was hurt. Ray helped my Dad slowly get up, and then he called Rama to help. They wanted to call an ambulance, but once they cleaned up the area around his eye, it looked minor. They did offer though. They helped my dad the whole evening, and looked out for him. They remarked to me when I called that my dad is "a tough cookie". I am forever grateful for their kindness. I would hope that everyone in the world would be as kind and compassionate as they were. PS My Dad said the hotel was great by the way, for a stop over on his way to Michigan from California.

This was one of the worst hotels Ive experienced in my life. We slept uneasy because the entire room was given very little attention as far as cleanliness. I typically refrain from giving poor reviews; but I felt this needs to be addressed by management.

"DO NOT STAY HERE" Several hotels in area for same price choose them! We stay at hotels all across the country and this by far was one of the worst. The room was clean enough and the amenities fair. However, the entire second floor was a hot mess. It could of been lack of customers or lack of insulation we are not sure. Our air conditioner ran at full speed all night and the temp did not get passable until the early hours of morning. The wifi also did not work. When we explained this to management the next morning we were called liars. Ha! In Tucumcari we can not be the only ones to have complained, and we were told we were the first. We will not be back.
