Ordered hawaiian pizza and broasted chicken. I was specific with my order and I was very pleased with their service. Delivery guy was friendly and I got my ordered right away. It was fresh and delicious. I’ve been ordering food from them for more than 15 years and they exceed my expectations every time.

The food at this restaurant has always been fresh and hot. The loaded tator tots are devine. The broasted chicken is so juicy and full of flavor. I have been ordering from here for the last 6 years and am now moving out of town. I will miss their food and the people who work there. They are awesome! Thank you American Pie!

Please don’t advertise buffalo pizza with ranch - and then deliver it without !I could not eat my pie and appreciate your being a available, but it would have been better to save my money and go to bed hungry!Also, when I called she didn’t offer to deliver it- and when I asked why I had 2 50 cent charges for a half and half they could not do. She Somehow thought a refund for $1.00 would be a refund for ranch and a refund for the half charge?? That math does not add up- and and I have a whole pie in the trash!Good food- but maybe refund me my dollar for the pie half and half and then deliver the dip!

I havent visited this establishment in over 2 years, but I can honestly say it has not changed. Same great service and same great pizza. I wont stay away so long next time.

We are staying at the Park Plaza MOA and have now ordered twice. Food is great. The 2nd delivery was a unique experience, to say the least. Dude wanted to imprint my card on one of those old school carbon papers. I was pretty skeptical, especially considering it did not happen the first time and the order and tip total was much smaller this time. I haven’t had someone try to imprint my card in probably a decade or longer. All the cards I have, have no raised numbers that can even be imprinted. When I questioned the why? He ran off without even having me sign the receipt. It was all really bizarre and gave me bad vibes.

Their chicken fettuccini alfredo with broccoli is Amazing. I love how every taste bud in my mouth activates when that delivery arrives. I had a slight altercation with my special needs request the last order. Not a big deal. I had talked with the manager William and he was extremely kind and courteous and made sure that my order was rectified correctly. I thank him, and kudos to all of the employees. Very respectable and friendly bunch. Highly recommended to anyone that is looking for a good meal. ~~Warning~~ Literally their food is generally so quickly delivered, and good.. You might get lethal burns to your mouth as you ignore the pain while plowing it down its so good. **Jokes. But I thank you guys and definitely hope more check it out if you havent done so yet. Very disappointed with the service, manager was more concerned about being right than delivering the right order. She said she read my order and she didn’t,I was appalled!

We stayed at one of the hotels by the mall of America and our hotel recommended American Pie for dinner for delivery/hours available. We used their website to order- easy to navigate, and order food. Nice that the ordering process allows for you to choose either cash or credit as payment options. Delivery was estimated for 50 minutes… I would say it was right on the dot- - delivery driver was very polite and had change for me- always tip these guys well.. been there, done that job before. Now for the pizza- we ordered a medium thin crust richfielder. The pizza was cooked perfectly, the ingredients were plentiful, the sauce had the perfect sweetness/tangy flavor that I like. My wife loved the pizza as well. Great job & when we come back to the area again.. we will look you up!

Absolutely worst customer service. I asked her what they were known for she said pizza and burgers I said ok give me medium pepperoni then I added soda and cheesecake. They delivered a hour later just cheesecake and soda. I paid $25 to deliver guy. The delivery guy called the lady and she said I didnt order a pizza, Absolute lie!!!! Who orders cheesecake and soda to a hotel from a pizza place? Then I called from my phone she said she was the manager but refused to give me her name and then she hung up on me and said they dont want my business. I called again and I couldnt get thru with my number. I shouldve read the reviews obviously the common denominator is her.

We live nearby and get American Pie all the time. Tonight we ordered 3 pizzas, chicken, spaghetti and 100 dollars of food and were super disappointed in the pizza. It wasnt like the usual at all. Tasted great but a huge rim of crust with no toppings which is not like their usual awesome pizza at all which I had raved to our group about.Not sure if there was a new pizza maker tonight, but was very differently made then what we get all the time with toppings to the edges!

This place is very hit or miss so consistency should be worked on.The location is quite small so that might be a factor in the inconsistencies.(a bigger location not only would improve physical aspects of preparing food, dining, etc but would also improve staff and management mental health)The recipes could be improved for what is charged because right now its very plain ingredients that should be almost half the pricetag.The ownership seems to be very bipolar to reviews which hurts more than helps their situation.The amount of competition is ridiculous so if they want to stay in the game they need to change. They got the late hours options but thats just not enough. Hopefully they do improvements because family run places are getting more hard to find. (Since the owner responded like a child brought it all the way down to 1 star)

I arrived at the airport at midnight. I was staying at the BTW hotel and starving! The front desk lady gave me their brochure. I ordered the Reuben thin crust pizza; it was delivered in less than 30 minutes!! It was hot and delicious!! I would order from them again!!

Really wish I had read all the negative reviews and the awful responses from the owner before ordering here. We were stuck here due to a delayed flight and just wanted some comfort food as it was about midnight and we hadn’t eaten in about 12 hours at that point. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. It was literally one slice of cheese in between two pieces of bread and was clearly not grilled - it was just slightly warm and the cheese just barely melted enough to stick to the bread, like they threw it in the microwave for a few seconds and called it good. Super weird. Not sure why they couldn’t just take the time to make a real one?

Awesome cauliflower crust pizza! Toppings were piled high and center of the pie fully cooked. Were not local but will DEFINITELY order again next time we are in town

The pizza is great. We had the thin crust Richfielder done extra crispy. The crust held up really nicely to the toppings, and the toppings were generous. Lots of olives if you love them; ask for lite or none if you’re not a big fan.On a separate note, we also had a double California burger. It was fantastic. The burger was juicy and it had a good ratio of lettuce, tomato, and added raw and sautéed onions. The sauce the potatoe wedges comes with is very good, too. It a bacony taste to it, but not too much.The garlic cheese bread was great too. Not overly cheesy for me; though I am not a big fan of cheese.The chocolate cake was, in three words, decadent, moist, and chocolatey.Overall 5/5. Order came to $55 for pickup. The food was hot and delicious. Enough food for dinner for two, and two or three days of lunch. We look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Im not sure why people are rating this place a one star? Every time Ive ordered here its been just great! Maybe theyre ordering the wrong things. My fettuccine alfredo was awesome! The spaghetti was good! And the ribs were absolutely scrumptious!!! Love this place! Late hours are a huge plus too!!!

Placed an order for delivery and it came around their estimated wait time. The restaurant forgot to include my coleslaw and 2 ranch packets I had ordered. Nick was super nice and refunded me and was coming back in my area for another delivery and was going to bring me those items. He went above and beyond to make it right. Pizza was very good as well. Thanks Nick!UPDATE: I ordered the same order next night and they forgot the same exact stuff! The 2 ranch packets and the coke slaw was missing!!!! Kinda disappointed now.

Stayed by the Mall of America for a few nights. The hotel recommended them for delivery.All I can say is WOW, not only was the food amazing. But the delivery service was fast, the food was hot, and the delivery personnel was courteous and friendly. We ordered fro. them each night we stayed.Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

Worst Customer Service ever waited 2 hours after arriving to our hotel 9pm and they came to the hotel didn’t even go to the front desk and ask for the name given when realizing there was a room mix up. Ive called and was told I would have to wait another for another 2 hours after explaining my 2children and I haven’t ate since we landed. Was hung up on and every time I call they throw my phone number on hold and won’t puck up. Horrible first experience

The lady answering the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to let them know that our food was over cooked and hard. She never took responsibility. Just said they don’t do refunds and that they make their food this way. I’m sure you can see the difference from what is displayed on the website. I even asked for her name, she refused to give it. Then when I asked for a manager she hung up on my face. Called back on a different number, she put me on hold and wouldn’t answer, multiple times. I was very polite with her. I’m very disgusted. $60 down the drain.I’m missing Texas already….The delivery driver was very polite and respectful…..**UPDATE** the owner leaves a sarcastic review not even mentioning the food I posted……….still wasted $60

10/10 my favorite place to get pizza!! Their pizza is high quality for an amazing price and their wings are the best. The staff is super friendly and always on top of things. It is my go to pizza place!

There’s a reason this place has 3.6 stars: it’s not good. The pizza was nasty and has a strange chemical-y flavor. Cheese didn’t even go near the edge of the crust, the sauce was off and cheese was skimpy. I picked it up and left a nice tip, but the young guy behind the counter was rude and in a hurry. Parking lot has some sketchy characters and smelled like your old college dorm room. Go anywhere else for pizza. Not here.

The pizza was delicious. A lot of cheese, spiced enough to not need extra red pepper, and a 12 pizza was the perfect amount to fill me up. The price of the pizza is why I give American Pie three stars, I paid over 25$ got a can of diet Coke and the 12 pizza. Also the man running the pizza shop struggled answering simple questions about whats on the pizzas which made it harder for me to order.

Very rude service the lady that we Explained the situation!!!! was accusing us of lying and saying They have camera evidence to show that the pizza was Cut !!!! No silverware provided. Hour long wait for delivery from a 10min drive, We were told to goDOWNSTAIRS for the silverware!!!! REAL JOKE!!!!!!ABSOLUTLY made us feel like we were trying to get something for FREE!!!!!

Horrible customer service! I was very nice and had all intentions on being and remain very professional in regards to my wife’s order! We specifically ordered a BLT sandwich with extra crispy bacon. As you see in the picture below the bacon is burnt and it has the burnt taste. I made a phone call to the restaurant to discuss my dislike for the sandwich in hopes to get an alternative solution, The call was rudely handled by the manager never came up with a solution told me in her words “ that is what I ordered” I proceeded to say, I ordered extra crispy not burnt! Her reply was extra crispy is burnt and that’s what I ordered and there’s nothing they can do and she hung up on me! This place is very unprofessional as it pertains to customer service, and customer relations, and customer solutions!I have also attached a picture of another sandwich that was ordered when we ask for extra crispy bacon and you all can see the difference, of extra crispy and burnt bacon!

Late night Baymont stay had me looking for delivery food. American Pie Pizza and sandwich came to the rescue, they were quick and hot food was hot and cold food was cold when they came. The delivery guy was very polite and pleasant. The price options were very affordable. Thank you!

Our food was delivered 20 minutes late and wasn’t even remotely warm. The sauce on my kids cheese pizza was so spicy neither of my two could eat it without coughing. I had to buy them something else so they could actually have dinner.

Sooooo…….I have lived within blocks of American Pie for years and never tried them. Why? Reviews kind of scared me as they were all over the place. My interactions with the restaurant and the driver were all stellar. No disrespect at all, very friendly and casual. The pizza came on time and was piping hot. We ordered three different pizzas ( I hate when every pizza tastes the samenot the case here! The Reuben was reubiny and the Taco was a lovely taste trip to the Bell and the salami and pepperoni was super good!Its NOT gourmet it’s just really GOOD!Now for the surprise…..I ordered the broasted chicken to try just for fun. A few weeks ago we ordered chicken from Revival in MPLS and the whole dinner cost like 125 bucks. This $11 chicken meal was way better. It was juicy, flavorful, crisp and didn’t empty my wallet. Honestly so good!They also didn’t forget my sauces and dressings! I almost gave 5 stars but this is just real good guys. I am stingy with my fivers maybe if they had included a golden coin😜 The moral of my story is this, don’t be afraid to order some really good, hot and flavorful food.

Great food! Friendly delivery guy and great help adding something I forgot to my order over the phone. Whatever the owner/manager has been doing all these years is working. Would love to see American Pie Pizza in cities around the world and plan/expect to soon.

I have ordered from here many times, and the food quality is always top notch. Sometimes I even order delivery to my job (the other late night pizza place in Bloomington), and am always pleasantly surprised. Very large menu and the drivers are always friendly. Thankfully this place made it through the pandemic because quality small businesses like American Pie are becoming harder and harder to find.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place- got stranded for the night in Minneapolis and after no other places were open or had any availability, my hotel recommended here because they have their own drivers and they are open till 3 AM. Places like this are totally underrated and are kind of dying out so it’s kind of great that this was the only option, because their food was def better than I thought it would be! 😉Let me start off by saying, the wings were super dry. Like they asked me if I wanted my wings well done, I said no, but the chicken was definitely past well done.I also got a turkey hoagie with cheddar and it was bomb! The bread tasted and smelled fresh and was good quality, and the quality of the turkey was good.Yall just reallyyyyyy need to work on your wings!!

Just ordered broasted chicken, some wings, potato wedges and some Cole slaw for a group of 10. We ordered it to be delivered to our hotel for 630 and it came shortly after that, and the food was still super hot and it was fantastic! Everyone loved it. Coming from out of town ordering from a new place is always a risk but I would recommend this place and definitely order again when we return to the area. The only regret is we didn’t try the pizza too!

I was in town for the weekend and this was one of the only pizza places open after 10pm and I am SO glad they were. Fast delivery, friendly staff.. The jerk wings were so flavorful! The garlic cheese bread was done to perfection and the pizza was out of this world! 10/10 recommend to anybody!

I have ordered from here for many Years!!! I love my Tacos, Broasted Chicken, Wild Burger and Root Beer Floats!!! I love every thing about this lovely spot! One time I did get cabbage instead of lettuce... the young kid didn’t realize the difference between lettuce/cabbage... it was funny and great! Felt like home.

Told em allergic to bacon. Girl taking order says well disclaimer we sell bacon and could be contaminated. I should have hung up then. I said I can wait as long as necessary if they need to wait to make mine. She said it shouldn’t be a problem. She said it comes with fries. I didn’t bother asking if any pork was also cooked in deep frier just asked if I could have coleslaw instead and she said I’ll let them know. And stated ya probably didn’t want themAnyway as they come with some bacon dip sauce. Order arrived faster than 45 minutes time stated and no coleslaw but did have the bacon sauce and wedge fries and a cold dry burger which wasn’t good at all. Definitely not happy with first time eating from this place.

Ive been reading the negative reviews and I feel they are unjust. American Pie has never messed up our order and we have placed dozens of orders over the past 2 years. My family LOVES the pizza and the appetizers! We typically order extra so we can have lunch the next day! The salads always have fresh ingredients and the desserts are worthwhile. Their delivery people are always friendly and patient.
