American Ghost Adventures in Orlando

My family and I had a FANTASTIC experience on the 4-hour long ultimate tour! This was our first time participating in paranormal activities and boy, was this an adventure! Our tour guide, Heather, did an amazing job explaining the history of Downtown Orlando in addition to thoroughly instructing us on how to use the investigative equipment. If you are interested in diving into the paranormal world, or just looking for a downtown adventure, I couldnt recommend this team enough!!!

My friend Tara and I had a wonderful time during the ghost tour. Our tour guides were all very nice and very knowledgeable about the history of Greenwood Cemetery. Definitely check it out if you are in the Orlando area!

Such a great tour! We were able to give input into what we wanted most out of the tour. We said we wanted to investigate spirits more and we got a chance to spend more time with all the equipment. It was so much fun!

Ashley was a fantastic tour guide. So knowledgeable and friendly. This tour is a real ghost hunt with historical stories to back it up. Don’t miss out on this adventure.

Went with my boyfriend before our Disney visits, it was the perfect thing to do for spooky season, it was a mix of history and stories of haunting. It’s an experience you won’t forget, and Jasmine our tour guide was exceptional and passionate with knowledgeable about what trauma happened in the past in buildings and how/why they didn’t move on. we learned about “ley lines” and their spiritual significance and the different types of hauntings. We even passed through a few bars so we got a couple shots in along the way XD. Loved my tarot card reading at the end. Ty !

This company has been around a LONG time. Ting does such an amazing job. Im so grateful for their flexibility to accommodate my wife who is physically handicapped, and provide a fun, informative, historically accurate tour full of great times. Ting was helpful, kind, and made sure that none of it became physically overwhelming for my wife. I have gone on this tour before, and will be again because they are the best out there. 10/10 recommended

My husband and I chose to go on a Ghost adventure for our 1 year anniversary, and it was the best decision ever. Our guides were Ting and David. We learned a lot about the area and had a ton of ghost activity. Would recommend 100%.

I highly recommend you take the 2 hour tour in Mt Dora! The guides were super friendly, helpful & accommodating especially for my disabled aunt. They made it a very enjoyable experience for my daughters 16th birthday. We had so much fun interacting with the use of cool equipment while learning of the historic town. We will definitely be booking with them again in Winter Garden or Orlando.

This was me and my boyfriend’s first ghost tour ever and we had the BEST experience. Ashley was fantastic and we left so excited to book our next tour!!

The tour guide Ashley was giving me a lot of historic stories. Love that there are both investigations and stories on the tour. I didnt find any spirits though, they probably didnt like me.

Had a great time at their High Tea with Spirits event in Mt. Dora! Ashley and Ting were both very knowledgeable about local history and all types of hauntings. The hands-on element was the best, and it was so fun getting to try out different types of paranormal equipment. I will definitely be looking for more tours with them in the future.

We absolutely loved our guide and our ghost investigating experience. Very cool to learn about some history, see some awesome sights, and use some paranormal equipment we’ve never tried before! Really liked the authenticity of the tour and historical part of the tour. Of course wish to spend more time on other places but it is a great experience. Heather was a funny and great story teller; really protected and respected the street walkers.

Soooo much fun. My boyfriend and I were the only ones that booked for the tour the night we went and we were so worried of it being awkward. But Jeklyn, our tour guide, was AMAZING. She made the tour so much fun and she was super knowledgeable. On top of that, she made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend doing this tour, whether you believe or not just for the fact that it was fun and memorable experience 💖

Maximilian def has my ❤️! The haunted items were really neat! Cant wait to see more on that haunted table!! Will definitely have my eyes peeled in the future to see what it said about this table. Also when I very first touched the EMF it felt like it had a magnetic pressure pushing away from the table when I just tried to sit it on the table did it several times but it only lasted for about 10 or 20 seconds. The rods were really cool and I would not have believed that they really worked if it wasnt for the fact that I was holding them myself and was not moving at all. Overall fun night and the price is just right

This was an awesome experience! Our guide Riley was super friendly and knowledgeable. We did the Express tour which stays outdoors but we still learned a lot and had a great time. Highly recommend if you’re in Orlando!

Went on the ghost tour tonight with the hosts Ting and Riley. It was AWESOME! I’ve been on ghost tours in other cities before but this one was definitely the best. Was cool to hear about the history of the buildings, some ghost stories/previous sightings, and learn about the equipment we were using. Would definitely recommend

this was a very fun experience! the guides were very accommodating. they had no problem answering questions, joking with us, and listening to my kids experiences. the history and stories were interesting and engaging as well.

Loved the tour. You really get your money’s worth. Our tour guide, Mattisen, was extremely charismatic and well-informed about the Orlando area. Would highly suggest this to anyone looking for something to do in downtown!

Tour was so fun. Much better than the tour we took in New Orleans because we had access to specific locations and were able to try and make contact using instruments that were supplied. Mattisen was so friendly and gave us a great tour. Was there any activity? I can’t say there wasn’t…. Would recommend for sure!

met with my guide Jeklyn and the rest of the group in front of Harry Buffalo. The weather was nice and breezy which made walking around very pleasant. Jeklyn made my group feel comfortable as we walked around downtown Orlando. We went inside the historic train station, where we got EMF detectors and held onto them for the rest of the tour. This was my first time using dowsing rods, and we communicated with the souls of an eight-year-old girl and her two-year-old sister. It was a fantastic experience, as I could "feel it for myself" and get responses to questions I asked with the movements of the rods. That was my favorite part! We walked around different building fronts and learned some of their histories and stories attached to them. At the end of the tour, we wound up back at Harry Buffalo and went upstairs to a creepy room acting as AGAs headquarters. This was a unique thing that I was not expecting, and the walk down the creepy dark hallway lined with old rooms was very thrilling. We ended the tour in a cozy room where we looked around for objects that had spirits connected to them.The experience was fun and unique! Downtown Orlando has a lot to offer!

The tour guides, Cierra and Ash were excellent. They shared detailed stories and experiences at a lot of locations along the tour. We got to use different tools to try and get our own experiences as well. We really enjoyed this part of our Florida vacation.

Cierra was GREAT! She did an excellent job making sure everyone had a chance to work with all the investigation tools and provided clear instructions to ensure we were comfortable using them. We appreciated her spirited and detailed storytelling. She kept us on schedule and we always knew what to expect next. We loved how hands-on the experience was and all had a great time.

This was a great experience. Our tour guide was Ashley, she is awesome and I highly recommend requesting her. I attended the tour with my 13yo daughter and her friend and they both loved the experience. We were also in need of wheelchair accessibility and the team went above and beyond to turn this into a private tour that had seamless accommodations for us. We were treated by professionals with courtesy and respect, while still keeping the entertaining mood going. I will definitely be sending friends and family their way.*****These are very well deserved 5 stars.

A friend and I did the express ghost tour. We were the only two on the tour and were very excited Brooke still held the tour! Brooke was a very knowledgeable tour guide and told stories in a very lively way. She conveniently ended the tour next to the pizza place we were planning on dining at after, which was so nice! I would definitely suggest this tour to others.

We took the 2 hour "Not just a walk in the dark" walking ghost tour with Cierra as the tour guide. Cierra is quite knowledgeable about the different types of hauntings as well as Orlando history. She is a great story teller, and did a fantastic job at accomodating the interests of the individuals in the group.The spirits were interactive during our tour, particularly at one of the bar spots we got to explore. Different equipment such as emf readers, dowsing rods, and flashlights were successfully used for communicating with the spirits, making the tour both interactive and entertaining. I recommend American Ghost Adventures to those wanting to learn more about Orlando and who are seeking opportunities to interact with ghosts. The tour was an overall spooky, educational, and fun experience- Thank you Cierra!

Tour was good, kids had a great time, Chris our tour kid was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! You get some history of Orlando too. All in all it was well worth the money.

Had an amazing time, with an awesome tour guide, Jeklyn! Wish we had time for the 4 hour tour, but we settled for the 2 hour. Either way, the experience is/was absolutely real! Totally worth checking out. Thrilled we were able to make this part of our Honeymoon trip 💕 👻

We had an absolutely AWESOME time!!! We got lots of evidence, photographic as well as sound recordings! Our guide, Debbie, was super knowledgeable and had lots of good tips. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone!

She gave us an extremely involved and thorough tour, she made sure everyone was safe throughout the tour, and made sure to involve everyone with the investigations! WOW. We took the two hour tour and had an awesome time with Renee! The tour was fascinating!! I’ve lived in Orlando my whole life and I had no idea we had such a dark past.My boyfriend was a skeptic and even he had a great time.I highly recommend giving this tour a try!

We did the walking ghost tour in downtown Orlando and had a great time. Our guide Cierra kept our interest the whole time. I wanted to know more! I would highly recommend this tour while visiting Orlando or even if you live here to learn more about the history!

I went on the 8-10pm tour. It was great! We got to investigate two locations with each tour guest being given their own EMF reader. A couple pairs of dousing rods were shared around. My favorite part of the tour was the history shared by the tour guides, Ashley and Cierra. They were so knowledgeable about the history of Orlando and told us stories about so many of the buildings we passed while we walked. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in the supernatural or even just in the history of Orlando.

We are moderately experienced paranormal investigators who like to take the local ghost walks wherever we travel. This is the first tour Ive come across that actually tailors your tour. When booking, I was asked if I wanted more history, investigation time, etc. We had a great time with our guide Mitchel. Although it was only my partner and I on the tour that night, the company did not cancel and we appreciate that! While it was a quiet night spirit-wise, we love any chance to sharpen our investigation skills. Well definitely be back. 😊

You guys. This tour is an absolute must. Not only were the guides, Jeklyn and Matthew, sooooo upbeat, informative, and just all around amazing energies to be around. But they also helped me to propose to my significant other!!! Matthew was there to capture the moments for us and Jeklyn helped make our proposal ghost story convincing enough to distract and allow me to propose. The tour is totally worth the money! Wether you’re just visiting or live locally, this is an experience worth trying out. Not to mention you may experience encounters like we did on ours!!!! This is a fun experience for anyone looking for something new to do in Orlando especially if youve already spent a lot of money in the usual theme parks. Also a great way for anyone who wants to learn a little history and about some of those old buildings in Downtown Orlando. The little ghost meters also add to the fun...The tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Our host was super fun, Joey, he was really knowledgeable about the local history He did a great job of making us feel comfortable. We arent really into the whole ghost thing but we do love history and we found that the ghost tours in most cities are far better at the local history than most of the historic tours. Plus the guides are usually eccentric and they just have a really good time with their jobs You can tell they really love what they do. We did the 2-hour walking tour and felt it was a great value for our ticket price.

The tour was a lot of fun! We learned a lot of things about Orlandos history that we never knew, and we got some wonderfully creepy ghost activity. We had to cancel and reschedule at the last minute, and Ting was very gracious and happy to work with us. Christina was our guide, and not only was she knowledgeable about the area, the history, and the spirits, she was just a lot of fun to be around. I really felt like she and I were kindred spirits.This was the four-hour tour, and I highly recommend it because there is too much to do for the shorter tours. Youll be able to get food and drink, but keep in mind that theyre not included in the price. That said, they do give you some free gifties at the end.The only negative is subjective because it wont affect everyone. The tour is not handicap accessible. Theres a pretty long walk through downtown, and the buildings we toured were old and didnt have elevators. Otherwise, the whole evening was just amazing. I would definitely do it again, and I would highly recommend it.

But seriously, you need to do this!!! I’ve been on many ghost tours and this is by far the best. We did the ultimate experience and it was so worth the extra money to get 4 hours of tour! The first place we went was so spooky because of the things that were happening during the time with the different tools we were using. I’m a person that doesn’t 100% believe so I’ve done all the research on how things can be made to seem like it’s ghost and none of that was happening. The tool that freaked us out the most was the flashlights that we used, we had them all over the place (that we choseand we were actually getting responses at specified times! It was crazy and so much fun. I recommend anyone to do this tour!!! Thanks so much Mark for the amazing time, I hope you enjoyed the night too!!!
