Nice one 👌 To diversify the morning breakfast

Ive been in this hotel for few days, the room was spacious, the sheets and toilet were clean. The view is overlooking a public zoo/park you could hear the lions roar. Although it is a bit noisy at night due to the music from the parties on the roof. The food had lots of options and dlvery delicious. The staf is so friendly and welcoming.The experience was great !

Impossible de dormir... dans lhôtel, il y a une discothèque au 1er étage... et il ny a aucune insonorisation !!! Une catastrophe.

Otel olarak , başkentte en önemli mahallelerden birinde oluyor , hemen hayvanat bahçesinin karşısında. Tunusun en işlek caddesine 10 dk yürüyüş mesafesi var .Otel lüx değil ama fiyatları çok uygun o yüzden tercih etme sebebim oldu.Odalar güzeldi gibi , ama şimdi kimse ona dikkat etmiyor gibi gledi bana .Yemek için her gün farklı farklı problem oluyordu kahvaltıda , saç , sinek ..........Asansörleri korku filmi gibi.Umarım yöneticileri bu yorum dikkate alarak güzel iş yaparlar .otele yazık etmezler .

stayed for one night and everything went good, staff is gentle, room is clean, the bed is very comfortable and the wifi is very fast in the room

صوت النادي صاخب ومزعج حتى وقت متأخر من الليل، ومحاولة الخادمة فتح باب الغرف بالبطاقة دون انتظارها لمن في الداخل شيء مزعج وغير احترافي بتاتاً (تقوم بدق الباب لكن لا تنتظر فورا تحاول فتحه)

Just ok , old furniture air conditioner doesn’t work and room cleaning service never come when you need them , if you want to connect with WIFI you should grab your seat and sit in the lobby because its too weak in the rooms, breakfast is so bad it looks it didn’t coast them anything , and the club downstairs is very noisy till very late ,,,But it has good view on the zoo ,,

the service was very good , beautiful location as you can enjoy the nature view of the belvedere zoo from your balcony, but the only problem I faced was the water drops inside of the room from the air conditioner, it was very disturbing ,I hope they can fix it , otherwise I liked the place.

Alors quest-ce que je pourrais dire sur cette hôtel accueillant cest un peu vieux mais cest un bon hôtel laccueil impeccable cest pas des conseillers cest à conseiller mais voilà cest un peu vieux et ça pourrait être à 100 dinars la nuit au lieu de 150 voilà mais cest un hôtel à conseiller

I have never been in a such miserable situation. Insects everywhere. The humidity in the room was unbearable. Without mentioning how the food was awful.

Létat général de lhôtel est un peu "fatigué" mais heureusement son emplacement (en face du grand parc du belvédère avec un itinéraire facile et proche de laéroportrattrape les prestations décevantes.La porte de la salle deau ne peut pas fermer : la faute à linstallation du wc ne laissant pas assez despace pour la rabattre ! et ce soir là, pas deau chaude pour se laver.En revanche les lits sont plutôt confortables même si notre réservation demandait un lit double et que 2 lits séparés nous ont été attribués...

La localisation de lhôtel est optimale et avec un peu de chance la chambre a une vue sur le parc. Les chambres sont normales, malgré quelques bémols par rapport au ménage. Personnel au top

Très bien placé dans Tunis avec une vue imprenable sur le Belvédère depuis les chambres au delà du 6ieme étage 🤗

A part la vue sur la belvédère, rien de spécial. Acceuil nul, réception sans réponse au téléphone, chambre passable avec un très grand défaut, dès laprès-midi et toute la nuit, le bruit du bar qui sinfiltre jusquau chambres du 4 ème étage + bruit des voitures !!! Parking mal organisé, accès horrible a partir du parking et tu paye dès lentrée et lorsque tu sortira, on vous dits: non Mr vous navez pas régler votre séjour !!! Nimporte quoi ! A éviter, sérieusement.

Well, since this is not my first time here, I could say Ive much of an experience and a clear idea about this hotel:For business customers, a three star hotel like this one, is barely good. Ok its in the best of the downtown, near to everything you need, but youre actually in a hotel where everything you need is supposed to be there, except for this one.Dinner was shameful, vegetable rice, some vegetable salads, chicken with vegetable sauce, pasta... Really not even the average for local or foreigner visitors.And the funniest thing that ever happened to me in all of the girls Ive ever been, while I was having dinner, I got up to bring some pasta to try (which was a bad idea), the waiter took the plates on my table, and when I sit back to eat, I heard him say "oh, he is still eating or what 🤔". I mean, are you serious !! They are not even welcoming you or smiling at you and they are angry about you eating.And by the way, to understand how much miserable the hotel was, I could tell you that the number of waiters was more than the people having dinner, and instead of serving you, they are filling their own plates to eat !!!Breakfast was not bad, butter, honey, jam, eggs, omelets and some croissants... And some sad coffee... Yes sad 😩 Barely the average as I said, due to luck of innovation or new ideas...The only good thing theyve done, accordingly to them, is moving the Disco from first floor, to seventh floor, which by the way I heard some complaining about it (too loud)...Last thing I want to say, if youre gonna spend money to rest or do business ; think again...

Abbastanza buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Da migliorare la pulizia. Pranzo e cena a self service...non è il massimo. Buona la posizione in centro s Tunisi.

Ne payer jamais avec votre carte bleue jai été victime dune fraude à la carte bleue Cest à dire ils copient vos cartes bleus et communique les numéros à des complices en France. Une enquête est en cours. Cest certain je ne paie jamais avec ma carte et je nai pas eu le choix Pendant mon séjour Résultat 24 h à 48h après on ma débité 980 euros.... Je vous déconseille de payer avec vos cartes bleus Utiliser de lespèce. Hôtel trop bruillant discothèque la nuit et les femmes de ménage le matin.

A cozy hotel at the heart of Tunis downtown. Nice place to spend a night if you have a work in Tunis area. Its near almost all the amenities. If you have luck youll have a nice view of the Belvedere park. The most thing that I love is the quality of the rooms.

Not very nice experience. No vasics in room. Limited food variety. I just cheched out next morning

Cest un hôtel bien situé au cœur de Tunis à côté dun joli parc belvédère pas trop loin des différents administrations et services. Les chambres sont correctes pour un hotel de ville sauf un peu de bruit le matin à cause de lembouteillage. La bouffe est correcte, il y a un choix divers. Le staff est vraiment accueillant surtout les chargés de ménage, de restauration et de lentretien.

veľmi pekný a veľmi veľký hotel.prisne dbajú na bezpečnosť.pokial nie ste ubytovaní, musíte ostať v priestore recepcie.znamy boli ubytovaní v tomto hoteli.s manželom sme prišli aj s našimi známymi, ktorý tu boli ubytovaní.potrebovala som sa nutne prezliecť, ale recepčná ma nepustila spolu s nimi na izbu.dokonca ani ba toaletu, ktorá sa nachádzala vedľa recepcii.az na veľké presviedčanie mi dovolila ísť sa prezliecť na toaletu v sprievode jej kolegyňe.chapala som jej obavu,a som rada že nakoniec dovolila.v tomto hoteli sú naozaj všetci v bezpečí.spravanie recepčnej hodnotnim ako dobré

a good hotel for a business trip

Si je dois résumé mon expérience dans cette hotel soit disant 4 étoiles je dirais HORRIBLE, jai réservé une chambre ou je nest pas pu dormir tranquillement car a 8h du matin les femmes de ménage faisait un bruit infernale dans les couloirs, elle sont même venu frappé pour voir si il y avait quelquun dans la chambre, énervé je suis descendu a la réception et mes réflexions on été mal pris, un grand manque de professionnalisme. Pour finir lhôtel est sale je ny remettrais plus les pieds.

It is a very well placed hotel. It probably was a big thing in its time, but it is not according to current standards.In front of the zoo, you can easily get anywhere in the city.The service is okay, not always at its best. Breakfast is good, but modern hotels are offering more choices.

Located in a pleasant neighborhood near Parc du Belvedere, but within walking distance of the Medina and the city center.Room is comfortable, but not luxurious. There is a lively bar in the lobby. A good buffet breakfast is included in the cost of a room. Lunch and dinner available at the restaurant.Free wifi.This is the 3rd time Ive stayed here.

قصدت مساء الخميس نزل السفراء على الساعة السابعة والنصف مساء بعد ان انهكني الحر وهرب عن جفوني النوم بغاية الترويح عن النفس وازالة البعض من مكدرات الحياة ومقابلة الاصدقاء وكنت مرتديا تبانا يصل الى حدود الركبتين وعند اقترابي من باب هذه المؤسسة السياحية التي كنت اتردد عليها منذ الثمانيات اعترضي العون المكلف بالحراسة بترحابه العادي قائلا لي بالحرف الواحد (اتفضلفلم اجد ما اقوله ثم بسرعة تداركت الامر واجبته باني ساحتسي قهوة وبي,,, وكانت المفاجئة حيث تم منعي من الدخول بتع...Afficher la suiteJ’aimeAfficher plus de réactionsCommenterPartager

Nice hotel with a view on Belvedere Park. Perfect for business travelers. The hotel was renovated a couple of years ago and it is nicely decorated. Rooms are clean and have all the amenities of a 4 star hotel. Recommended.
