Receptionist was saucy the both times i went there Probably feels they have too much customer or he was overworked. I later got to stay there for a while and the operations is not realy bad. They give you 24hrs of light but limited Ac time. The water heater for hot water bath is also limited. The cost is on budget from ₦5500-₦10000. A good place to stay of you in Enugu for a while and do not need ostentatiousness/luxury. There rooms are cleaned everyday with beddings change. Basic amenities in the room with small refrigerator. The bar is opposite with the rental hall. There food need improvement. The shawarma was too spicy

Its a cool hotel if you dont have issues with lodging with over 120 people in one hotel. They give you 24 hours light but only turn on their big Gens frm 8pm. During the day, your A. C is not gonna work except their is EEDC power. For students, its perfect but for romance, nah

Avoid this hotel, they give out your room number to a stranger. The receptionist gave out my room number to a total stranger. If youre looking for a safe place to lodge as a lady. Please avoid this hotel

Amazon hotels is really a nice place to stay, I mostly enjoyed there power supply, though I wasnt there all day and didnt stay for long came for a conference. But its real nice and peaceful

Decent for the price, especially since its in the metropolis.AC isnt working in some rooms tho.But the rooms are OK...on d average.Make sure you investigate the AC in your room before payment.The mattress is also not hard enough for a hotel.

If youre on a budget and looking for a place to Lodge withing Enugu town without compromising a lot on the quality of service and ambience, Amazon is your place.You can and should call them to make reservations ahead of time especially if you want to Lodge over the weekend as their rooms are often booked completely a day before the weekend.

To say Im disappointed is an understatement..so I booked for a room yesterday. Called the receptionost gave him my date of checking in all all..fast forward to today, I got to the hotel only to be told that said receptionist forgot to include mybdate against the booking details so I had to be given a standard room as against the deluxe room I booked for...I need recommendation on another hotel on Enugu..

Its a low budget hotel. But at the price of course that is expected. I saw cockroaches in the room, theres no hot water, the fridge is not working neither is the ac. The mirror is too small and way too high for you to see your face. But like I said... at the price it is expected🤷🏽‍♀️Wahala for who no get money sha

Nice reception on entry, comfortable enough room but not for someone tall, the beds werent so long. Comes with a mini wardrobe, an okay bathroom with toilet, a mini fridge, a portable TV, a ceiling fan and an AC (I dont know how well it works). Oh yeah....and I didnt confirm if the hot water works well.

The hotel is nice and very budget friendly though the interiors needs serious upgrade but beside that, is really a good place to chill a few nights if you are passing through Enugu and needs a place to crash

It was my first time in the coal city of Enugu, also it was a solo trip on a very tight budget. Amazon hotels has cheap and decent rooms with basic amenities. I spent 6 nights there & never regretted I did. You can also give it a trial on ur next trip to the coal city

Ive not really been here, just that my church is adjacent to the place and from the view I can see on the outside I can say that the place is magnificent and beautiful. Their hall for events is also beautiful.

I overly loved this place.For a start their workers(from cleaners to cook and receptionist etc are so very efficient and friendly)Secondly their security is tight, no need to be scared bout your things getting missingThirdly their rooms are affordable.Plus their food is great. And the hotel is actually at the heart of enugu so therefore youd get easy access to places like the malls and nice eatries.
