Ordered Impossible burgers because were vegan, but it wasnt an Impossible burger at all. Taste fine but nothing special. Expensive, and apparently the tax was excluded. Paid about 7usd for taxes and tip. So its a total of $35, for a not so good burger. Didnt get our moneys worth.

This place is probably one of the most expensive places in the country and for the price the food is not worth it.

Comfortable place, Good ambience

We were here 11/13/2021. The atmosphere was great! We had excellent service and the steaks were cooked to perfection! We sat upstairs at a table overlooking the stage.We will be back this year, 2022.

This Hard Rock Cafe is nothing compared to the ones Ive visited in Boston, London, Mexico City, Kuala Lumpur, and others. I sat in the terrace; the furniture looks run down. The host had no idea of what craft beers were available. I asked him to go look in the kitchen and he brought two Mytos Pilsners, which were fine. Jorge "the Mexican" the waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered onion rings and they had nearly no flavor plus the oil on them tasted like it had been used one too many times. I hate to write this negative review because Ive been a big Hard Rock Cafe can for many years. I hope my review serves to make some major improvements at this locale.

The one Star is for the nice Area and also the staff. We couldnt sit longer there, the music equipment and band was so loud for that small room that we get headaches and had to leave! If you want hedaches go there...

The burgers are great here. At night the restaurant closes and turns the upstairs area into bar lounge with drinks. Its a good place to hang out with friends.

Cheaper than the other versions of HRC.In a mall with a dozen other places to eat and drink.

The waitress was very nice to meet and my wife and I had the best chicken fajitas ever! The style and music is amazing, just like any hard rock café in the United States.

If you want a place to have a drink you can go there. But as far as food goes, its awful, I make better burgers, my sons bread was stale and old and super hard, they sell it as a value meal because you get 1 refill and a dessert (very mehbut food is really that bad. Had to change the dish. I did like the attention, good customer service.

Its a Hard Rock. Fun drinks, cool memorabilia, and food thats hit or miss depending on what you order.

Great music, very elegant place

A great restaurant to visit just like in the states. They have everything that will make this a great place to dine. I must warn you that the food is expensive, but tastes great. If you have been to the Hard Rock Cafe in the United States, they have the same fantastic services. Great food, drinks. Wheel chair ramp for those in a wheelchair and handicapped parking. It is located between Masaya and Managua Nicaragua. The dining atmosphere is fantastic. For family.

This place was awesome on Sundays. They had a special buy one steak and get the second half price. I would buy the Tbone for $36 and get my friend one at half price. They since stopped that special and we dont go anymore. I wish they brought that back. Good steaks and burgers as well.

Such an amazing place, youll find a vast variety of food, drinks and deserts. Chill environment where you can sit, eat, relax and joy with friends and family!

Burgers tasted freezerburned and low quality. Drinks were not good. Service was incredibly, unbelievably inattentive. Memorabilia is so-so, prices are high.

Love the Hard Rock Cafe. I have visited the restaurant in many countries and Nicaraguas Hard Rock is no disappointment. The food is great, the service is wonderful and, as always, the atmosphere is Rokin and Rollin

I am staying in Managua for a few months and the HRC is directly across the street from my hotel so it was great, yet it is horrible. I have been to over 50 Hard Rock Cafes in throughout the world and this one is the absolute worst of them all. If it wasnt for the ambience and my love of this restaurant there is no way id return. Every time but once my food order has come out wrong! I ask the waiter if he/she understands and they nod their head that they do understand and each time the order is wrong. If you want to order a drink or another drink/refill you have to get their attention and ask. They never ever ask if you need anything. They serve you and leave until you wave them down again. There seems to always be more staff than customers yet you can not get decent service. This Sunday I sat at the bar to eat an early dinner and 4 bartenders were behind the bar and not one of them asked me if i would like anything. I understand that this isnt the US but every HRC I have ever been to the staff speaks some English. I dont expect them to but I absolutely expect them to provide a service that they are known for. Either train this staff properly or close this place down!

Its great place to have a good time with friends or family. I love the food and drinks of this place. It is located in the center of Managua at Galerias Santo Domingo Mall.Every week there is events like rock concerts, salsa party and karaoke night.In the second floor, there is a lounge bar called Palmeras, where you can enjoy drinks, food, hookah and dance.The service is good!

Loove the place! I love it because of the area, its very centric in Managua and very secure. It is located in Galeria Mall in Managua near carretera Masaya. I super recommend it because the ambiance is really nice and chill and the drinks are really good. You will spend some money here since it is a fancy like place but it is worth it.

Typical Hard Rock fare. The outdoor second floor seating is superb! Dont miss out trying the brownie for desert!

Ambient is good, but had a really bad experience. Had a reservation, my table was given to another party and they expected me to give them a solution to the problem. I want to be clear that I was not late or anything. Very disappointing.

Amazing food and beverages with a classic diner feel to it. You can even view real possessions that used to belong to famous celebrities. But beware, its pricey.

well as a fan and collector of HardRock franchise, I had to visit this place during my stay in Managua.Unfortunately it is in a mall, where only rich people have access to, as it is very expensive. This makes it more exclusive and less integrated with the city and thats the reason for just three stars.

Crappie service, and I had to wait for about 45 minute for someone to take my order and it was 4pm and a lot of waiters and waitress fooling around getting lazy
