Ramen is good ! Service little disappointing

Got charged take out for bowl because they did haven’t any bowls to use. Where’s your dishwasher? The can beverage was not cold enough, warm-ish so put the beverages earlier or make sure your cooler is working properly. The ramen was tasteless and didn’t get the right noodles. To top it off, only 1 person working the cash register and getting food out. I won’t be going there for sure.

The ramen is great! Broth is typical not unique. Charsiu is tender. Wish the add-on egg was marinated in soy sauce.

Consistently raising prices as there quality of food decreased.

We go here pretty often, the food is really good, huge portions

Foods were good, but they dont have self service water.

If I could give zero stars it would match the quality and flavor of this mesS that was a waste of time and money. I literally threw the food in the trash and started over again on dinner. My order was wrong ( I got unidentifiable meat instead of shrimp). The meat was chewy and grisly. The noodles had zero broth and zero flavor. It was very very disappointing.

Delicious ramen

Some items definitely better than others on the menu. I usually get the chicken katsu with curry and its delicious! Weirdly enough, the noodle dishes are my least favourite. Broth is good but noodles felt overdone and they seem to use their lowest quality meats in those dishes.Note: wait times can be long since its usually only 1 or 2 people in their kitchen. We went right around lunch once and waited 40 minutes!! Average is around 15 I would say

Knew something wasnt right when the cashier disappeared into the back with my credit card. A few days after we got home strange charges started up. First a few small ones then big ones for hundreds. As the credit card is only for vacations and this is the one and only place I used it after the weird disappearance into the back room with my card... Well you do the math... I know what happened and who did it. The cashier took photos of the card no doubt, then either made the charges or had someone else.

I dont like being required to tip

Super yummy and came out fast! They even have a vegetarian ramen. Bonus!

4/5 stars only because the service needs a little work. Food is definitely 5/5.I will definitely be coming back, as the food is really good and reasonably priced. My only real complaint is that when I went, the teenage girls working the front counter were only concerned with gossiping with eachother and basically ignored me until I asked them how I can place my order. The two girls finished off their conversation, one of them left and then the other one was prepared to ask me what I wanted to order.I had the Tonkotsu ramen, very tasty. Broth had a great flavor, noodles were good, overall very balanced. I also had the gyoza, no complaints there either.

It was eh,Rather boring ramen. But convenient since its right in the shopping center

Ox tail ramen is my go to- kimchee ramen right up next. All good quality and affordable! Always satisfied when I come.

Never a disappointment. My favorite place to eat on kauai. Reasonable prices, high quality food, quick service. The tonkatsu udon is my go to. Dont forget extra chasu(spelling?)

做了几天的邮轮 已经吃腻了船上的饭菜 下来逛逛 能吃到拉面和麻婆豆腐饭 简直不要太美味 味道也确实不错 尤其豆腐饭受到大家好评 拉面也算中规中矩 就是有点咸

Not for my family. Their fired shrimp is too hard and the shrimp is almost dried. Ugh! My kids was not able to eat since it’s too hard to chew. Sesame chicken is also not for kids. Too spicy.

A pleasant surprise! Our second time to the island and weve been searching for a good bowl of broth and noodles. Aloha delivered- we had the tantan and tonkastu.

Don’t know why this place doesn’t have a higher rating. We ate here twice on our trip, it has affordable prices, large servings, and a huge menu. Loved my food both times, I got pork ramen and the shrimp stir fried noodle.

Best Asian food I have had in Kauai. Beef Curry is the best. Not only ramen, but also rice bowl, both are delicious.

Ramen is delicious and the katsu Curry is so ono.

Had lots of good ramen but this place is just delicious! Hole in the wall inside a plaza of a shopping mall but if you want a casual place with quick and great ramen, go here!

Pros:I def reccomend their udon spicy chicken noodles (altho bigger and more chicken pieces would be better). We also tried their fried rice, ramen soup, gyoza, shrimp tempura and all had great flavor. Good value for food. Udon noodles were my favorite, yummy thick noodlesCons: The ramen took long to soften so we had to use the microwave, that was the only down side, which is unfortunate as ramen is their main menu. Maybe their broth wasnt too hot (To go order)Would return probably for the other items.
