Razavi Khorasan Province, Mashhad, Emam Reza Boulevard, No. 20, Iran, Mashhad
Lavish hotel with ornate rooms & suites, plus a spa, 3 restaurants & an indoor pool.
It was a great hotel with good service,
I’ve reserved this hotel based on reviews which was a big mistake.Room was not ready till 15:30 and they were cleaning right at 3 pmRoom had issue in shower area, it’s not 5 star hotel.Wash room in lobby was awful. I had to wait in lobby because they didn’t accommodate late check out and wash room was out of soap to wash your hand. Is this 5 star hotel????I’ve paid for airport transport, they took a taxi in street which dropped me far from airport ( because the taxi didn’t want to pay airport entrance fee. They don’t have their own transportation all the time.Don’t recommend this hotel at all.
Probably the best hotel Ive ever been to!Everything was of high quality there, the staff was so friendly, and you could vividly feel being cared for during your stay. The staff was so kind, respected, and caring. They prepared us anything we needed. Rooms were clean and big (you had enough space to do different activities in the middle area of the room), and interior stuff were lovely, new, and well-chosen.Pillows, bed, TV, praying cloth, tea service, electric and control systems (light, AC, etc.), bathroom and jacuzzi, Wi-Fi, food, breakfast, café, pool, transfer, location, restaurants, and elevators, all and all were just PERFECT!
The room we were there was not clean and you would see long hair every corner. Unfortunately, the toilet was out of order so we used to changed the room .Then ,in the new room we had problem with the air conditioning. I cant believe who gives this hotel 5 stars.
Hotel is very expensive I never stayed there but Best massage I have ever had Michael is the best
Good staff, friendly attitude, delicious food, unfortunately bad parking lot
☹. Personnel, especially at the restaurant on the rooftop and front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude.Plus I didnt see any of them wearing face masks. The hotel needed some maintenance.
Great breakfast , pretty nice rooms , lobby is ok but not as spacious as other hotels in the same league
my sister recommended the breakfast. will definitely visit the place in my next visit
It sure is the best hotel in Mashad. The breakfast, the view, the staff, and the restaurant were all great. The room was clean, modern & comfortable. It is quite near the Haram so its really convenient as well. You should def try the roof garden cafe.
At the beginning, we were not happy with the food service. After talking to the restaurant management, they responded very professionally and did everything in their power to serve our needs, leaving us very satisfied at the end. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing!
Good stuff, very good swimming pool , and nice manner of staff
Absolutely recommendedIts always on the top of my hotel list when ever i travel to Mashhad
No doubt here is the best hotel in Mashhad so far. We really enjoyed staying here . The special thing in this hotel is rooms come with different themes like safavid theme (which is my favoriteAchaemenid theme , russian thai and italian theme . So you can taste many cultures in your cozy room.
I stopped by just for breakfast and WiFiGreat customer service especially the ladies at the coffee shopThank you
very bad!I just want to say, please dont go there!!
Great for deserts. Attached prices, fairly priced compared to others in the area - prices are in rials, so just over $1 for tea
The restuarant was so clean and foods were delicious
Great service, clean rooms and great breakfast. The best hotel in the city without any exaggeration.
Absolutely lovely! Enjoyed my stay! Very much recommended 💖
Amazing place to stay. Very hospitable staff
I was there with my family.we got the suite room.It was really good as a 4 star hotel. The food was good and rooms were good.but unfortunately the coffee shop was not good enough.
We went there to have tea and coffee, so we just use hotels coffeeshop. We really liked both moka which was really good and tea which served in tea pot. We also ordered a fresh carrot cake which was good too.
Excellent hotel.5* services. Very comfortable stay in Mashhad and only few mins walk to Imam Reza (ASshrine. They have counter on Mashhad airport for free pickup.
The hotel is wonderful and theyre very respectful. Youll definitely enjoy staying in here.
Although the room and also the bed was comfortable, but because of the reception staff behavior, I will never return here..and since all reception staff behave same as each other it means that maybe the manager wants this from them..Also the breakfast is medium quality.
Amazing Hotel, it has many services including resturant. I myself eat many times in its resturant which serves a delicious food
Perfectly managed. Very delicious meals and luxurious restaurants. The pool and spa section was also very good. Great service all around. Water pressure was an issue for us (we were on the 14th floorbut this was the only bothering issue that we encountered.
really nice hotel with polite managers and workers. the service was good. the food was excellent. the pool was nice and clean. the only negative thing was its long distance to imam reza shrine.
Alright but not worthed the price (compared to Iranian prices). The 5 service and cleaning could be better for being a top 5 star hotel. I would give it between 3 and 4 out of 5.
It was good! the moquette was dirty, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and polite.very close yo IMAM REZA (PBUHHoly shrine
Good and polite staff, although the rooms were clean there are smal and there is no chair in the room. Air condition system is old and some times it doesnt work well but we didnt have serious problem with that. We just had breakfast at resturant and it was fine.
The exterior and rooftop restaurant of the hotel are impressive, and the cafe is cozy and relaxing. The food excellent. Because of these impressive features, the hotel attracts people who are not guests of the hotel. There were many pilgrims from neighbouring countries who brought their not so well behaved children to the restaurants, their screams and rowdiness, made it difficult for us to hear each other. The taxi service of the hotel has its own agenda for giving you a tour of the city...if you need to use it, tell them exactly where you want to go and ask the rate beforehand.
Good location, clean rooms and friendly staff
I stayed at this hotel for a couple nights during my Ziyarat trip. I have so much to say about this hotel. For starters, if youre foreign to the Farsi language, the staff here will make you fall in love with it with how kind and polite they are, something I have never seen in any hotel Ive ever stayed in. I do wish the staff was a little fluent, however Google translate saved a lot of hassle. The hotel is very conveniently on Imam Reza Boulevard, 8 minute walk to both Imam Reza Shrine and Imam Reza Bazaar. The hotel is very decorative, rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was on the 8th floor giving us a beautiful morning view of Imam Rezas Shrine. The breakfast was everything and then some from eggs, sausage, beans, handful of vegetarian options, spaghetti, delicious tea, fruits and biscuits, anything you could want for a fulfilling breakfast. The dinner was just as equivalent. Theres a traditional tea house on the rooftop that serves hookah as well, worth every penny. Finally theres a special ritual the doormen perform for all guests that I shall not spoil for you, but it is something Ill remember forever. Will definitely stay at Almas again, if not Almas 2.
The room wasnt good enough the room light was so low but the breakfast and service was good
Paradox hotel! In some points youll say "wow, fantastic" in others"wow disappointing!"Nice View, luxurious room, bathroom sound system, automatic air conditioning, distance to holy shrine, beautiful architecture, polite reception, free minibar, free wifi, free pool, tea service in room are good points.Dirty flooring, no attention to details in bath! Not satisfying breakfast, delay on elevators, weak soundproof ,not enough room in bath, weird pin place!!(if your towel falls is goes directly to toilet hole!!)
Nice place and good services
The hotel is beautiful and new. If you are out on a pilgrimage it is close to the shrine and the breakfast is good. On the down side is the staff specially the reception which are impolite. The rooms are not well built and you can hear the next door guest. Also the cleaning services were not 5 star as on check in the room didnt have towels. Last drawback is laundry which is expensive and they dont offer an iron
Too expensive and all over the hotel has crowded with Arab tourists.
The Firoozeh restaurant at top floor of the hotel sucks. The price is too high for the food quality. The variety of the buffet is poor. Staff need professional training to work in this restaurant. I ordered fish, they put some red sauce next to my fish in plate, it was super hot, I could not enjoy the rest of the meal. None of the servers asked anything from our table neither cleared our table.
The floors appear clean but are dirty... There is dirt and dust absolutely everywhere - does this place ever get dusted? Everything I touched made my hands dirty. Service is great on the day you come in but breakfast is serviced awfully, theyre not organised and the managers know absolutely nothing of what theyre doing. Other than these its and alright experience - definitely not five stars though.
This hotel is so good.
Hotel Almas 2Great location with waking distance to Imam Reza shrine. The rooms in hotel are very nice and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Amazing service and hospitality. Great dedtination for business meetings with delicious food. Everything were good. I have had a great experience in this hotel.Thank you
Not so good hotel. Staff is not cooperative. Not recommended.
Nice and clean rooms. Service is not good at all (very slow and inconsiderate customer service, including restaurants). Noisy and poor room air conditioning. Very poor in room entertainment system.
I completely regret booking this hotel. The are many things wrong with as such as its rude hotel staff and its tiny elevators. The lobby is nothing special and the toilets in its lobby smell horrible. The room service takes forever to arrive and doesnt taste very good. One star is much more than they deserve.
It was one different from what we imagined.. Toilets in the lobby were dirty and smelly!! The rooms that they prepared for us were not clean and had no light. We refused to go there and asked for refund to go to another hotel; they offered us one imperial and one honeymoon suit. They were clean, but the furniture was still not proper for a 5 star hotel.. The kettle was broken, sofa had a crack and the mirrors on the roof of honeymoon suit had a crack!!! The positive point about this hotel was customer service, being nice and helpful. Room service (food ordered, fruit and afternoon cake provided by hotelwas good. Overall, it had both positive and negative points.
The rooms are good and clean but the food is not good.
High price for 3 star hotel, unfriendly staff, very small rooms, old air-condition units.
