All Seasons Hotel in Istanbul

We went to the hotel late at night (after midnighton 21 September where two young boys at reception said all rooms had been booked but if we paid £40 cash to them they could give us a room until 7.30am. It was quite clear that the room was actually available for booking that night and the next night, but they wanted to make some money for themselves. Very corrupt and dishonest reception staff.

If I could give no stars I certainly would!This place is absolutely disgusting.I woke up with bed bugs all over my body.The staff are very rude, they have no manners or respect for tourists!I would rather sleep outside on the street then in this hotel!!The good reviews you can see below are all fake!!!!!Don’t waste your money here!!!

The hotel is a bit old, the staff dont let you move until you pay a tipThe only good person in the hotel is Muhammed who is always smiling and speaks Arabic wellThe annoying thing is I forgot the iron in the room when I left and came back at the same moment and asked them for the iron and they told me there is no iron in the room

I don’t usually write bad reviews but wanted to inform everyone so that they don’t make the same mistake I do.While the hotel staff was friendly and respectful, the hotel is VERY old and quite pricey for its quality. You can definitely get a cheaper hotel for better quality.The rooms had an odor, of cheap mens cologne, it did not feel clean at all. The bathrooms were extremely small. What is promised as a “king” size bed is actually not even a queen size bed, but full size bed. The bed comforter cannot accommodate covering 2 people simultaneously. The area of the hotel is also not the best. While it is a central location, the neighborhood isn’t the friendliest.Overall, the this hotel is way over priced for what it has to offer. The photos online are also very misleading.I would also recommend you pay your booking at the end of your stay, not the beginning. They are not helpful in any refunds for early leaving.

I booked the hotel for 3 nights the manager told me that he will book for one night and later extend. Later he told me that stay can not be extended caused me lots of discomfort to change the hotel. The hotel is managed by family with no proffesionalism. Also breakfast was poor.

Overall the stay is good, I enjoy the locations because everything is near you, the just need to add more variations for complimentary breakfast. The staff all friendly and helpful. The rooms is good has everything you need but a little bit tight.

Everything was fine. Very clean and polite service. BUT MATTRESS is horrible. Too firm, spring matress, i couldnt sleep 💔Also shower head needs to be hanged on the wall.

Hotel is not like the pictures, in a very busy narrow street, not enough parking, service is not free (they demand tip on each move you make), not friendly at all. Sheets had blood stains on it.

Osman the manager was the kindest, nicest and most welcoming person. All the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Always willing to help and answer any questions. Will highly recommend 👌 his English was really good and he also upgraded the room for us. Thank you Osman and the rest of the staff

False information on website. Paid for full service and gym and sauna were closed during my whole week stay. Bathroom small, window broken and couldnt be closed resulting in a lot of noise coming in. No system of do not disturb, so multiple staff come in your room multiple times each day. Breakfast was also unsatisfactory. Only good thing was shower.

This Hotel is a waisted of money. The queen bed is really small and if you are taller than 1.70! Your leg will be laying off the bed. The bed wasn’t comfortable to sleep on. The Shower in not hanging on the top. The quality of the soap is really bad. The internet is bad. The only good thing about this room it was clean and I wasn’t sure how clean it was because I’ve arrived at 2 AM and left at 11 AM next day. I don’t recommend it.

Great location, great staff. Staff were professional and attentive at all time. We stayed for 6 days. It is not fair people are commenting with bad intents. Maybe carpets need to be changed to flooring for those who have allergies like me. However, it is cleaned daily with fresh towels and free water bottles. Breakfast is not the best but turkey is cheap and there are lots of restaurants around the hotel. Excellent location.Written by UK couples.

A total value for the price we paid. We’ve been to Istanbul in 2019 and now in 2022 again, All Seasons was our choice again. You have a free parking on site, very friendly and polite staff, who will always welcome you with smile. Breakfast is free, but the thing we liked the most was the location. 2 minutes away form T1, the train that can get you to the main tourist attractions. 5/5 stars for the hotel, staff, cleanliness and our overall experience for two times. Will be our choice again, when we decide to visit Istanbul.

The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good. The staff is polite and helpful. There is parking. The location is very good, both for public transport and on foot.

We stayed at all seasons hotel for 6 days and had an amazing stay with them. All the staff was brilliant, extremely efficient and helpful. The room was nice and clean with a king sized bed. Osman also organised Bosphorus cruise for us with the best seat in the house! We will definately be staying at all seasons everytime we come to Istanbul and would recomend it.

dont believe a pictures in the website, the hotel hotel room is too small and dirty, you cant even sleep on that bad, i canceled my reservation after one night, and thy dont wanna give me my refund for the days left on my reservation, ohhh no the free breakfast its the good part because you will pay for coffee and other things, the hotel recaption they ere rood and no respectable.do not wase your money and your time.

One of the worst hotels Ive stayed in. Very old and not mantaind hotel. Cleaning is very poor, I always asked for bottles of water because they dont bring you. Breakfast is so bad that we didnt even bother to go after second day. Also they cancelled our reservation (only on Bookingon the last day so that we cant give them review on Booking, thats why their score is so high there.

Oh my God !this one of the worst experience I ever had .the staff allow themselves to enter ur room without ur permission I was praying maghreb and somebody knocked so I did not reply ,strangely he managed to enter my room I cut my Salat to shout on him how he dares to enter my room without permission .He said I m giving you cake for new year .He was lucky I did not throw the cake on his face .Their Arabic and English language is very weak if not yotally absent. Really I do not recommend it for single Muslims lady.or even family .the bathroom tap are black old and dirty.they dont vacuum carpet .they trick on the website picture .the hotel furniture are old and dirty .I was checking the bed sheets I found one which is visible clean and the one not visible under it not clean at all and very old effff.The room Services they put pressure on you if u bring food from outside .The breakfast is not of 4 stars expectation .If u complain they will only stress the fact that this is family hotel .as a guest I want my rights to be respected ,my privacy as a woman how come a man enter my room like that .unacceptable. By the way they dont get u to manager to complain .Never trust them.In Istanbul there are thieves my mobile is stolen ,police can not do anything they come they check no result .I stayed 18 nights in this hotel I couldnt cancel because if I cancel I will loose my money .I paid 745 euros .out of my will .حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل .

İ didnt really like the place, there was bad smell in room but one big plus to when we left housekeepers cleaned the room, at bathroom there wasnt any door, and carpet was wet and smelled bad also the electricity issue at the photo

Staying at this hotel is most regrettable time in my life. Dirty and small room ! They are super tricky! Take care, we booked delux room but when checked in they provided us small bedroom with two single beds! We booked for one single bed and queen! in their bathroom rarely one person fit, super small and super dirty! I have stayed before in Motels, they have more quality than this hotel. This hotel even is not as good as 2 stars hotel.

It’s most horrible hotel I have ever stayed it’s very cheap price and hotel rooms are very much broken and staff at guest service is very rude too. The breakfast is very cheap too. I don’t recommend for some one on holiday.

Unfortunately, this hotel was one of our greatest regrets!the internet speed is really poor, overall room cleaning was just "okay!", no toothbrush and hair conditioner!The blanket had some stains! the room does share just 1 bottle of water in the bedroom for 3 people, it was not at all welcoming!The area is not recommended, as a girl, I felt really unsafe around here!I am really confused that how this hotel got 5 stars?!And finally, we canceled our reservation for the second day!

Dont trust booking.com , the pictures have nothing to do with reality. Rooms are ok but service is boor . I Didnt feel safe walking around at night in the area . The hotel not really recommended 😕

Inside îs clean , all the furnature is damaged. The towells are minimum 5 years. And internet works with 50kb you cant even open netflix.

The guy at the reception is not honest, For ex. I paid €45 for transport from airport to the hotel and he told me to pay cash what I did after leaving there I asked that amount was just a rip-off.When I was leaving, he called one guy to pick me up and told me to pay the transportation fee to him that was 200TL to bring me to Ortakoy, and when the guy arrive in front of me he gave him 100TL and suddenly he realise his mistake firstly he tried to send me away then he left the place so I did not see him till I left then I confronted the driver who did not know what to say than to call the receptionist and this one wanted to talk to me then I refused.For me to found out later that the hotel told the " booking.com " that Ive never showed meanwhile I spend from Friday 27th of August to Tuesday 31st in that hotel and I used my bank card to pay my stay there the amount of €118,-This is my experience but breakfast and environment were good

My Pakistani family is staying here in quarantine right now. The hotel charged my brother-in-law card $1000 and said they did not and the hotel is working with airport personnel to threaten to deport my family for nine payment. Additionally the hotel is charging €3500 for the total 10 day stay. It is extortion and corruption. This hotel is being run by people from Jahannam and are feeding my family the cheapest food as well. God will give my family justice. Best avoid these cheats at all cost.

Worst hotel ever my family in quarantine from Pakistan and they charge 1000$ from my brother in law card and they said they didn’t charge this money all though the charge from my family Visa card on their name all season hotel don’t book this hotel my family is from Pakistan worst staff worst food they book hotel and they giving cheapest food in quarantine stay safe from this hotel I will ask them on a Judgement day I will never forgive them mom my is crying in their hotel because of them

The Room is clean, toilet clean. Breakfast great and COVID protocol, the manager and front desk were humble and support us about pick up and PCR test. The hotel near the train, money changer, bazaar, and in the middle of tourist city.

This hotel was so excellent, Mr Osman was very nice and helped us with everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable and the staff were also very polite, although the breakfast was the only thing that could have been a bit different.

It was not like in the pictures. The breakfast was very boring and not that appetizing. The cleanliness and the furnitures were quite average. A bit far from city center.

very nice and clean environment for family . Mr Osman at reception and breakfast serving staff were very polite and helping. We booked and gave our corona test in the hotel with the help of Mr Osman. My kids and family enjoyed staying there.

The first signs of the corona pandemic did not stop this hotel to charge my credit card with the advance payment amount of several hundred Euros. Due to the corona virus outbreak and the related travel restrictions, I was not able to attend my booked stay from April 13th to 18th, 2020. After my flight was cancelled, the hotel offered a cancellation free of charge and a refund or voucher, which I accepted and cancelled my booking on March 27th, 2020. The hotel kept silent thereafter. I contacted the hotel several times and never received a response, nor did I get a refund or a voucher. I am still waiting. If this is your way of dealing with a guest, then shame on you! Never ever would I recommend a stay in that hotel to anyone!

I’d like to start by saying that this is an honest and genuine review.Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel for a week from 19.9.2019.Firstly I’d like to mention how wonderful and hospitable all the staff are , in particular the manager Mr Osman , Salim and Samira who greeted us so warmly each morning we had breakfast , their attention to our needs and requirements far exceeded our expectation and they went above and beyond for us .We’ve stayed at hotels around the world, most recently in Dubai a few months ago and have never experienced such hospitality and kindness so a big heartfelt thankyou from both of us.The location is excellent , lots of local shops and restaurants close by and just a couple of minutes to the tram station which will take you to most of the star attractions with ease.The hotel itself we found to be very clean all around , i.e reception , lifts and lobby area and the rooms also clean and tidy. The rooms could do with a little updating , but this did not bother us at all as we felt that the hotel is very reasonably priced taking everything into consideration, location included. I am very fussy about cleanliness and extremely observant and I feel that this place far exceeded my expectations , the room cleaned nicely and without fail, with new sheets and fresh towels daily.The Breakfast was always fresh and delicious with lots of choice , and each and every morning we were treated to a special omelette, and fruit without even asking !The Breakfast staff were extremely kind and attentive, worked hard and gave us and all the other guests personal attention and made sure we were happy and comfortable .The WiFi is a little slow but this was no big problem for us.We loved our stay at this hotel and were glad we had booked it - Mr Osman even offered to get coffee while I waited for my husband when we were checking out , and checked whether we’d had breakfast ! I wouldn’t normally expect this treatment but wow , I would definitely recommend this place to anyone it’s a little gem and again staff were all brilliant !!Thanks to everyone !! 😁😁👍🏽

Whoever rated this hotel to be 4 star must have been drunk at the time, over priced hotel, the food at breakfast was not enough for the amount of guests, the guest that stay here up all night screaming and banging. Reception did nothing I had to take care of it myself, the bathrooms are not up to 4 star standards to. Please re evaluate this hotel

For approx £50 + breakfast a night for a family room it was clean, tidy and came with a warm welcome. Standard buffet breakfast was good.Cant complain. Its close (5minsto tram line, (and shopswhich we found was the most easiest and quickest way to access heart of city (cheaper and quicker than taxi). Would consider booking again if in that part of the world.
