Very friendly staff specially Frankie gave a warm welcome and supported during our visit. Nice food and drinks with perfect atmosphere.

Great experience from entering. The venue smelt incredible. We were served by Frankie who was the sweetest. Do polite, and excellent service.

The food wasnt great- soggy burgers, a pad thai that had clearly sat under a heat lamp too long, kids goujons thatw were rock hard and a garlic flatbread that was soggy underneath too! The service was worse than the food- almost threw the food across the table. Overall mediocre at the very best. Not worth the visit, let alone the price.

We got drinks when we arrived. Then we ordered more at the table using the app. After 25 mins we had to leave as we had a show to go to and still didnt get the drinks! We couldnt even get someone to stop and talk to us to let them know to cancel the order! You need more efficient bar staff as all of them were mixing cocktails and not serving.

Can’t express how well run this establishment is, with my friends and I (a 12 strong grouphad poor Yepez brining all our big orders over without a hitch. Would strongly recommend for friends and work related events.

Loved the cocktails here! Will always recommend this place to my family and friends. The service here is amazing too, especially from Emily who was a bartender and was absolutely lovely. She always asked me if I needed anything and went out of her way to make sure I had a good time. Will definitely come here again!!!!

Nice cosy place. They have so good food as well. Price are ok. The have some offer of £12 for two drinks or cocktails.The down side, they seems to be popular and busy. So can have issue finding a place to sit down. They do have bar counter which you can drink while standing.Good place for an after work drink.

Super friendly staff, quick service and a lovely venue. Great selection of drinks and the food is good too.Careful on the stairs down to the toilets - almost as far as Wetherspoons ones :O

Been here two times. Not sure about cocktails because Im not a big fan of, but beer is awful and not fresh, bartenders dont wait for foam to settle to fill a full pint. Also no air-conditioning. Food looks fine though.

Popped in for a meal and drink post showHad a ribeye which was very disappointing as very over seasoned. Other food including burger and fish and chips were ‘ok’Music so loud you couldn’t talk or really communicate as everyone talking so loud due to volume of music. Regular to ‘All bar one ‘ brand but disappointed in this experienceWhen giving a smile and feed back to waitress reply was ‘the chef is always right!! ‘ 🤯

Wow amazing customer service from Steph and Kim , after train and show cancellations and disappointments their amazingly positive attitude has really been a tonic . These two young ladies are an asset to your business and should be rcognised .Well done and thank you 😁

I had a great time, it was very busy but despite the busy-ness the drinks arrived slightly late but the manager offered us free drinks after our theatre visit, which we were very grateful for! I was very grateful and ending the night here was the perfect close to our night! I was saddened to see so many people being rude to the staff working here, when it was clear that the staff were working very diligently. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, so felt comfortable, welcomed and taken care of by the staff :). Definitely recommend here! You have to visit!

Came here for a little snack and a drink, the food was amazing and well presented. The food from the order to the table didn’t take long and I was suprised at how efficient the service was, the drinks don’t pour them selves either and the bartender Paulina is not short of amazing on making that happen very efficiently.Would definitely recommend this place, nice location and the decor is very cosy too.

Was quite a nice place to be in, the staff at the bar (Andy and Dinawere incredibly welcoming and nice whilst they also made some pretty good cocktails, with there being a pretty good booze to mixer ratio as well so that itd taste nice and still have the kick to it, overall I would recommend if youre looking for good drinks, nice staff, who help make the environment warm and welcoming, and good food to go along side it

Having to install and order thru an app for a pint is ridiculous. More when the tables outside dont have number. Also, it was ridiculous hot inside. I know the UK is not well known for air cons but maybe some fans would help keep the place a bit cooler in summer.

Dina is fantastic! Also, Stephanie’s service was absolutely outstanding!!! She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to be comfortable even though the place was busy…whilst also being an amazing problem solver!

Best bottomless we’ve had in London. So worth our money. Special shout out to Zac and Tabia who were exceptional, so lovely and kind and kept asking if we wanted more drinks- couldn’t recommend more!!

Zak Zak Zak, what am absolute babe, he made the best strawberry daiquiris there have ever been, 5 star service doesnt quite do it justice. The best service anyone has ever given. He made sure we all had a great time and we all very much enjoyed our time. I will be back soon and I cannot wait

Overall experience in a quite night in London, I am always afraid of dinning out because of my nutshell allergy but the manager Camilla was very attentive and helpful taking my order. Food was great, drinks recommendations super!

Disappointing visit to this All Bar One, the food was served with no cutlery which we had to find ourselves from the staff area. Two strawberry Daiquiris tasted like pure syrup in a glass. Churros lack flavour, not sure they ever touched any cinnamon or sugar. Staff somehow forgot about the second desert which we had to chase. And if ordering off the app they ask for a tip at time of placing the order before any service or interaction.

The brunch value for money is great. We had the best service by Tabia!She made sure we had our next drinks as soon as we had finished our previous ones. Very attentive during our visit, made sure we were completely looked after.

Exceptional service from Kimberley. She was on her own but was super efficient, helpful, friendly & professional. Came to have lunch with my partner and the food was amazing & cocktails & coffee superb. Would come back again!

Was enjoying Thursday evening drinks with my friends right up until the bar manager (assumedstated "I need to close up so time to leave." I found this quite rude. Also happened to notice she was rude to another customer who requested the key to the bathroom, remarking "I cant be a*sed with that at this time of night." Slightly tainted what was otherwise a nice evening.

The staff were helpful and kind, but clearly under staffed and let down by upper management. The food was ok but arrived about 1hr 20mins after ordering. The staff deserve a raise or should leave All Bar One to fix the mess they clearly are in on their own. Maybe upper management should do a shift and see the lack of support they’re clearly giving their staff.

For a pre theatre bite and a quick drink its not bad for a chain bar/restaurant. Dont like the ordering of food and drinks on a qr code. Cant ask about the food ordering or make any amendments and if sharing with other people cant split the bill. Pet hate of mine paying for service before you have had it. Why cant I choose to pay accordingly more or less! Also paying upfront for basically no service as you do most of it yourself. Had the burger was huge but good

Went All Bar One for a first date (was then joined by my bestieon Friday 21st may and my biggest thanks goes to Alisha (was 6 cocktails down when I got her name- hope I spelt it rightbut wow. Her customer service is sensational. She is a credit to this bar and made our night!

We are a family of five visiting London from the US. We were looking for a few drinks and a nice meal where our peanut allergy daughter could be comfortable and we could unwind after a busy day. Frankie the manager came directly to our table, reviewed the allergy requirements and made sure everything went smoothly. Other members of Frankie’s team also waited on the table, everyone was extremely friendly, quick and helpful. Great drinks, good mix of food options from pub fair to lower calorie. Great job and thank you!!

Decent bar, nice staff, not great at delivering the right drinks and poor presentation of gins but overall fine.

Was charged full price for 2 cocktails despite the advertised offer of 2 for £12. After questioning, we were told this only applies to classic cocktails. This was not mentioned at all on the huge advert. Hence the full priced long island iced teas left a bitter taste in our mouths in more ways than one.

I got two cocktails. You can order via the app or inside. The place is massive and they follow covid guidance.Recommend it for drinks.

We sat outside as it was quiet busy inside. Not much social distancing which I was expecting.Tables were not cleaned and were sticky so we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Considering what times were in at the moment you would think once people leave a table they would clean the tables.I ordered a grilled cheese burger with fries and a pineapple cider.Drinks arrived quickly which was good. Waitress was lovely.Presentation of the food when it came out was fine.The burger £13.50....was horrible, very dry, burned and the chips were basic.The Cider was £5.95 and it was actually nice.The meal itself was just not worth the money at all. If I’m spending my money on food it has to be tasty. It was just not that at this bar.I’ve been to other All Bar Ones and this one is by far the worst one. I wont be going back.

The venue is nice, spacious and relaxing. We stopped in for a quick lunch before the museum. However on a dead Sunday afternoon it still took 25-30 minutes for us to get our meals.The food itself was okay, warm but nothing special. The fries were lightly salted and served with a small dish of ketchup and mayo.
