it was very dirty and the bathroom werent clean…the food was very poor the spoons and knifes were dirty and not well washed… i absolutely fo NOT recommended for anyone

الفندق سيء بخدماته..لا انصح فيه ..لا توجد خدمات نظافه للغرف ..الحماماات وسخه...الغرف ضيقة .الاكل في البووفيه مكشوف والعاملين عليه يلمسون الاكل مباشره بدون قفازات ..الملاعق وسخه ..المسافه بعيده للحرم والشارع مزدحم دائما

Al Khatam is fine with very basic and old but but overall a fine place at very affordable price. Its near to shara e Rasool and near to shrine but out of the crowded lanes of najaf.

قربه من مرقد الامام علي ع يجعله افضل من غيره بالنسبه للسائح الديني

The room and washroom size is better as compared to the other hotels while the mattresses are just ok and its not too far from the hotel approx 350-400 meter away from haram

Average experience. It is close to the main street leading to the Imam Ali shrine. But the rooms are tiny and cramped. I would not stay here again.

Very neat and clean hotel.

Best hotel. Best place . Suitable location. Clean and neat. Road rasool in frout of baba Qibla of Haram Hazrat Ali as in najaf.

The hotel is clean and nice but way far from being 4 star as self proclaimed the furniture is deteriorating and there is absolutely no room service or any kind of serviceIt is overwhelmed with tourists and the hotel just cant keep up, breakfast from 7 till nine but the diner ran out of food by 20 past 7And i struggle to find a staff member that speaks Arabic or english because Farsi is the mother language here

This is a less than average hotel with just basic facilities. Even after being in the city of najaf they dont provide drinking water. The rooma are good enough with a good enough view. Some of the staff are quite polite while others behave like they just dont want you here. Over all i think that even this 2 start is me being generous.

افضل فندق موجود في النجف وبالقرب من العتبة العلوية ويوجد في ٣ كراسي مساج ب ٢٠٠٠ دينار يعني ٦ ريال سعودي واقيمهم في النظافة ٥ من ٥ جميل وكبير جداً يوجد عندهم بيع الأقمشة . وشكراً

هتل نگید لطفا، مسافرخونه های راه آهن از اینجا بهتره،اتاقهای فوق العاده کوچک، تختخواب با تشک های خراب و ناجور، فرش اتاق چرک و کثیف، واقعا افتضاحهدیگر با کاروان بدر منور هیچ جا نمیرم،به شما هم توصیه میکنم پولتونو دور نریزید.واقعا لازمه سازمان حج و زیارت به اینگونه شرکتها مجوز نده و از ادامه فعالیتشون جلوگیری بشه

اخلاق خوب پرسنل ونظافت داخل ونزدیکی به حرم ازبارزترین خوبیهای این هتل است درست که به هتلهای ایران نمیرسه ولی نسبت به برخی دیگراز اماکنی که میشنیدیم ودیدیم بهتربود

الموقع جدا ممتاز و الغرف نظيفة، الخدمات شوية ضعيفة و الريوق سيء لكن الموقع و الغرفة جدا ممتازة

خیلی خوبه غذاش خوبه نزدیک حرم است

فندق جيد جداً وخدماته حلوة ونظيف وبيه سويتات وهذا أهم شي للعوائل..بس يحتاج كادر افضل للتعامل مع المشاكل الي ممكن تواجه النزيل.
