I was not satisfied with the customer service at all! Very unprofessional.

The staff is welcoming and the food is good. However, the bedroom sheets and bathroom had a terrible smell.

great place for couple weekends dates.

Clean, bright colors, rooms tidy and comfortable. The breakfasts are amazing and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Very relaxing feeling here, especially around the swimming pool. Great view of the surrounding hills! One draw back, if you are walking, is the steep incline to get to the hotel... but the hotel has a shuttle bus and they are very helpful!

I did a two day stay which was nice. The customer service was great and the food was nice. Ms. Simon is a really sweet lady. However there were a few things about the room I know can be improved on. Booked a standard room. The layout was awkward but it worked. The shower did not have a railing for the shower curtain, water flew everywhere. The toilet needs a scented bowl cleaner, the toilet smell carried into the rest of the room. There were one or two minor stains on the comforter, didnt use it. Corners were a tad dusty. I really hope they take those little things into consideration to address.

The place is great and the cuatomer service is excellent but the food was not all that.

I just came back to Canada 🇨🇦 on a 3 nights stay at Alize inn, the place is beautiful, the view is spectacular, and the room was very clean, and the owner and her staffs are very nice and friendly, they treat me with kindness. Thank you Alize inn. I will definitely come back and bring some friends with me.D from Canada.

We had very nice vacation staying at the Alizee inn for 8 days. Good breakfast every morning. The chef Lucie is super cool as well and takes care of you and gives great advices as well. Gotta try her coco tea! The owners were very understanding as well.

Our room and by extension the entire hotel was clean and nice. Everything in our room worked fine. There was a small kitchen close to our room which was nice. Breakfast was included and was surprisingly really good. I would definitely stay there if I ever visit St Lucia again.

Its unfortunate that it has come to this, its important that the owners of Alize Inn be exposed. Customers service shouldnt be extended to just guess, its also for staff, and ur actions will not go unnoticed.

For one the Wi-Fi is not good. The only place you could of gotten a reliable connection is at the pool. The breakfast is supposed to buffet style but persons told me that Im only allowed a certain amount of food. Overall there was a homey vibe to the area. The view was also amazinggggg.

My wife and i just return from st. Lucia, were stayed at Alizeinn Hotel it very nice miss Simon was very friendly she took well care of us, made feel like home the view was very nice, will definitely return next time with my family 👪, Mr. Simon also was very nice in explaining lots of things to us..

Miss Simon and her team is very friendly, they ensure we were well taking care of and treated us as family.. The rooms are very nice has cable, WiFi ect..

My friends and I booked a four day stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, courteous and willing to assist where possible. Of note, the sockets are mostly (except oneUK style and you are asked to submit a $20EC deposit to use the adapter. Some of our sockets gave problems but the owner came with her son and rectified the issue. Breakfast was included as well. This was pretty good, however, I recommend a menu of the next days breakfast be posted so persons are aware before hand. Overall, the experience was not bad but there is certainly room for improvement. The room was a bit congested but it worked for us. Recommend to friends? I will think twice. Return? I will also think twice. I suppose you get what you pay for...or maybe not.
