The food is good but for some reason each time I get a ridiculously small portion of curry. The curry doesn’t even reach the half of the take away bowl, and you can count 4-5 SMALL pieces of meat. I’m surprised the pics here look better. Despite being a regular customer and asking for more curry, it always ends in the same result. There is no consistency either. Some days you get pickle, some sort of salad, good lamb meat in the biryani, etc. then other days you don’t. As good as it is, it’s also very disappointing…… I think delivery is perhaps just NOT worth spending my money on.

I tried beef curry, lamb biryani and chicken Tikka. My taste buds felt each flavor note to its depth. Without a doubt its homemade and authentic taste. Towards the end Karak Tea closed it on a perfect note. 🥰

Spicy box foods are really tasty me&my wife visited this asian restaurant in zurich after finding from the Google. We ordered beef biryani ,beef curry ,tarka dal and plain white rice.taste was really good also they offer us free tea which very nice gesture from the owner. the owner of the business husband and wife are really very friendly people. amazing service and the food.

We loved it. Very nice service and fantastic food. Offered me place for salah and even came out to help me park the car. We ate there and did a take away for next meal too. Tries byryani and chicken wrap both were very good. Took couple of cups of tea. If you are looking for Asian food don’t miss it. Great food and even more so the people there eat in a friendly and wonderful atmosphere. The tea is also very good, after a long time such a good tea tastes like your country. Money is also very reasonable. Enjoyed and recommend to all who goes to Zurich 👍👍

We ate and did take out half of our stay in Zurich from this small restaurant, this is like home made food, excellent taste and quality, very nice and humble owners, it’s basically for takeout but have seating for few people for dine in, I would highly recommend if you are looking for halal food, also fish and veggies menu, just 5 minutes walk from Zurich HB main train station. Price is way cheaper compared to other restaurants nearby.

Not really that good place to have Indian food. The quantity of the item is very less and also the actual dish which is from India is different from the one which is served here.Tried veg biriyani and it was really not the one which you expect in India. It was more of veg fried rice.

This place food is not as half as bad as the others. It is halal but they do sell Alcohol. But as said before the food is very doable :)

Its a good place to have your Lunch Dinner. The owner of this restaurant is very kind and well behaved. He belongs from Bangladesh. It was really nice talking with them and the food was also good. You should also try the Indian milk tea which is very rare to get in the city.

Looking for halal food in Zurich and found this one.It’s really close to mosque.Ordered a kebab and full enough.The taste was good and portion too.Not too small and not too big.They also have package for kids.They can serve for dine-in or takeaway.The good thing is: they put halal certificate label in the etalage so we can see clearly and felt safe to eat here.Masya Allah.

We were looking for a restaurant in Zurich with halal food and Ali Baba came up on search on google maps. Had the doner box first time and it was really good. Staff and the owner are very nice. We came back a second time and tried the cheese burger. Portions are big and overall very reasonably priced. You won’t be disappointed.

My food what I ordered was a chicken curry with rice with chips, the chicken was cold ..... bones in it 1 quarter curry rest rice , potatoes in the curry I think literally two pieces of chicken , 22.50 everything microwaved .... please be careful ordering chicken curry with kids most of the bones are big but tiny ones too!! All I can say good is the service they were very kind and attentive just a pitty with what they are serving :( :(

If you are looking for quick halal meal near Zurich central then go for it. Nothing you will miss. The doner meat was chewy and not crisp and crusty like I hoped it would be. Drinks are CHF 3.50 each.

Halal kebab/Indian spot in Zurich. All the food there was very yummy & reasonably priced. Food available ranging from chicken/lamb biryani to curry lamb/beef/chicken with pilau rice topped with dahl (lentils). Expect to spend around CHF 19 for each dish. Portion size was very good for its price & the location is very accessible by tram. Highly recommended for those looking for affordable halal food in Zurich!

We were visiting Zurich from Chicago and ate there on November 09, 2018. Our family was greeted by owner and asked for our choices. It was rice, chicken curry, rupchanda fish and vegetables. The place was neat and clean. We were so impressed that we ordered carryout for our next meal. The price was reasonable and it was one of our best dining experience in Europe.

One of the best hosts I have ever encountered.The Indian meal was pretty much basic but this is exactly what is required on a foreign tour.Owner spared us a few bucks in the overall bill considering the expenses of Zurich.He even went a step further and especially bought pickle from a near by store when we asked for it. He had no obligation to get it.Great job!!

Very good Bengali restaurant in Zurich. The owner is very friendly and all food is prepared to your taste. I visited Zurich for 3 nights with my 70+ aged mom and she absolutely loved it. Quite easy to get to from Zurich HB, tram number 4,17,13 from the museum stop.Dont get distracted by the photos of food in the shop, YOU MUST go inside to check the Bengali food.Would highly recommend any Indian looking for home made food taste, and especially any Bengali looking for that touch of East Bengal.

It was fantastic moment when we got this place and great hospitality from Mahbub Bhai (owner). Its a small place but tidy. Oh... Foods are awesome and delicious there. In Zurich, most probably its an only Bengali restaurant, thats why 5 STAR obviously.

Halal and authentic food. Let the chef recommend for us and he got it on point, twice. With a flat bread pizza the Asian food went down well. Everywhere is expensive to eat but this is worth paying for as you walk out feeling like youve had a proper meal.

It was nice to know that somewhere in Zurich Switzerland have a halal restaurant that both me and my Wife could go to. It was hard enough for us to locate halal food around the area and luckily we saw this restaurant. Although the restaurant was very far from our apartment roughly took us 25mins via walking with the guidance of our trusty GPS, we than saw the shop.The Chef was very Friendly and the food was great but the downside it was slightly over the pricy side. But we understood as halal meat is very difficult and expensive to find in Zurich. However Both me and my Wife liked the food we had. Overall it was great experience.
