Alexandrium Shopping Center in Rotterdam

The entire shopping center seems to be remodeled, I could deduct stars for it but it happens, they made it all clear and functional to have a great experience and you could just as easily go anywhere youd like, spacious mall with all you can need with the biggest plus is the megastores built right next to it you can easily walk to and have access to. Its wheelchair friendly as far as I could tell and an overall nice place to spend a day in for shopping.

Mall under construction, toilet €0.70 and not clean and paid €8,60 for parking...better malls around

Very big shopping Center with a lot of clothing brands, with cafes and restaurants. There is living shopping Center next to the main shopping Center. There is always enough parking spots around shopping Center.

I was welcomed really nicely and friendly. All I needed to know was explain to me and the man working there was really polite and show me where and how all it works. I recommend this place.

Okay, a bit run down but plenty of fairly cheap shops and a few very familiar ones!

It was very hard to find exit directions in the parking. The toilets in the shopping center don’t work with most of the credit or bank cards that you have to go under the barriers. I’ve seen so many people doing that. I’ve tried 4 different kinds of debit and credit cards. Weird.

Very quiet mall and enjoyable atmosphere

Its a nice shopping mall.You get at least one of each type of store you need, but they are smaller than usual, so if you are looking for something special, you might not find it here. otherwise its just fine for your daily needs.

In this shopping centre you can find a plethora of choices. Shoe shop, clothing, toys etc. By and large, its wonderful please for families and friends. It is located in open area. The atmosphere is good and it can be reached by Metro as well as buses.

A really huge mall for clothing, household and electronic. It has a lot special shop for some brands. It was not too crowded. The center is devided in 3 parts. By Metro it is very good to be reached.

A big shopping place with good car parking. They have everything under one place.

Not much too see except clothing shop. Normie shop for most. Hard to find something interesting, something more "spicy".

Excellent arena to shop with lot of outlets for what ever you desire.

After so many years, the shopping center could be refreshed and maybe the entrance to the car park enlarged.It is terribly small and it is easy to damage a car if it is bigger than a standard Dutch economy car.

Great shopping centre you can spend ours there and a lot of restaurants and a place for kids to play. You dont have to go far for a pin machine.

Great place to chill out..

All I can say is TRY not to spend more than you think you may want to........or..give yourself a max time limit of - however long you think you can resist desire, in the delightful New Babylon!long you think you can resist DESIRE...

Nice shopping center. Which is easy to go to. Thanks to a train station next to it.

A big shopping mall, slightly reminds me of Indian malls except a food court is missing (but there are plenty of food options). Location is good close to the highway and theres plenty of parking against affordable rates.Few attractions for kids as well.Im not much of a mall person or a shopper, but if you are, this is a good place to go.

Huge mall. Has a lot of stores and screens to show you how to get around the mall if you cant find a specific store. Has restaurants, shops and general stores. Great place, but sometimes its too crowded and the stores close really early (5pm)

Mall of good size, has the usual brands of NL and more. Have lots of parking but paid. Easy to reach by public transport.Only thing missing i feel is the movies.

Very good shopping mall and the nice thing is all the shops are inside. So if it’s bad weather go to this mall either in center it’s not comfy

The mall is very well organized. Food options are really good. We had an unexpected detour here for an ATM and ended up spending an hour. Most importantly, it has information screen well placed at strategic locations everywhere.

Great mall with lots of different fun stores. Love the Christmas displays this time of year but all year round just nice to be there. Really feels like an adventure to walk through

I was impressed with the size and scope of this place sadly my shopping companion was not an enthusiastic shopper so I only got to have a quick reci of the place. One flaw was a lack of public toilet places

One of the most quiet/deserted home shopping malls I know. Nicely built, with not the greatest demonstration of good taste and style, but certainly functional and pleasant to be in. Clean, and good toilet facilities. Nice variety of home shops in there.

Really nice shopping centre. Plenty of various shops and everything is clean and tidy.The shopping centre has a spacious car park and is wheelchair friendly.

+ very good selection of shops, could find some rare products+ open on Sundays+ the staff speaks English- have to pay for the restrooms, only cards accepted- crowded, seemed like too many people in one place at once

Good example of a typical dutch shopping mall, its not very exciting (which in my opinion it doesnt have to bebut it is clean and safe. Also if you live in Rotterdam centre, Blijdorp etc, its very easy to visit by metro, do all your groceries and other shopping without getting wet on a rainy day. Thats why Ive been visiting it for decades. Also, in the proximity of the mall there are more shops.

As a German tourist on vacation in Den Haag I visited the shopping center mainly to eat at Cinnabon. Therefore I would always go again.Since Im not much into shopping in general I wouldnt come back if it werent for the food. Although the shopping center looks great, offers a lot of different shops and is well worth organized considering the whole covid-19 situation.Nevertheless it doesnt offer much more than any other shopping mall. So if you are close by, have a look. I wouldnt go there only to visit the mall.Parking situation: there are a lot parking spots. At the furniture area I payed 2€/h, close by there are cheaper spots available.

Iam not goin to give you just one star instead i was upset like never. Shopping mall is fine, clean,....but, its really necessery to pay for parking if iam a customer? Its not the problem, i take it, BUT accept just maestro cards and no opportunity to pay for parking in cash. U can do it somewhere inside, yes, but really? You own me 30minutes of my life. And couple of cents...

A very nice shopping centre. We enjoyed our visit before our evening visit to the local Hare Krishna Centre.

Many shops and good offers but the parking should be free of charge not a paid parking for a mall !!!
