I was checking out a smaller venue... sadly the hurricane washed away the outside bar...It was good to see workers already set to rebuild it.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! this place is a scam! We booked online through the resort and paid for 2 rooms with 3 people each. There was a total room cost after we put in 3 people for each room. We paid that total cost per room. Then we arrive to the resort 3 months after booking and they tell us it’s a per person charge!!! Nowhere on the website does it say per person!!! They made us pay thousands of dollars in addition to what we had already paid or else they were going to kick us out and we had nowhere else to go! These people are con artists. Their front desk staff member even agreed with us that we were right and the website doesn’t say per person as long as total room cost is paid. But the management members were the ones threatening to kick us out unless we paid more. Con artists! Do not stay here! Find anywhere else!!

Most of the employees at the resort really made us feel welcome. The resort is family friendly and has any options for dining for all ages. Love our time here. Definitely planning another trip back.

Resort was beautiful. Got a 2 bedroom and it was nice and it even came with a full kitchen which I’m now guessing comes in handy since their food is not that great. I just wish the other bedroom had came with 2 queens or full size beds instead of having two rooms with two kings. I was traveling with kids and if the option to have a second room with two kings was available it was never offered to me. CONS…. The food was TERRIBLE! I’m pretty sure I lost weight on this trip. You know the rest of the day will be messed up when they can’t even get breakfast right. I was better off getting a resort that wasn’t all inclusive and then using the rest of my money eating out.

My wife and I stayed here with our two young adult sons (in separate roomsfor our 25th wedding anniversary.. When we checked into our room, it was less than we were expecting and in a separate building from our sons. We let the management know that we were disappointed after a long hot day of traveling. Adrian was the manager on duty and he was VERY accommodating. He got us into a room in the same building with our sons and with nicer furnishings. He added a bottle of wine and turned our day around. The rest of the vacation was probably the best family vacation that we have ever had. The food was great, the drinks were exceptional, and the service was pleasant and personal. Beach walks, paddle boarding , reef boat snorkeling, ATV cruising on the south side, and jet skiing out to the La Famille Express shipwreck... and relaxing in between. Thanks again Adrian.

it flooded the bathroom and the water was running all over the room. We asked for some credit on the account but there was complete indifference from the person in charge.

This all inclusive resort is the best in Turks. The beach is unbeatable and employees are very friendly. Shout out to Jessica, Edison, Forty, Ferrar, Peterson, Maeba, and more. Bobo is an amazing chef that cooks lunch everyday. The best jerk chicken! The rooms are a bit outdated, but they will begin renovations this week! Breakfast buffet is simple, but doable. Overall, great stay.

Ive been coming here for over 20 years and its my favorite vacation spot. It has grown tremendously with the new all-inclusive option. So if youre okay with people, but dont want to be bombarded with them like at Beaches next door, this is a good place to look at.Beautiful ocean and soft sand right outside my door. Staff is amazing and truly care about your comfort. My home away from home

My wife and I were recommended this resort for our honeymoon by some friends.. it was everything we wanted and so much more. The on site beach is straight out of a post card, the food was beyond great, and the service was amazing: especially our best buddy Arnold! Give his rum punch a try as soon as you check in at the office! But seriously, this trip was our favorite that we’ve ever taken. Sometimes when we look back, it seems more like a dream than an actual event in our lives. HIGHLY recommend Alexandra and their sister hotels!!

Dated run down musty rooms poor food needs a ton of maintenance. The pool is a prime example. Many tiles missing off the pool bar. It is truly a bait and switch hotel. The only nice thing is the included alcohol and trust me you’ll need a lot to stay here for more than 3 days

Really enjoyed staying here with my hubby. Great food and staff at this resort. So much to choose from when it comes to food. The beach is a short distance to the rooms. They also have a sister resort which you will have access to their dining and more. They also have great entertainment.Con: which isnt resort specific, is mosquitoes ( they seem to love meso I recommend bug spray.

The rooms at this resort are phenomenal for families. We traveled with our friends, 2 families of 4 and had a GREAT time. The breakfast and lunch options for food are very good.......dinner options are just ok. We will likely be back in the very near future!

DO NOT STAY HERE for a “Luxury” resort experience in one of the most expensive places to vacation! Our room wasn’t ready upon check in (1 1/2 hours late, 3 hours after arrivaland they continually took other guests to their rooms. Ultimately we walked with our five bags rather than wait longer, and the room was NOT an $800+/night room (having stayed around the world in nicer rooms for usually half the cost). While issues with booking required me to have two separate confirmations for our stay (2 days + 2 daysthe staff would NOT accommodate the same room over the stay, although both reservations were same rate. Second room was far less value than first!! The staff at the restaurants are far better than the front desk staff yet still leaves something to be desired, and the beach staff (clean up staff cussing out customers semi-under-their-breathwere a whole other experience! One bright spot besides the location is Jeff on their wait staff, he is amazing!!The management is a bigger issue as commitments made were not kept (contact, back, move bags before our room change, etc.making it more disappointing. They didn’t once exhibit an understanding of the issues for our stay from the beginning or any empathy. Rather, they explain why they can’t do things.Oh, and they shut down the beach (servicearound 5p daily when sunset is around 7:30-8p….While travel will bring us back to Turks and Caicos it will NEVER include a stay at Alexandra resort. Make the right choice and stay anywhere else…unless you want a Motel 6 experience in paradise.

Let me start by saying the beach is beautiful!!! However, I feel like I need a rewind and do over to give Turks another chance with different lodging accommodations. My experience at Alexandra was the absolute worse which ruined my vacation. There is nothing 4 star about that place. It is very outdated and most of the staff was very unfriendly. The only people that were very welcoming was Claudy during check in, Sudoni at Sole for lunch and Alcide at the bar who also took care of us while lounging on the beach. The food was not great at all and to be an all-inclusive “resort” the options and availability during posted hours was very limited. I wouldn’t recommend this “resort” to anyone. Very poorly managed and maintained with very unpleasant staff!

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. I was scheduled to travel June 2022 and my flight got cancelled due to an issue with Turks and Caicos government as told by the airline. I called and emailed to explain that I could not make it due to this and they refuse to refund my money. Upon booking, there was no memo or note that said that I would be subject to 100% cancellation fee. Upon speaking to the agent, she said that there’s nothing that can be done per policy and that I should’ve gotten travel insurance. But if Turks and Caicos was not allowing air travel on that day i feel there could have been some leniency. Note moving forward DO NOT BOOK them moving forward unless you are planning on losing your money. They are greedy and money hungry. Totally turns me off from even traveling to this place again!

Amazing beach, awesome people, clean rooms, and great food! Started with a friendly check in by Latoya. Then Jerry showed us around with a smile. But Mr. Charles (our fave), made our stay superb! I think he’s a supervisor, but does some of everything! Talk about going above and beyond… he treated us like royalty. I’ve stayed a lot of places, but haven’t had service like this. And the food… Chef Keith turned me into a pig! Great presentation and even better taste. I wish I could take Chef Keith back to the States with us!!! (Thanks for my perfect plantains Chef!Usually all inclusive resort food is just okay. But not here! Every meal was excellent. Even the omelets are always on point (thank you Joseph)! And the service by Jeff, Jessica, Byanca, and Petrona was always top notch! I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone place a plate down like Jeff! Gloria is always hustling too. What impressed me was that despite being understaffed & how rude some guests would be, wanting the world on a platter, and acting like people serving them were beneath them… they still served with smiles for no tips or thank you’s. Now THAT is superp service. (We always tipped them, sometimes on behalf of other guests too, cuz our mama’s raised us better than that & God don’t like ugly!)Same thing on the beach. Alcide took care of us every day, while we enjoyed the most beautiful sand and turquoise water I’ve ever seen. Stop by my girl at Irie Bites by the beach on your way back to your room, (I can’t remember her name, but I can’t forget her jerk chicken and Mac n cheese either! Lol).We will be back! Thanks so much. The only thing I would say to work on here, would be requests from front desk, but I can tell they’re understaffed there too. And the phone in our room stayed broken. But all in all it was amazing, and we would definitely recommend this resort.

We celebrated my birthday week at the Alexandra. The resort is gorgeous, well kept, and the food is amazing. Words can’t describe how beautiful the ocean is, you have to see it for yourself. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to see paradise on earth. Customer service can not be beat anywhere. Shout out to Sudion, maeba, her mother, Jeff, Skyer, Steve, and all the staff…. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your experience memorable….

Pros: very welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff. Breathtaking views everywhere on the property especially at sunset. Great food options all day and good variety, same with drinks. Great entertainment especially at night, Good Vibrations band is very engaging and entertaining. Everything is all-inclusive and that makes the experience a lot more relaxing and enjoyable.Cons: cable TV only has a few channels that work and no guide available. Wifi doesnt work by the pool. Breakfast is good but the same every day so it kinda gets boring eating the same thing every day. The flies especially at dinner can be a real annoyance, but they do have burners to try and get rid of them. There arent any bugs in the rooms but since its outside on an island there are some throughout the resort and you will likely get several bug bites.Overall, one of the best trips Ive ever been on. The positives FAR outweigh the negatives. The staff is the best at customer service Ive experienced. The resort is beautiful and has something for everyone. Id rate it 4.5 stars/5 because of the negatives, but I still highly recommend this resort.Edit: the only place in the resort I experienced inconsistent wifi was by the pool. My party asked the front desk for a TV guide and was told someone would bring one to our room and never did. The majority of channels did not work.

I loved this resort! The locals that worked there are soooooo sweet! You are able to visit there sister resorts Blue Haven which is also very beautiful. You can eat at their resort or catch the free shuttle to their other resort. When me and my family were there, it felt like a party every night! I wish I could go back right now!

Airport to the resort was about 15 mins and $42 for 2 kids and 2 adults. Going back to airport the guy said $6/kid and $14/adult. Make sure you bring plenty of cash for tips and airport transfer, don’t expect the hotel to have change in large bills, they never had when we asked. Covid testing going back to America is $61/person, you can schedule when you check in. Walking into the resort, the main lobby is so tiny and looks so dull, nothing like these other resorts. Never offered drinks, just a cold towel. However, when we were leaving they had music playing and a guy out for drinks waiting for others. We came on a Thursday, and it was super laid back, never even played music. But Sunday comes around and there’s music from morning onwards. Wish they were more consistent in everything. To reserve at restaurants it starts at 7am the day of only and can do on your phone besides the Fire and Ice restaurant, you call from your room at 7am day of only as well. Food is basically the same everyday, don’t expect fresh seafood or exotic fruits. But overall was good just the same thing. Restrooms near beach are gross, only two as well, I would suggest going back to your room. I would give the room a 2 star rating and bathrooms a 1 star. When we walked in the shower head was green and molded, other parts of bathroom had mold scattered throughout. Luckily, they replaced the shower head for us. As far as the room, the bed frame had the wood coming off, the paintings in the room are bizarre and does not match. The lampshades had orange stains all over. The light fixtures all need a stainless steel clean, they were all tarnished and so was the sink faucets. We were in a pool side view room, do not upgrade your room, it is not worth it. The resort is very small, so if you like basic and laid back, come, otherwise I would not come back here for the money we spent. The beach is beautiful and the best part. For the most part, the workers were friendly. The service at the pool is hit or miss, when it was super hot the guy just sat there and we had to go to him order. There was maybe two ladies I could say were not the best. Theres only one pool, the tiles in the pool are coming off and the pool is randomly cleaned. The smaller pool is for kids I am assuming, but super small and could have been a hot tub at least. This resort really needs an upgrade. We also reserved champagne and strawberries but they told us we needed to tell them when to give it, yet they never asked online nor during check in? It should be their job to do that. So the top liquor I noticed was Hennessy, Titos, Grey Goose, Black Label, Absolut. For whatever reason, everything was watered down, I don’t know if they somehow water all the liquor down before its opened? But clearly doesn’t taste the same as you were to get in America. Snack bar typically had cookies, granola bars, coffee, muffins, apple and oranges. The ladies on the beach doing braids, they charged us $5/braid but another couple they charged $3/braid. Make sure you ask! Coconut water on beach was $15…my husband bargained for $10. The sister resort Blue Haven is super nice, I would say the pool is better, only one but its an infinity pool, wish we went there for that instead. The beach there is man made so better to stay at Alexandria for that. If cleanliness is a huge factor for you don’t come here! Also, ask for a itemized bill, it has taken them more than a week to get.

Cons: Studio room. Bed was uncomfortable. It was in need of repairs or replacement. Furniture looked weathered. Small shower for a luxury resort. Shower door swings out to open and water gets all over the floor. Front desk services are hit or miss.Pros: Beautiful beach. Lots of inclusive water sports. Workers are very pleasant and accommodating.

It was alright. For what we paid, I expected more. To start we got a tour of about half of the property; check in was at 3pm and we arrived around 12pm. We just hung by the pool. Fast forward to 3:30pm, we go to the desk, the rooms aren’t ready and nobody knows why. We come back at 5:00pm, rooms still aren’t ready. Finally at 5:30pm rooms are ready. I highly doubt we will be compensated for this. The food was meh more than once, and my group found ourselves eating at Blue Haven’s Salt restaurant multiple times. There seemed to be little communication between front desk and other staff - for example I was trying to find out information about the advertised yoga sessions on Monday mornings and the excursion desk told me to ask the front desk for details and vice versa. My group requested to do the advertised ATV tour followed by rappelling into a swim hole; the excursion staff had no clue what we were talking about then gave us the WhatsApp number of somebody who was in charge of the “excursion”. Lunch on the dock was mediocre food, it reminded me of cafeteria fries and wraps. Keisha at the pool bar was fantastic and the overall drink selection was great. Food service at all of the restaurants could be improved; however, it did seem they were short staffed as we saw the same staff working multiple restaurants while here. My group stayed in a 2 bed suite and we didn’t get new towels everyday or a welcome gift as our other people did in their 2 bed suite. Provided bikes need some TLC but the shuttle service was nice. It would be great if they provided shuttles to/from the airport though. For my first all inclusive experience it didn’t live up to my expectations, but wasn’t horrible. I just feel like I could get more for my money elsewhere.

Our overall stay was ok in comparison to other all-inclusive resorts we stayed at. My husband and I stayed for 6 days/5 nights.Checkin process: It felt very rushed with the staff sounding very robotic giving us the info for our entire stay at checkin. Of course, when you are staying this long, you want to make sure you are taking in all info provided. We felt for the duration of our stay, we always had questions about where we could eat, which restaurants didnt require reservations, shuttling etc. They did give us a sheet which listed all the restaurants, but again, it was so tidious to have to call and make a reservation by 7am each day. We also didnt like the fact that the shuttles came avery 20-40 mins to go to the sister resort. Other resorts we have stayed, requested a shuttle anytime we needed to go to/from the sister resort.Entertainment: Usually when we go on vacation, we are not use to it feeling like there is nothing to do after a certain time of the night. It seemed like each night, after the live entertainment, everyone went to their rooms making the resort feel deserted. I wish there was more to do after 10pm on resort. So each night, we made our own fun, blaring our own music with a speaker we brought along on the trip. Many people started to come out and gravitate towards us because it seemed they felt the same. Hopefully, in the future, you have more than the band(who was great btwthat performs until 10pm. We recommend continuing to play music throughout the night for people to feel like they can enjoy themselves beyond 10pm.The resort: The rooms were decent, but can tell they were a little outdated. They can use an update/remodel for sure. Hopefully this happens in the near future. The grounds of the resort were kept nice daily and was fairly clean. The Staff: Some of the staff at some of the restaurants acted as though they didnt care to be there. The Band(who played a few nightswas amazing and was very friendly and took the time to interact and mingle with guests. We probably got to know them more than anyone. The bartenders at the Coconut Bar were great! The place next to it that opened about 9-10pm at night, werent the friendliest. Often times you didnt know they were open and seemed bothered when you wanted to place an order..Turks was amazing and we will definitely be back. We will just book our accomodations elsewhere. I hope this review helps someone.

All Inclusive is a term we have come to associate with excellent customer service. Unfortunately at Alexandra service is truly lacking. A major factor is a lack of adequate staff. Whether at the bar, the restaurants, poolside, etc, there simply is not enough staff. Unfortunately the staff that is available is generally quite disinterested in helping, often quite rude but mostly non-existant. Eating at their reservation only restaurants means SLOW service, empty water and drink glasses and quite bland food. Our last night at the only bar open the single bartender, Edmond, did his best to keep up with demand but generally it was a long wait. There is NO service at the pool or the beach, trash and towels are not picked up during the day and generally in poor condition. Overall our experience was very disappointing. The only highlight was the beach. It is beautiful. However wanting to get fins or mask means you have to deal with an unhappy employee who told us the Alexandra was a terrible place to stay. The room was big and quite nice but the first day we noticed and reported the phone did not work (missing the cordand a light did not work in the bathroom. We went to the front desk to report this and it was never fixed. Checking out today the desk clerk gave us our bill for covid test, the receipt and NO further conversation. Really weird and disappointing experience and we wont be back.

We like this place. The Alexandras grounds are immaculately kept, manicured. The views from the rooms are all great, you are right on the beach. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable for a good nights sleep with large big balconies for breakfasts and dinners if you make your own. Theres little lizards running around the resort gardens - just dont let them sell you car insurance. The sunsets here are epic every night. If it calls for rain - it lasts one hour and blows away as fast as it comes in.Theres plenty to do - water trampoline for kiddos to jump off.Big problem though - the water sports equipment here is dilapidated and poorly maintained. There isnt enough staff on-hand to do the work and they dont start until 10:30am while everyone is at the beach early. The catamaran sails have missing batons, theres not enough life jackets, paddles, paddle boards are all beaten up and water-logged. Honestly guys, do something about this. Unacceptable for a resort. The Beach is the big draw here - big and soft. Great for long walks in either direction. The food could be a little better for an all-inclusive however. Other than that, the pool is fun with a swim up bar. Grounds safe, secure.

Whenever we are in Turks and Caicos we make it a point to go to Dragon Orchid for sushi. The sushi is excellent and expertly prepared. None better on the island. We also go to see Theresa who is just as much a part of the experience as the sushi. She has been there for 3-4 years and really enhances the experience. She has an effervescent personality and treats each and every customer as if they are the most important person in the restaurant. She is a treasure!

Where do we begin to describe our disappointment with this “luxury” resort? Luxurious, it certainly is not! All Inclusive – sure, I’ll give it that.First, let me say, I have traveled in luxury, and I have stayed in low-end small-town motels across all continents (well only on an expeditions ship in Antarctica!and in every state and 44 countries. So, I am not new to travel and have comparison points. As you may see from my review, most, if not all but this one, are always positive reviews – I truthfully do not like those negative reviews with a specific issue that seems to be out of the norm. But please note that my review is common among other recent reviews. While we were there, we experienced at least 5 different couples that have the same sentiment about the resorts as we did. Did it ruin our vacation, no, but is it luxurious – not at all. Most of the staff, which we tipped well, were incredibly friendly and would go above and beyond for service – but bottom line - the “luxury” in this resort is missing. If you go with an expectation of spending over $1000 per day for average, then you will certainly be fine.Let me simply state each of the issues we experienced 3/4/22 – 3/13/22 in Room 4204 and you tell me if you would expect this at a luxury resort.1) Overall, simply outdated – compared to the Blue Haven the sister property – the Alexandra is a very outdated! On 3/22/22 - I was notified by the Guest Services Manager, that they “are closing during the summer for renovation to our rooms and infrastructure to enhance the product we provide.”2) Prior to arrival I had asked about their dining on the beach, and they would send me details – I never did get anything (even checked spamand they were 2-3 days before response to confirming my reservation3) Inconsistent amount towels and in some cases ANY towels in the room each day.4) Pool/beach chairs with ripped cushions and even inoperable in some cases5) Pool/beach umbrellas that had missing pins and even many that the tops had gaps or the stays holding the ends were not holding6) The kitchenette didn’t have dish soap, dish rags, towels, or anything in case you wanted to even use a fork and clean it to put it away!7) A shower head that had so much calcium build-up that half the holes did not work and the ones that did shot out so strong it hurt!8) The toilet in the men’s room by the pool did not flush for 3 days9) Burnt out or in operable lights in the hallway to the half bath and the bedroom closet10) A housekeeper looking in our closet when the doors were closed! What did she need in there?11) Minimal to no food or cocktail service poolside and even when there was, you had to seek them out to get you something12) No pool towels on days where it rained – to some degree I understand this, but honestly if they were proactive in picking up unused towels in advance of the rain, this situation would not even be an issue13) Taking all the tables and chairs from the bar area one night to accommodate the “owners” party (so it was told via the grapevine – which communication is another issue below)14) Lack of communication –a. There is no map of the resortb. The resort has dining venues and changes the names of them different daysc. There is a paper with the dates/hours listed, but it was rarely accurate and never updated for the next weekd. Weather does change things when it rains – but there is no communication that things were cancelled15) The General Manager –a. Does not engage with guests to see how things are goingb. When confronted about service pool side – he sent a staff person from the restaurant and ONLY to help us – bypassing other guests that wanted cocktails/foodPerhaps recovery from COVID like many places is suffering with staffing issues was part of the problem. But a little bit of communication would have been key.

This resort is plain awful. The room was a mess. The safe didn’t work, water leaking in the bathroom sink, the bathroomMirror was in poor condition and the list goes on. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. It’s as if they are bothered by the presence of guests. The tennis courts are in horrible shape. The food is terrible. Drinks are all bottom shelf. The only thing it has going for it is the beach. The beach is outstanding. But if you are not up by 6:30am you won’t get a beach chair. If you want bad food, bad service and to be up at the crack of dawn for a beach chair then this is the place for you!

We enjoy everything this resort has to offer, the sailing, snorkeling, bikes, tennis court, kayaks, transportation to the sister resort Blue Haven, alsoit was a land of paradise. A few servers made a difference, Jesus and Skyers at the bar, Carline and Watson at the Black Rock, The paella station by Horacio and of course the lobster station by Randy. The minority of the other employees are very polite and helpful.

Staff was very great! Shout out Keisha at the pool bar for excellent drinks and great advice. Food was good. Beach was excellent only thing is that it seemed a little understaffed at times. Loved the beach. We traveled to the sister resort as well, Blue Haven. It was quite and was very excellent. You will have go get your own drinks a majority of the time as the staff was to thin for this option. Overall an excellent experience.

This is not a luxury resort!!! They never have enough towels poolside or in the rooms. Most of the staff is extremely friendly. There is not pool side service. There are only three places to eat. To think you are eating at more, they change the names of them - very confusing. They are horrible at communication - no one know where to go for dinner, lunch, drinks or activities. They schedule activities and most times, they cancel or do not show without telling anyone.

Excellent All-Inclusive Resort!Very good food; our favorite it was the chicken and fish by the beach, and grill rib-eye on the stone at night at the deck restaurant. They have a very convenient restaurants reservation system scanning QR-Codes, just keep in minds that all restaurants don’t open every day. Very good drinks and variety, Black Label Whisky, Gray Goose Vodka, excellent local beers (IPA recommended), and Don Julio Tequila.Very clean rooms with kitchen, microwave and fridge (sodas, beers and water included).Beautiful beach, with perfect colors and sand; we really enjoy the very cold water, excellent umbrellas and chairs, nice drinks at the beach, as well as kayaks and catamaran. If I need to mention names of employees that exceed our expectations; we have Jesus at the bar, and Dio at the Blue Heaven beach. Other very nice employees are; Joseph at the omelets station, Darling at the beach, and Gloria at the restaurant.Other very convenient services included an excellent Wi-Fi around the property including the beach; and COVID Test locally at the hotel. The only reason why I’m not giving the highest rate is because of slow attendance generally, but I was prepared for that before arriving from other reviews; they call it “island time” but always an opportunity to improve. We definitively recommend this resort for families with kids and couples.

As soon as you arrive to the Alexandra you feel so welcome. Rooms are clean. The beach is beautiful. Tons of space for all the guests to feel comfortable. Forty, Wesley, Alan and Jesus dont miss a beat making sure everyone has what they need. (Be sure to have Jesus make you a margarita! The food is top notch. Even with food allergies, I was able to eat without worry at each restaurant. Teresa and OBrian are the sweetest and make sure you dont leave hungry. Please do not leave without trying the jerk chicken! To top it all off, the entertainment crew/band - CoCo, Rhazzor, Clive, Lettuce & DJ is the best group of people that truly make your stay and experience you will remember forever.

Our family of 5 took a mid-winter break trip to Turks and Caicos and we stayed at the Alexandra Resort for 5 days. The room was pristine clean, modern, and the temperature control system was great! The restaurants, bars, and buffet were staffed with attentive employees and the food and drinks were delicious. Our children loved all of the options (which was a relief because they are picky eaters! The pool and beach were beautiful, clean and never over crowded. We recommend taking a nice stroll down the beach because Grace Bay is absolutely stunning! The beauty of this beach is breathtaking. The best part of our trip was the service provided to us by the manager, Adrian. He helped us with everything we needed and took away any stress we came with from back home. We will 110% be back again!

Crazy that people are giving this resort higher than 3 stars at the MAX. If you have never been to a resort before and live in the middle of nowhere this could seem like a good resort to you, but compared to every resort I’ve ever been to this is a 1 star. Dirty musty room and bad staff. Food was mediocre and the service was astoundingly bad. Never been to a restaurant in my life where I had to trade my dirty plate with the server when my next course was brought out. Crazy bad. Only redeeming factor was the location, which is impossible to mess up.

Not a luxury resort at all. If you like an old school cruise (Carnival Cruise Lines in 1994affect this is your place but if you think your coming to a top tier resort you will be disappointed. This place needs a complete rehab ASAP. Half of the resort is a timeshare and half is private condo. My unit was a timeshare unit and so dated it reminded me of my grandparents place at the NJ shore. No ice make in freezer to make drinks, anything metal was rushed including the lights, sliding closet doors, etc...mold everywhere in the bathroom, the pillows on the king bed were pillows for a twin bed. The beach was nice but every 20 second a local came up to us to sell us a parasailing ride, boat ride, hair braid or tube ride. The POOL is so small, way too small for a resort of this size! NOT ENOUGH CHAIRS at pool or beach unless you go out at 900 am each day to hold chairs. The food at all three restaurant were horrible....absolutely horrible. The breakfast place so dirty and not sanitized the way they served the food.WARNiNG WARNING, do not do all inclusive for $120 a day per person. Pay per drink and eat anywhere but here. SO many good places to eat on the island why waste one meal here? Now a few positive things, Water is amazing!!!!! The drinks are top shelf and heavy poors!!!! The staff are great and so friendly. RYE RYE, Forty, and Frendy are good peeps!!This was was over hyped, the reviews must be fake and by no means this is 4 star resort. We left after 3 days of a 7 day trip to stay at a real luxury resort. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

Let me start by saying is that beach is incredible. Rooms are spacious and met the expectations for a family of four. But that is all. The rest was a stressful and frustrating experience Beach loungers must be reserved by 6:30-7 am or you have no place on the beach. Towel service doesn’t exist! We had yo chase and repeatedly remind staff for dry clean towels. No one but general manager is helpful. To get into restaurants other than buffet is a struggle and wait for hours. When your food comes it’s either over cooked or a wrong order. Everyone from service staff are doing you a favor by working at the resort. Mind you the cost we paid to stay here. We had to change our flight to leave early because our vacation experience was ruined.

I booked my stay through a third party (Booking.comfor a two bedroom suite for 4 people. When I arrived at the resort, the gentleman at the front desk was not very welcoming. After that initial observation, I was told that my reservation was only for 2 people and that I had to pay an extra $1,200. This, of course, was very unexpected and frustrating. I spoke with two different individuals from upper management who told me that they would look into it and reach out to me, but I never heard from either of them. With that said, the room was itself was clean, spacious, and had very nice views of the ocean. The staff at the restaurants/ bars were great, as well as the entertainment staff of the Alexandra Resort. I thoroughly enjoyed the 5 days that I spent in Turks & Caicos, but I have a sour taste in my mouth from this trip just because of the situation that occurred on the first day. Otherwise, I would have given this resort 4-5 stars.I would have appreciated some communication or flexibility from the management as $1,200 was a lot of money that I did not expect to have to pay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The beach and view is are incredible! The resort wasnt as big as some, but that is what I liked. You totally got an island feel while you were there and I loved it. Island time is the best time lol. Forty was on the beach everyday to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay : A big thank you all to all the staff for making this an incredible trip! I will definitely be back and tell others about this resort!

Awful. This is a classic bait and switch. Do not believe the pictures online. The rooms are old and dirty. The resort is old. Hot water was almost non existent. Service sucked. Everything takes forever. Plates and old food from prior users at tables would go uncleared the entire time we ate despite asking for it to be cleaned. Food was eh. Beach and water was nice but we’ve been to better elsewhere.

We absolutely loved this resort! The food was the best we have had at an all inclusive and the drinks and service were consistently good. The people who worked here were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend riding the bikes into town or even walking - about a 15 minute walk so very good location. Also one of the most beautiful beaches we have been to and we would stay at this resort again!
