Room was large comfortable , clean, quiet spot when tired. Lovely view down back where there table and seats. Staff helpful. Would stay again.

If you are looking for value for money while on a budget this is the place to stay. Friendly staff, big rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was great to be a little out of town but only took minutes to get anywhere in Warwick.

Firstly, water in the shower wasn’t hot. Kettle was broken and didn’t boil - had to use the microwave. Tiny Tv and a broken heater, during winter time!?. Entire room was out of condition, along with minimal coffee and tea sachets. I’ve stayed in other motels in Warwick rated at 4 stars of which in comparison to this one are of extremely greater quality. We were in room number 8, comparing it to the room next door which is completely renovated, room 8 should be blown up.e

It suited me but was below expectations. Pluses were cheap and mostly clean. Minuses were very noisy a/c unit, old and rickety fittings, bedding not warm enough (I had extra in my car), bed on coasters so you can’t sit up in bed, dirty air filters in the bathroom and the a/c (I cleaned the a/c filter myself). This is a 2.5 star by my standards. Was ok for me but it may not suit others.

Rooms were tidy, well priced and staff were friendly. 5min drive Into warwick but yet fair enough out to enjoy the piece and quiet.

The motel is situated a little out of town but that means its quiet and peaceful, which is great. The room itself was very clean and spacious. Great amenities and comfortable bed.The views overlooking the town are stunning. Very friendly staff at reception.Highly recommended if you are staying in town.

Everything you need for a stopover. Clean sheets, toiletries. Stick floors from the cleaning they do. Otherwise relatively quite location.

Having stayed there before and not having a problem the last time I was charged twice once by the booking service and then again on arrival. The booking service should not have taken the money unless I was a no show. The problem started when I requested a refund the manager using the excuse that the owner was sick and he was the only one who could refund the money. No time frame as to when this may occur, the manager does not inform you what is going on and seems to have a very take it or leave it attitude. The booking service says it is waiting for the motel to do something. If you ring be prepared to ring twice as they also have a problem answering the phone in a timely manner.

Bed was comfy tho quite small for a queen. Room was ok for cleanliness but I felt it could’ve been cleaner. Large room but unused space and overused minimalist very worn furniture made it look shabby. Bedside tables were sticky, carpet stained, cushions & counters dusty. If u want a bed with no fuss or staff interaction this would suit. I’ve tried a few motels in Warwick now, this one was closest to GoKart track but I probably wouldn’t come back. For $10 extra a night I’ll return to others I’ve used before.

Touch and go to find a good room here. Stayed here half a dozen times each time in a new room. Finally thought wed found our new go to room however after standing outside the office at 8pm at night (office closes at 10pmand ringing the buzzer and knocking loudly for 5 straight minutes to be told we dont have a remote and finding 3 cockroaches in the fridge we wont be returning. The price is on the cheaper end in Warwick, however simply not worth it. Another huge annoyance is the cats (which I dont see listed online). Please keep in mind that people can be allergic to cats and do not want them in wandering freely in and out of their rooms!

Awesome hosts, great price, rooms are larger than most and in a quiet location with minimal road noise. Nice view of the valley.

Fantastic value!! Really happy with my stay at the Alexander Motel, the room was well equipped, clean and nicely presented. The Queen Room had a great bed, a couch, TV, table and chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable and nice and quiet, would definitely recommend and stay again :)

A cat was locked in the room upon entering and had been to the toilet leaving solid mater on the main bed. Room was not to the standards that was advertised on their website.

Above what I had expected for the price. Quiet, very clean, spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was meticulous and large. Heating was not noisy and worked well. My wife and I would stay again.

After an abysmal night before in a bad place, my nephew found this motel for my parents, both of whom needed an accessible room, as my mother has one leg and in a wheelchair, and my father has issues with balancing. The room they were in was perfect! A large bathroom, a comfortable bed, very decent prices and some amazing staff. Not to mention some very friendly kittens! We would be happy to stay here again if were in Warwick in the future. Thank you so much!

Room was a great size.Unfortunately there was a technical glitch and we could only stay one night and not two nights like we originally planned to do.Supplied kettle, toaster and microwave. No plates bowls or knives or forks.Great view from the carport.

For the price not a bad place to stay the night. Carpet could do with a good clean, as could the window screen in the bathroom. Apart from that quite clean. Would come back.

I would love to leave a review about my stay, but when I arrived to check-in on my confirmed date, my booking had mysteriously moved to the following night and they were now fully booked. No room for me with my confirmed booking.Please double check, no, triple check your confirmed booking before you arrive and keep your fingers crossed.

I really love this motel. Ive been here a couple of times before and like coming back. Its really clean and comfortable and I love the decor. The room has everything you need for a short stay (though I couldnt find a teatowel this time!). The wifi is excellent and the view of town is lovely. Position is great up on the hillside. Really good location on edge of town not much noise compared to where a lot of the other motels sited.For the price really cant go past it.

Very clean.Great hot shower.Aircon a delight.Room is very large.Bed is just wonderful.Clean fresh linnen.Towles just soak up the water. So thick and feals great on the skin.I am going to have a great night sleep..I would reconmend staying here.I am if I come back to Warick.

Excellent price. Nice hosts. Great sized rooms. Very clean. Would have loved a second pillow. The first motel I have ever been in that didnt supply a glass to drink out of!!!.Also no plates or cutlery and yet there is a toaster and microwave!!! Fortunately we travel with a picnic set so were able to make do.

Hi was ok .Units need to be checked before people check in. Our milk was out of date. Bed side lamps would not work to read before going to sleep. I walked in the roon in white socks. They are not white anymore..

HORRIBLE!!! We booked for 3 nights on our holiday. Stained sheets. Rotten water in the kettle. No milk. No drinking water. No outside light. Shower was built up with mold and grime. 2cm of dust build up around all edges of floor. Went out for the day (took bed linen off and towels in shower floorreturned at 8:30pm to the room not being serviced at all. Just gross and disrespectful.‘Free breakfast’ is cereal and toast. And no option to even get a hot breakfast.I’ve never had such a horrible experience in a motel.

The hosts of the motel are the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever meet .They looked up map after map helping us plan a way out if warick in the floods to get home to the Sunshine Coast .We stayed 2 nights great price great room for the money plus free breakfast .I would HIGHLY recommend the motel thanks again for everything

Horrible pillows, no milk at all in the room. We were told that breakfast would be placed in our room night before as we needed to leave before 7am we were given nothing.

Was clean and tidy. Stayed after spending the day 4wding.Was sad they we all slept terribly. Beds uncomfortable, pillows sucked. Room was hot (sun beating on the external wall facing wentworth street didnt helpand aircon not on for arrival.Even my 8yr old woke up sore n stuff from the beds.

You could have knocked me over with a feather! I have worked as a "housdmaid", so I KNOW what to expect. For the price, I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW CLEAN it was. Ive paid more for less. Oh the shower, hand held if you choose, PERFECT. I truly COULD NOT fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful. THANK YOU FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY.

Room was not cleaned well and had a horrible smell. We had booked for a 10am check in which was confirmed on receipt. When we arrived we were told no we cant book in until after 12. Reception person was not very professional when he came to the desk without shoes on.

Offers great value for money but the cleanliness was lacking. Full ashtray sitting right outside the door of the room, stains on the bed spread, stains on the carpet, air conditioning smells like someone had been smoking in the room, curtains didnt close properly which allowed a lot of light into the room. Have provided feedback directly to motel but have not received a reply. I have stayed here before but it was many years ago. Unfortunately not how I remember.

Dust everywhere, could feel the bed springs, dont expect a hot breakfast to be included. OK for a one night stop over, nice view down the back, cleaning ladies friendlier than the check-in clerkRe: dust wasnt from the outside... I had been siting down in the back where the table and chairs were. No dust on either of those. Grass was very green as well, no brown, no dirt exposed, no dust. Just felt that perhaps cleaners could have done a better job on the surfaces of the side tables, bathroom basin. That said I had bumped into one of the cleaners in the morning and she was very friendly :)

Two young girls seem to be running the place now..They are trying really hard and are friendly. Basic motel accommodation but the free continental breakfast and cheaply priced rooms enticed me to sty the night after flying in from Melbourne on my way to Brisbane.

Very disappointing. Door security non existent just a push button lock. Shower a nightmare to get right temperature. Continental breakfast very disappointing with dirty dishes all over the bench. Put sign on to have room made up and it was ignored. Duvet covers were not washed between guests as one had lipstick on. 2 stars were for the view which was lovely.

Very peaceful and quiet motel compare to the rest of the place located along the main road. Excellent view overlooking Warwick and less than 5 min drive from city centre. Very clean room and extremely reasonable rates. Breakfast also included.

This was a last minute place to stay, service was great, room was good and very comfy beds. Dinner was awesome cant praise enough I had the gozleme.Def a place to come back if need

Fantastic experience. Friendly staff, cost beds, warm shower and breakfast included in price. You can see the town from the top of the dining room definately would recommend this .

Room below standard. Dirty towel left in bathroom behind the door. Large dust build up under bed and on bed head. Fridge/freezer has so much ice build up we couldnt use it. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bed sheets made us feel like our skin was crawling. Free breakfast was just that cheap cereal and toast. Never going back.

We stayed last night, felt welcomed from the start. Room was spacious and had everything needed. Basic breakfast included was a bonus. Definitely will stay again!!

My Husband and I stayed at the Alexander Motel for one night. We checked in close to sundown. The people managing the motel were a lovely couple.Rooms are very generous in size and very clean. The only down side was that the TV was very small.They do their best to have you enjoy your stay.They offer free breakfast. Breakfast time had ended and they kept the kitchen open for us and offered us to go upstairs to help ourselves before leaving. We would be happy to go back there to stay another night some time in the future.

Great large family room. Clean, comfy beds. Complimentary breakfast is a great start to the day. Nice view from motel, highly recommended. Oh and very friendly welcome by the owner

0 Stars. on the 16th of June 2018 staff gave my reserved room to someone else. The person whom they gave my room to, told them they knew me when they didnt. Is it hard to check peoples ID? Staff needs more training. Absolutely disgusting. Will NEVER recommend this Motel to anyone. Definitely will not be back.

Absolutely amazing stay! We were in Warwick for an event, and found the Motel to be not only well maintained, but the rooms were spacious with everything that we needed. The best thing for me is that the next morning, the lady behind the desk remembered my name, when all I was doing was handing in the key! Will definitely be staying here again
