Great food and service experience 😋😋

Très bon moment passé dans ce lieu ! La finesse des plats est incroyable. Les épices dosées avec tact. Léquipe en salle très pro. Au petit soin dans les moindres détails. Le sommelier est excellent et nous a fait découvrir une multitude de vins tous en accord avec les plats. Jy retourne rapidement ! Par contre attention à lheure douverture de la porte qui est vraiment à lheure indiquée, vous ne pourrez pas arriver en avance pour prendre lapéro . 😅

Great good and amazing experience for correct price.Team was on point. Waiters knew what they were doing and were looking after you the best they could.Wasnt a fan of reconstructed tabuleh.Down side is the price of wines.I understand that menus with prices are not necessarily a thing in these types of restaurant and that one might feel self conscious about asking before ordering. I regret not doing it when asking for two glasses of wines each for two ppl through-out the whole meal and ended up with double the expected bill for food.Wines were amazing and an absolutely great match for the food, but not everyone might wanna spend this type of extra money for drinks.

WOW. Chef Geaam’s food is complex, imaginative and playful all in the best possible way. He assembled an excellent staff who make each guest feel welcome. Thank you for a fun night!

What a wonderful surprise. Small, cozy place. Great service. But the food…wow. Be prepared to expand your culinary horizons, with Lebanese influences. Really glad we went as a family (for my birthday); will defiantly be back. Highly recommend.

Restaurant Alan Geeam was our first Michelin star experience. Our expectations, while somewhat vague, were quite high, and Alan Geeam did not disappoint in the least. It largely fit our stereotype of "Michelin star restaurant", and where it diverged from that it was for the best.For starters, since this was our first visit to Paris, we werent familiar with local conditions and customs, and, in particular, we had no idea how stupid it was to book a restaurant that was quite far from our hotel. We thought we had accounted for that, having called a taxi well before the time of our reservation, but peak hour traffic turned out to be much, much worse than we imagined. Fifty euro poorer, thirty minutes late, and still half a mile from the restaurant, we had to jog there, and dark sense of foreboding hung over us, since we heard that classy restaurants could be very strict, and maliciously vindictive about missed reservations. As we learned two days later, theres a grain of truth to those rumours, but Alan Geaam at least simply waved off us being late, and welcomed us with open arms.We ordered a five course tasting menu for two, accompanied by a few glasses of wonderful Paul Leredde champagne, and as far as taste, flavour and presentation were concerned, the stereotype was met in full. I dare not try explaining what the food was like, but at every turn my taste buds were stunned, excited and overwhelmed - in half a dozen different fashions. The staff took great care of us, making sure we were educated, entertained and served in a very timely fashion.My one small regret is that we didnt go for a seven course tasting menu, but, on balance, and contrary to the Michelin stereotype, we were stuffed even after five courses. Yes, individual portions can be quite small, but when a long gallery of amuse bouches, entrees, and, seemingly, just random culinary interludes to keep the patrons occupied is paraded in front of you, theres absolutely no risk of remaining hungry after your meal.Alan Geaam earns my heartfelt recommendation, and, in fact, I would say that its an absolutely excellent introduction to the world of haute cuisine. Expect to spend between 100 and 200 euro per person, depending on which flavour of the menu you decide to pick, and on the accompanying drinks.

A truly amazing experience that I would highly recommend when visiting Paris and the Arc de Triomphe. The staff is lovely, friendly and very professional, with great attention to detail. They take you on a culinary journey with amazing courses.

Treasuring life lessons from Alan Geaam restaurant (1 Michelin 🌟)🍀 “If you want to try a gastronomic restaurant in Paris, you surely have to go to Alan Geaam” – a recommendation from my boss led me to this beautiful gem. His story would amaze you: arriving in France 20 years ago with 30€ in his pocket to learn about cuisine techniques, and today becoming a promising star in French’s gastronomy🍀 We had the 7 courses tasting menu, and it went beyond any expectations. From amuses bouches to desserts, you could find delicate Lebanese touch. I can still remember its flavours : the crunchy sumac tuile and cone of labneh, the scallop kebbeh, the firm flesh of the langoustine in two textures and seasoned with Vietnamese cardamom…🍀 The sommelier also gave us nice advice for the wines. The start was pleasant with champagne De Venoge Princes Rosé, and then we had an excellent Bourgogne white wine of Meursault 1er cru to accompany the meal. The decor was chic and minimal, & the chef was so gentle he walked around tables to explain his creations and his passion.🍀 For a long time living in France, I hesitated to show my heritage and tried to blend into this society. But now I realized that I always have to remember my roots and be proud of my origins, my accents, my culture. Thank you Alan for empowering your Lebanese influence, and I hope you all the best to achieve new echelon in the culinary world.

Le service est au top, on prend le temps de nous expliquer les plats, les choix des ingrédients, et le sommelier est aux petits soins. Attention aux quantités, cest vraiment très généreux ! Nous reviendrons.

Magnifique expérience gastronomique entre France et Liban. Le chef nous propose une cuisine pleine de saveurs avec un très beau travail sur les épices. C est beau, bon et gourmand. En plus le service est vraiment au top.

Lebanese French fusion prepared under the watchful eye of The Chef! We had more than a spectacular meal we had a series of "events" presented as courses, served with explanation by staff and chef. This ranks as one of the finest dining experiences Ive had in the past 5 years. My personal feeling is that this restaurant is deserving of more than its current Michelin star.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Paris. The staff were all very friendly and amazing. The sommelier had great knowledge about all the wines. The food was exceptional the dish were very well presented and had great layers of complexity and a little bit of theatre to go along with them. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want something a little special.

Superbe expérience dans ce restaurant étoilé qui propose une gastronomie à inspiration libanaise.Nous avons opté pour le menu en 7 temps et c’était un réel voyage. La cuisine est raffinée et pleine de saveurs. Chaque assiette présente un travail remarquable et un mariage des saveurs et des textures toujours parfait. La brioche est divine! Le vin proposé était très bon.Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai !

To celebrate our weeding anniversary we choose this year a Wonderful restaurant and outstanding concept of Lebanese cuisine.The Michelin stared Chef Alan Geaam breaks all the rules and the shapes of all of the most famous Lebanese dishes while he kept the fabulous taste authenticity and the flavors at reasonable pricesWe loved the food here and the extraordinary shapes of varieties that was served with detailed explanation for each of the dishes and which was perfectly satisfying for the eyes, the mouth, the stomach and our gastronomic knowledge.Congratulations to the Chef Alan Geaam for his courage devotion and for the hard work along with his amazing team at this lovely restaurant Thanks to all in the kitchen and the dining area

Truly exceptional dinner

Had dinner yesterday at the restaurant, had an amazing experience with a great dinner service would really recommend it, the service was amazing for us since we are tourists we had a lot of help with the menu and the wine 10/10

The quality of their dishes and services does not match their prices

This is an untrustworthy restaurant. Cold and slow, the service quality is far from Michelin restaurant standards. They can cancel your reservation without any inform in advance, the solution proposed is also unacceptable. A huge shame for this restaurant. I even suspect serious racism in this restaurant, because they serve me differently from french guests. A complain to Michelin Guide is submitted in the meanwhile, lets see how they solve this problem.

All around magical experience. The Chefs cooking was an incredible take on my native lebanese cuisine, letting us rediscover familiar ingredients in unexpected ways. The Sommeliers energy and wine pairing enhanced the overall experience.

Came here for lunch with my girlfriend. The place was surprisingly empty, we were the only ones - a mystery to me, given the fantastic food (both taste and presentationand warm friendly service weve been offered. Ive never had such a good experience at a restaurant at this price (45 Euro per person for a filling 3-course lunch).

Very nice restaurant. Very good service which is a a nice change from the average service level in Paris which is quite mediocre. The food was very nice and I went there because I was curious to discover the fusion between French and Lebanese cuisines. I was very pleased by the appetizers. The main dishes were also very nice. Personally I would have liked to taste more the Lebanese flavor in them, but this does not at all taken away from the fact that they were very nice in both flavor and presentation. We also had the luxury of having the chef personally presenting to us some of the dishes.I wouldnt hesitate recommending this restaurant.

Food was really spectacular.Real Lebanese aromas, would do it again for sure.

It’s quite good, but we ended up disappointed overall for a Michelin star and this price for a dinner tasting menu.We found the mezze and desserts much more interesting than the main courses, where fish/meats were generally slightly overcooked. Service also had a few mishaps (water not refilled, plate removed before we had finished, wine not to our taste but sommelier insisted it was as intended and didn’t offer to change it...).Perhaps not a good day or the staff was tired before holidays?

Great and simple fusion food. French with a l ebanese touch

We ate a non-food in ridiculous amounts, of which I cant remember a single thing, of course. The service was sullen, and at times openly rude, because it was 2 PM and they wanted us out. They ran out of bread (which turned out to be essential not to starve), and claimed to have no ice. I would never waste a minute of my life here, let alone many many euros.

Interesting flavors, delicate presentation, very friendly staff and chef

Amazing restaurant serving modern cuisine with a Lebanese twist. The langoustine based starter is to die for. The chef is very talented and also nice. He usually comes out at some point during the dinner to say hi to the customers.

Our last meal on this trip to Paris, and our New Years Eve dinner, was at Alan Geaam in the 16th Arrondissement. After cocktails at a nearby hotel, we walked into a tiny, maybe seven tables, subdued and elegant gray hued dining room. Service and cordiality were on par with its Michelin star. The multi course menu was well worth the 160 Euro outlay, and every dish was artistic and wonderful. A the stroke of midnight, with fireworks illuminating the sky over the Arc de Triomphe, the patrons piled out on to the sidewalk to hug, kiss, and bless everyone with a “happy New Year,” “Bon Anee.” It was a special moment that only Paris can provide.Its difficult to judge any kitchen on a night such as New Years Eve, but Alan Geaam provided all the motivation for a return visit.

I’ve been to a few dozen Michelin starred restaurants. Personally I thought that the service here was fantastic. However I genuinely felt there should have been more for the price. The food was also not up to standards in my humble opinion. The presentation is quite nice but nothing spectacular at this price range.
