Terrible service, horrible drinks especially the coffee amongst the worse I have ever had. Mint tea is terrible, shisha is mediocre at best.Service levels are appalling. They are cash only and take payment immediately and fail to give you your full change despite asking repeatedly.The only reason to come here is that it’s open late otherwise it’s a dive

This restaurant is located in illford area. From outside the place looks unwelcoming , but inside ambience is good. It’s on the first floor / rooftop! The Shisha was good but not excellent. Food was awesome. The taste was outstanding. As such the restaurant was empty. Service could have been more prompt.Overall, a nice place to go & chill out.

I had good experience. Food was good and so was the drinks .place was clean and beautiful. Staff was helpful .good security for customers and they have a pool table so it was a great place to spend some quality time with friends .

The place is really nice, and spacious, very comfy furniture, spent really good time with friends, recommended definitely will come again.

(Reply to replyit isnt it charged me 4 £They dont accept cards. Instead they bought an entire ATM that charges you 4 £ for withdrawal while there is big title "FREE WITHDRAWALS" on it. LOL. And its often broken so youll not only waste money but also time when coming there cashless. Other than that their shisha is good and the place is really spacy and airy. Ideal for lounge. But really... :-D

The new staff are extremely unprofessional since the change of staff Aladdins is going downhill. Rude staff forcing customers to order more quantities according to their new policy.Also, the excess of £10 for non-smokers even though non-smokers are ordering drinks and food but still need to pay just because of not ordering a Shisha.I was a regular customer of Aladdins but these awkward tactics put me off.

Came down with my sister from Birmingham and thought we’d check this place out as it was recommended to us. Staff are very welcoming and will make sure you are satisfied before leaving. The strawberry daiquiri was one of the best. Was given an ice pipe on the house and was offered more drinks on the house. Made us feel very comfortable, would definitely come and visit again if in the ilford area.

I don’t do shisha but this placed lacked the chosen flavour we got very watered down taste of dissatisfaction right there plus the fact if you don’t smoke you pay £10 for sitting but still a calm place to chill

I along with my friends visited the place and we were 7 people 2 of them were non smoker and we ended up ordering 4 shishas because of the rule though non smoker friends were there having food and drinks with us. Such an worst restaurant, ordered chicken fried rice. The flavour was awful and even the chicken pieces in the fried rice smells like anything. Waste of money.

They have good shisha, not the best, but it does the job. The food is nice and so are the drinks. The staff are very attentive and great to talk to. They also have 2 pool tables that can be used. And they have an outdoor rooptop seating area. All food is halal.

Amazing shisha experience, service is extremely friendly and the food is definitely worth the price. Will be coming back here next time :)

I had a great time at this roof top lounge. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that. Most importantly, food and drinks tasted great! I had a great time in this place.

Banging food and the people at friendly. Even gave me a plate of food for Iftaar and a bottle of water to break my fast. Customer Service 10/10

We didn’t buy any food but all our drinks were amazing.The atmosphere is very nice, very chill music with plenty of TVs with live matches on.The inside is split into two so one part is like a balcony and the other half is covered like a room so you can decide where you want to sit.Comfortable seats too.However, the shisha flavours were awful ! All our shisha’s tasted the same because all of them had the same bland flavour. It was one of the weakest shisha’s I’ve ever had.Also, we went as 7 people, we got 3 shisha’s but because there was one odd man out they said he either had to buy a shisha or pay a £10 ‘sitting fee’. We asked if he can just buy food and drinks worth £10 but they said no and that he HAD to pay £10 just to sit there or buy a shisha which was ridiculous.

Me and my friends came here for shisha and DinnerWow the food was heaven and it was presented so Beautiful and I had to ask to thank the chef himself his name was "Jatin" he was such a lovely friendly man and me and my friends couldnt stop thanking him for the beautiful food he made and the food came so quickWe will all be back and we will specially request for out food to be cooked by jatin chef

This is a great location for shisha and socialising. The shisha is smooth and lasts a long while.The only negative is the lack of presence the staff have, meaning it takes forever to get a coal change.

Always have good experiences whenever we come here. Customer service is spot on and sisha is good as well.

A really nice place for some decent shisha with some good drinks and food on the menu. The customer service was great too.The only negative thing about this place is that they don’t take card payments but they do have a cash machine inside the lounge if you need to withdraw cash.

Shisha not so great, gets harsh after 20 minutes, the place doesn’t take card either, wish they had told me when I came in. Drinks was nice. Had to pay £10 table charge because 3/4 of us wanted to smoke, I didn’t mind as it’s a 2 shisha between 1 policy… I’d much rather go to colony lounge down the road they got savacco flavour and accept card.

For someone who is very fussy about his shisha, I honestly couldn’t find a fault with this place, the staff are amazing and the atmosphere buzzing. I have been back 3x since my initial visit and the overall experience gets better each time. Great atmosphere, lovely shisha and great staff! Waiters were respectful and easy to talk to from the moment we stepped foot inside. Great location and parking available near by. Would like to say thank you to the staff members, Abir and Mahima (I think that`s what their name is, they both wear glasses)...Lovely staff who gave the best customer service. They deserve a bonus. The sticky toffee pudding was also the best one i have tried yet! One of the best shisha lounges to visit in London.

We had come here from outside of the city looking for a good shisha place and found this. As we arrived, customer service was very inadequate. We were sat at a table which had clearly not been cleaned with ashtrays and had ash scattered across the table. The girl serving us seemed very unbothered and did not understand what we were requesting and got our order wrong too. We were given 2 hot chocolates instead of 1 for example but were charged for both. Music is inconsistent going from very loud to utterly quiet. Desserts (french toastlooked as if it had been made by a child, the plate was covered in chocolate which had ruined our clothes. Mojitos were very tasteless. Tasted like plain tonic water, a bunch of mint and a gallon of ice, so I would not recommend at all… The Shisha was not bad but everything else was not great. Left within half an hour given we were disappointed with most things. Maybe come here for shisha, but nothing else. Will not be coming here again.

The £10 charge per person came as a surprise. Its not necessary. And a time limit to stay on a table if its busy lol what? Wasnt told that its cash only payment in advance. We had to head to the bar to get someone to take care of our table. £24 for basic shisha is crazy. In Southall, Alibabas has premium russian shishas and they cost only £18! There are other places which are far better and worth the money.

Last Thursday visited aladdinsrooftoplounge. The staff and service was on point and the place was having a positive vibe. A perfect venue to hang with friends on weekend.The longue is famous for sheesha’s having a wide range of flavours but my personal favourite was paan-apple mint.We had mac&cheese, Chicken Biryani, Jalfrezi and garlic naan. I would surely recommend you to grab chicken biryani being tasty and lip smacking.Overall it’s a great experience.

Nice atmosphere but music was completely off. It felt like we were on a high school reunion. Defo needs some Arabic music. Shisha was on point 100000% and the Mocktails were huge and so tasty!

This place is very dirty and very strength. First time when I been there I have park my car in Aladdin parking space and they told me to move the car from there. Secondly when I take the sit they told me only cash payment. So I need to go again downstairs to take out cash. After all of this when they came and we place the order they ask me to pay straight away and after they came back to tell me that for 5 people you need minimum to order 3 shisha, otherwise i need to pay £10 extra each person who doesn’t smoke. I do not recommend this place. I came from 40 minutes to taste the best shisha in London and this is what I got. 🤣 P.S. to get in you need to ring the bell and after this someone will take you upstairs after they check who are you.

I have no idea why there are 1 star reviews for this lounge. This lounge is awesome! We came from New York to visit and came to this lounge to smoke some hookah. They have some great hookah! The employees here are really nice! Great vibes here. Don’t trust these bad reviews. Come see it for yourself. Loved the experience here!!!

Ive been in this place with my friends , were bad service and unexperienced waitress,; we had to change all our mojitos which were made for "fun" by the bartender trying to save money . I also asked for half lemon and waited for 30 minutes and at the end we got 2 slices of lime . We try to speak with manager and weve been told hes out for "delivery". We had half chicken with lemon and herbs witch was covered in turmeric. It was first time when I came here and also the last time . Ill not recommend this place to anyone.

Visited Aladdin for the first time, the place has a chill factor, the premise is kept clean, staff are friendly. They serve Panini, Nachos, Waffles, Crepes and non-alcoholic drinks. The Shisha is great and very reasonably priced.

Whenever I feel like I need to chill with some Shisha and good vibes. I always come down here as the vibe here is always warm the staff are very friendly. The venue is spacious with a lot of seating and the shishas are really good as well. I love the strawberry mojitos here are the best I always order the same drink and same Shisha. 5/5 :)

Nice and quite place for shisha if u are looking for crazy place for shisha than this place is not just for you.

I visited here 2 years ago and it had a very ghetto crowd. Thankfully they seemed to have cleaned up the type of customer theyre getting and it was a much more mature and couples oriented crowd. The smoke was good and the shisha lasted. Seats were comfy and the music wasnt too loud - you can have a conversation!

Indoor Shisa lounge that serves many Shisa flavours. They also do shakes, fizzy drinks and hot drinks. Comfortable sofas with TVs all around. Came on a Saturday night but wasnt too busy. Mature crowd.
