Budget Accomodation .Good for short stay.Service is horrible.Hygienic condition patheticBathroom needs complete renovation.Nothing was working properly.There is no air condition and tge windows can not be opened.quilt are better not to use with no covering Lenin.However rooms are big enough.Wifi was also not working in the room.LED Screen is just a decoration.Room could not be locked?, dont know about other rooms.No shampoo is provided and a dirty small face towel is given which is better not to use.Will never come again.

Pros:1. Center of Islamabad and pindi almost 35 km from everything.2. Walking distance to all major bus stations.3. Immediate room availability and cheapest for 1k rupees/ single room4. Free wifi.5. Good service people.6. Phone shop and local groceries and eatable at walking distance.Cons:1. Congested ,you cant find parking your car any way near.2. Noisy bus station near so pretty noisy most of the time.3. Back up generator for fans only.4. Ac rooms are extra charged .5. No water sometimes if the light is gone.6. Pretty bad bathrooms.7. No shower, cant bathe there.8. NOT a family hotel, you can bring but the area isnt too good to have em there.

not really recommend not even for just a few hours to spend worse management worse place no clean rooms broken everything plus point is they have power backup but not for families or group of friends solo person is okay okay they ask u for more price for if u ask them this place is not viable or not working my experience was so pathetic

Good condition Room and Active service Neat and clean Rooms

This is a pathetic place. They charge too much. We paid 3000 rupees for 12 hours stay and there was no water in the washroom. There is literally no good restaurant near by just substandard Dhabas. People coming on bus, just drop off at the Faizabad stop. You will find plenty of good hotels there.

Pathetic service. I booked on 28 March for 1 April. But they think, Im making an April Fool booking. He confirmed my booking, even I changed my Check-in and Check-out times. And they fid did it. He even give me number for payment transfer. But when I go there at evening. He said, We dont have any room available. You have to pay us more and we will upgrade your room that we book but cant manage to make it available. Not a professional behavior. And will not recommend. Because they think, Its late time. And they will pay us more to stay at this time. Not recommend to anyone.

I stay here with my family. Good and clean rooms and I paid reasonable rate. Staff was very good . Only issue was Hot water provided only in morning time I suggest that A/v 24 hours. Otherwise very good for stay

Hotel is good rooms and washroom clean, staff is very cooperative, they provide soap and towel, wifi available as well, but bad sheets its clean , I want to suggest you improve your service because your price is affordable and you give 90% best service just improve 10% more.

Average Hotel in this price With all Basics Needs 800 for an night is preety much good. Altough There is mismanagment of hot water in winter But Over All Hotel Is Good. Rooms & washrooms are clean and also thus bed sheets is not clean

Very affordable hotel in faizabad. They provide WiFi and peaceful bedrooms.

My experience there was not that much good. There was no laundry service no proper dusting of the bed and not even proper drinking water facility

Stayed here for 5 days, rooms are cleaned and ventilated, affordable low cost.

Kindly fix the cleanliness issue apart from that the staff is very cooperative and understanding.

Al-Sakhawat Hotel is okay if you dont want to spend more money. Not a great room but okay for one night. Service was not great. Cleanliness in the room and bathroom wasnt satisfactory. However, somewhat better rooms were also available.

This is the best and cheapest option for stay, if you are not concered with luxuries.All basic facilities like Attach washroom, Wifi etc are avaialable.Washroom was neat and clean.The owner Abbasi shb is very humble person.I stayed a night there and was fully satisfied.

Horrible services bad people they reserve the room for 700 rs but when u reach hotel they tell u that rooms are occupied and only room is vacant for 1000 rs per night. i wish i could give them minus stars

It was average. Gyser timing is 5am to 12pm and then no hot water afterwards. Not a good option in chill winter 🙂Kind of 3 star hotel.

Economical.. room wasnt so clean.. no cupboards or closet.. apart from that, good service, cheap and good location with near by bus stops, metro and numerous desi restaurants

Be aware about prices of nearby hotel. Always ask rate prior to stay, it may be changed just in two days. Otherwise its ok, except some time hot water issue.

We stayed here for 2 days returning from Pakistan tour... Management is too cooperative and helps in any way as possible Its also not that much costly around 2k for a day and they arranged 3 extra bed sheets for us as well.Thanks for the complement

Good to stay at this place. Affordable and comfortable at it price class. Near to main faizabad metro bus station and different inter city bus service stop. Easy access to other places of the city from here.

Only 1 thing VERY VERY BAD..! if you forgot something, so you wont get back.. Staff not give you anything back. We forgot a watch. And we call many time but no,one accept it.! Other things are good.
