The atmosphere was good, but the food could be all but delicious it was quite bland and tasteless not to mention one of us even found hair mixed with the food I am all but satisfied though the service was good but not enough.

The food taste good like many other restaurants, the prices very high, the quantity is less then expected and many things listed in the menu is not found.I gave three stars just for the garden

Although the food was cold, they heated it to the right temrature after,The sizes of the dishes were small in comparison with the prices, very nice and polite employees, very much liked them.The seatings are good and gives privacy, outside dining has wounderful view.

Food is fresh and tasty, comfortable place and i gave 4 stars because the baby chair was not cleaned

The service is zero. So cold and dirty. We were sitting waiting our food and they were cleaning the floor. We asked for heater, they said we dont have gas to turn it on.

Beautiful place, very good food, the maitre d very sociable, serious and professional. He remembered that I had already been there and welcomed me warmly.

Great food and service. Their best feature is that the waiters dont take your plates away whilst you have a break from eating like most Kurdish restaurants. My favourite go-yo place when with the girls

the place have two main halls one written "For lunch with Argila (sheesh aand the other is written "For Lunch". we dont smoke so we went to the hall that is written "For Lunch". in few minutes I saw a big sheesh a placed next to our table, and the one was sitting started spreed all the smoke on us. I asked the bartender please if there is another place for us we need to move, he said I will ask the captain, he left and didnt come back. I went by myself to the manager and yelled at him, he moved us to the hall that is written "For lunch and Argila" but was empty. OK. that was fine.We waited for exactly 18 minutes till they Brought us the menu, then we started to order, BBQ for two persons, one lamb rips (Parzula), and one falafel , in addition to three snacks (tabula, salad, and hummus). after almost half an hour, they first brought the snacks, and in few minutes they Brough the falafel and the rips. they left for another 10 minutes then they served the BBQ (Although I clearly asked them please bring all the lunch we ordered at once). we started to eat, the taste was completely normal, nothing wow to talk about!.we ordered two kunafa sweats. it took 21 unites to arrive after I complained about it of course.These are so far normal for Erbil, since there is no a KRG entity to monitor the quality of food and services in these Arab and Lebanese restaurants spreed over the city.I asked for check, it was 155,500 IQ for four persons , again its normal for Erbil due to lack of price control and regulations.the funny thing it was that I paid 100 USD and 35000 IQ. in a minute, the bartender came back to me saying sorry sir, we do not accept USD bill of 2006.you must give us newer version.Rate:Taste: 6/10Services: 5/10Atmosphere: 6/10Price: 5/10 — at Al-Safadi Restaurant.

We are newly in town and I wanted to try some of their food. The problem is not on the delivery service which was quite fats it was the food: Youll get dry, tasteless, baby-sized food at a high price. I paid for 21000 IQD 3 small dry chicken kebab! I really miss Slemani.

Ive been to Al-Safadi this Ramadan for breakfast and it was a bad experience. There was only one open buffet to serve everyone, so the waiting line was very long. There were not enough waiters to attend for the customers and we had to ask several time to get what we wanted, not to mention they were unfriendly.Lentil soup was served first but it was cold and not tasty at all.Refilling the buffet was slow; by the time I made it to the desserts buffet, half the plates were empty.Long story short, definitely not recommended during Ramadan for breakfast.

Chicken liver dish is there best and might be the best in erbil, also Habra is very good. Prices are very high and meat wasnt worth their prices, even their valet is 5 times more expensive than any other place in erbil.

Nice Lebanose restaurant in Erbil . They have garden and indoor halls .The worst thing is Nargile is allowed indoor.Foods are delicious but prices are high.

The place is nice and cosy the service is great and the wc is clean BUT the food lacks something .. i ordered lentils soup (it was red not yellow and i prefer yellowthe appetizers are ok . also they love to add garlic in every opportunity ..as to the main dish they lack diversity

Great atmosphere!Slow Service, Bad quality of foods and desserts, relatively expensive. A waste of good space. Took them more than an hour to bring the desserts we asked for, thats after reminding them 4 times.

People know Al Safadi. They have a great outdoor area. There is a special corner for children with a slide. The restaurant is on one of the main roads in Erbil and this makes it easy to find. It looks great on the outside. Thats about it.It is advisable to come driving your old car. The parking lot (or the area that is supposed to be oneis dusty, dirty and generally unsafe. It looks like a construction site. This makes it useless coming smartly dressed.The service is generally slow. We ordered a common dish of chicken shawarma and they told us that the chicken was "finished".The place was loud, no privacy of any sort. The tables are too close to each other and it is difficult to follow a conversation on YOUR table.Smoking of shisha and cigarettes is allowed inside which makes the atmosphere "smoking hot" and quite unpleasant for eating.I wouldnt recommend the place at all. Highly overpriced.
