It is a new hotel and prices are affordable. Water and tea are available.Rooms are clean and furnished as for 4 stars hotel, but breakfast isnt served there. I liked my stay there.

At crowded time, the place has only 2 lifts. There is no fire exit on 7 of its floors. Hotel staff are cooperative. They dont speak english. Some staff can speak urdu. No one understands farsi here. Other arabic staff can speak French and Arabic.

Nice desk staff but their maintenance and cleaning staff is really inconsistent. Also, this is one of the few hotels in Karbala that has a suite with a second bedroom which is great when travelling with small children.
