Absolutely worst customer service ever i faced . Its my 4 time experience to buy broasted chicken and surprise with bad potato totally. Today i have informed them very clearly that I’m having several bad experiences and guess what l happen !! Nothing again it was very bad hard and black . After calling and complaining one guy told me no issue send us your location and we will take care and send you replacement. 20 minutes later I received another call from the manager ( abo rayan to say that there is nothing he can see wrong with the picture and video i send and he will give me one free on my next purchase ! How you are trying to force me to do new purchases while you haven’t solved the bad experience i faced yet !! They really think they the only one ! There is alot more better in terms of price. Quality. Service . From my side today was my last purchase order and will never be repeated again

The restaurant is beautiful and offers takeaway food services, and a variety of tea, suitable for fast food such as Alberta, quick sandwiches and some grills. It also provides food service inside the restaurant, but places are limited.

It used to be my best Shawerma.But now it is not worth it.4 small shawerma and 2 small water 42 derhams, price vs quality.Adding VAT on each item and again on the total invoice is .......4.5 for small water. I am not in a hotel.In the end. Food quality is not that much anymore specially with their new price range.

I ordered the grilled chicken(machinethe chicken was good, the fries that came with the meal were perfect and the seasoning on them makes them so much better. Garlic sauce was also perfect

What a bad experience I faced today. I went to the restaurant and order the family meal 18pcs of chicken for my 10guest who are waiting for me at my place. And when we are about to serve the food it was the STRIPS NOT THE CHICKEN PIECES. I tried talking to the manager who can hardly understand English, I shared the bill copy and all the details about there menu. But in the end thanks to the manager I got to know that it’s my fault. I didn’t know how to order. Trust me, When customer order big meals like this they can not make mistakes. Really disappointed

We loved the broasted chicken and fattoush salad!!! In addition to that, a single serving of food were good for two people. The restaurant personnel were accommodating and kind. 👍👍👍👍

I have just visited your restauarant today. We ordered for 1 full broasted chicken. First they brought us the wrong order and then replaced with apologies...which is fine. Second time they got us the full broasted chicken and your menu online and in the restaurant says the meal is with pepsi. So when we asked for our drinks, which is a part of the meal, your steward with arrogance tells us that its not a part of the meal. When i showed him the menu card, he kept saying before not anymore. When i asked him then why is it mentioned in your menu...your steward tells us I will ask the owner to change it first teach your staff manners to talk and then to learn customer service. We ordered 2 separate bottles of water. We can afford to buy the drinks...but dont steal it from your customers who are paying the price for it.

Favorite MistakeRandomly saw this place after I normally go to the neighboring food spots and now its my favorite shop on the strip to get a shawarma.Juicy chicken with hints of cardamom and lemon without an overbearing amount of garlic toum sauce wrapped in a saj bread. I cant go anywhere else again.

Great ambiance while its still cool dining outdoors. But they dont serve special drinks other than d usual soda, juice and water. The food was great and d staff were friendly

The worst experience ever! We ordered grilled chicken, broasted chicken, and chicken shawarma, the broasted chicken was raw. The spices on the grilled chicken were disgusting, even the shawarma was below standard and inedible. Not recommended at all.

One of best Broasted I’ve ever had, great food, quick delivery and arrived hot and fresh, ordered charcoal grilled chicken, Broasted and crispy family meals, all were amazing, the garlic sauce just completed the taste, overall it was out of this world, can’t wait to try your shawerma 😋

Broasted Al medan is a great place for anyone who would like to try Syrian food, especially Shawerma. It is really really good for everyone!

Today we ordered broasted chicken and arabic shawarma. The chicken was really good, one of the best that I tried in Abu Dhabi, but the shawerma was terrible. The chicken inside it were like small bits of tasteless chicken, and the bread was stiff, one of the worst shawerma sandwiches I tried.As a constructive feedback, they should work a lot on their shawerma or not sell it at all, it is ruining the restaurants image.

Before 2 to 3 year this restaurant was a great place to eat from, it was one of the best shawarma in abu dhabi, but now i wouldnt give his shawarma even to my worst enemies.

Broasting is one of the best cooking techniques done to meat, and is uniquely middle eastern. Medan captured that broasted chicken magic, reminiscent of my days when i was in another gulf country. Excellent cooking, great sides. Love it

I would suggest this place for a dinner with family or gruop of friends. Just opposite to al wahdha bus terminal. friendly staffs. I would give 4.5 stars. This is for all the people as the price is very moderate. I didnt gave 5 rating as Keep in mind that they are not accepting card payments.

This is #1 broasted chicken in Abu Dhabi I grantee!Oh my God...the flavour, how clean the chicken is ( which is my first thing to check..I hate to smell something bad while Im eating my meal , money wise, service...its absolutely amazingThe flavour is so good that you remember how they do it back in Syria...coz its a famous dish there...its crunchy yet well done from inside...with all the special spices that they used ...ahh i want one now 😂 I ate it couples of days ago.Cleanness, you know the chicken as meat and fish has bad smell..and to remove this smell you have to add spices or soak it before at night withing specific ingredients...well they did both ways I guess...you cant smell anything bad and thats only can give them 5 stars!!Service & Money, well service is so good and they are so helpful and there is no delay at all. And money wise, I dont want to say its cheap coz sometimes this word can be understood differently...lets say its so affordable...I mean, you can get half chicken with chips, garlic sause, hummos, small coleslaw salad, piccles, and Lebanese bread with only AED22 !! And this is plus taxes!! Very good chicken broasted .

I think its one of the best Chicken Brost i have had in Abu Dhabi. The potato chips along with it are really great only thing is that it needs to be thin cut. 👌🏽
