IRS bit far from Haram but all over its good

It was a decent hotel with decent breakfast lunch and dinner. Rooms were relatively clean compared to other hotels in the area. Customer service is average. However, the receptionist doesn’t speak comprehensible English what can you make it difficult for communications. Location wise, it is very local to the religious shrine.

Comfortable stay close to haram Imamdelicious food and excellent service.

It is an amazing place for zawaars and I suggest people to go to this hotel while in kazmain

Its kind of near the shrine. Rooms are not clean (there are trash under the bed and tablesand refrigerator doesntwork properly. Ar least they washed the sheets. Not good foods at all, you can have fruits instead (which is also warm, why cant they put them in a refrigerator?)

Nice hotell and staff but the AC was quite noicy, and no Windows cleaning. When I tried to open the room window it was dust everywhere.

Fabulous place to stay had a great time food was really good and service was excellent 👌we will recommend this Al Khafajy Hotel 🏨

I liked it on an overall basis. Expensive as compare to other hotels in Kadhimiya but one will find room very serene and in good condition. Dont fal for breakfast that the hotel will offer because its nothing as such with very basic items in it.

Extremely clean with professional staff super delicious food buffet and very vlose to Haram (Shrine of Imam e MoosaKazmain. Ample parking excellent service rooms are super nice and newly renovated must stay there if you are in Kazmain.

Nice neat clean hotel. I highly recommend it for people who visit baghdad for the 1st time because its a very safe environment very close to the main street, friendly staffs, close to many restaurants. You enjoy being around here

My short experience was not nice. With some neighbors there. smoking and cooking smells comes inside room. The hand shower ( telephone showerwas not working properly looks wity salty deposits blockage. The buffet was so nice.

Clean hotel. Around 5 minutes walk to The Holy Shrines of Imam Kazim and Imam Jawad. Their food is average. It costed me $60 to stay per night with breakfast.

Very expensive, this Hotel like to host Arab gulf coz the pay more. Locals cant afford to stay 2 nights

No complaints. Frequent power-cuts but electricity returns in less than 5 seconds. Buffet in hotel restaurant has great salads.

Considering Iraqi standards, this is a really nice hotel.Stayed here for one night as part of a 10 day trip to Iraq with my wife and 2 kids (7&5). We stayed in a triple room on the 4th floor. Beds were stiff but ok. There was complimentary water, tea and coffee in the room.WiFi was good. There was a TV in the room. Didnt use so cant comment on channel selection. Remote was missing back cover to hold batteries in place - this was substituted by green pvc tape - did the job.We had a basic wardrobe with few hangers. There was also a standard wardrobe safe in the room. Safe was showing an error and I called down to reception but nothing was done. I didnt chase as we were only staying 1 night. Should this have been of concern, I would have personally gone to reception and am sure this would have been resolved.Bathroom was clean. With an option of Western and Eastern style toilet. Walk in shower cubicle was good.We had 3 meals at the hotel (lunch & dinner on day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure). This was served in a buffet style on the 9th floor restaurant. Decent offering and good food.Location of hotel is very good. With only a 7-15min walk away from the Kadhmayne Mosque.We have 3 power cuts all lasting less than 10 seconds. Hey, it happens.All in all - excellent hotel for what we needed.

The restaurant has something bad... The plates to take food are everywhere... So, people do not have to go to go in qeue to take food... It is not good in case of crowded times.

Location is great. Within the Kathemia campus. You can see the imams from the hotel window. Pretty modern and their facilities are great. Coming close to hotels abroad in terms of cleanliness, service and design. Would def stay again.

GOOD HOTEL . FOOD IS NOT TASTEY . SMOOKING IS ALLOWED NEAR THE LIFTS WHICH I DID NOT LIKE. SOMETIMES THE CIGRATES SMOKES YOU SMELL IN YOUR ROOM.
