Dont go there during Ramadan, they are not organized at all, no enough staff to serve all tables, soup and main course was cold by the time they served the food, and by the way, very small quantity. 600TL per person, too much for such a service.

the food is great and the place is good .prices are a lot higher than normal restaurants .iam ok with that but the staff is really bad at serving the customer . they seem like they are forced to work there .

The foods were good but the portions are very small, the atmospher was also good... Despite the high prices the place where we sit was cold and they didnt open the heater on and said it is broken. At the end we want to pay the Bill with card but they said that accidently they cut the bill as Cash... And even they wanted us to go and take the money from the atm...! We have to pay it via money transfer..!!! Not again..!!!

This place has some amazing Lebanese food(in my opinion of course). The vibe of the restaurant is very elegant and calm. It’s a bit pricey but the service and food evens out the cost. It is in such a beautiful location and is a perfect spot after shopping in Nisantasi! Will definitely be going again!

An amazing quiet place to dine in. The food is so Lebanese by taste, presentation and quantity in your dish! Very lovely and classy staff! I really recommend it if you wanna feel like eating in the middle of Lebanon!

Hi Mr. Rami Al Hallab,This is a very personal letter to you from one of your loyal customers. My partner and I have been coming to your restaurant in Nisantasi for many weeks. We absolutely love your food and the service from your staff when they like a clock work and when your doorman oversees the operation. We went to your restaurant for lunch today and the service was terrible to a point where we had to call your main restaurant phone number 3 times. Even after that, we had no service from anyone. The girl who was at the door was having a holiday at your expense and mine. When I confronted your assistant manager about the service being poor particularly today, she said “Please go”. We may only be 2 heartbroken loyal customers today. I wonder how many of us out there cursing on your restaurant and tarnishing your good name that you had so worked hard to establish and maintain around the world. I am disappointed to say the least. We loved everything about your restaurant so far. What happened today left a really bad taste in our mouths. I am sure you can rectify this by doing some weeding of your own. All the best.

Very nice place in high class area “Nishantasi“ quinoa tabula, mutabal and mix fatayer was tasty. Bread was fresh and hot, main course and dessert the Mafrooka was tasty too.. I liked the Ambiance and decoration. Service was very good

I am Lebanese. And i know how the food should be. Really its so bad i ordered many things but the taste not good. Waiters and place are nice. But i dont recommend the food. And the price are expensive comparing to other places.

Such friendly waiters and the food is absolutely amazing!!! Would recommend for anybody who misses Arabic food :)There was a little longer wait but it’s all worth it because the food was 10/10. Would definitely come back someday!

What a great surprise to know that Al Hallab does exist in Nişantaşi, İstanbul.They opened 6 months ago and remained closed for 4 months due to the second wave of the pandemic.I am one of the first 100 costumers to enjoy a real, authentic, fine dining Lebanese experience at the top-notch Al Hallab resturant.The experience is a second to none. No surprise as this branch is not a franchised concept like many others in Europe, and it’s owned by Al Hallab group.The great news is that they are opening a second branch with a sea view in Istanbul in the upcoming months.Thanks to my waiter, Islam Kaya. He made me feel comfortable and welcome. The management did well with its human resource selection.

i came to try the kunefe, its not the best but surely Lebanese. the only issue is the "kaake" it was not the Lebanese version and not fresh. I will try next time the food and review it. the prices are moderate

The best Lebanese food in Istanbul.We had the best time with excellent service with the great Authentic Lebanese food.A really special place where all items are extremely fresh.Don’t ask when it comes to sweets.... yummy, the best oriental sweets in the world.
