One of the best places in Hanoi for authentic Italian food. Pizza was amazing aswell as the surf & turf. Service was also amazing. Customer service was great too

After a horrible experience at a nearby Italian restaurant by the church where we walked out due to the owners rudeness, we decided to eat here instead. We thought quick and easy and and did not have high expectations. Wow were we surprised. Incredibly well trained staff, friendly and professional, thoughtful, came a couple times just to ask if everything was all right, did proper offerings to upsell and were not pushing about it. Fast and Incredibly well trained. The food was really good. I was so surprised with the level of quality and service here, I noticed someone talking business in the corner with a staff member and inquired if it was the manager or owner. It was the owner, and I was compelled to let him know how impressed I was. This is very unusual for me. But he was a very nice man and you could see the pride he took in hearing how good his staff was. Eat here, youll get a really nice surprise.

Food and staffs attitude are both not good

Last experience at the Hai Ba Trung restaurant was less than stellar (than usual).The 2nd floor was way understaffed (only 01 main waiting staff for the entire floor and another at the bar, which was baffling as weekend is usually busiest.The said staff when asked for childrens drawing paper responded that they had run out, but in fact it was given out by the manager to other tables later on!When the food came, the pizza was not thin crust as ordered and just lukewarm.I cant really blame the waiting staff, the issue lies entirely with management when they let the place severely understaffed.

We arrived there at 8:25 pm and almost got rejected by the staff. I know that its understandable since its 2nd day of Tết. However, we got in and have some good meals

The food is decent. Good amount of food for the money. For 2 persons only order 2 dishes or you will leavs the restaurant with some leftovers. Kids will love this place.

Al Fresco is one of my favorite resto, even in HCMC. I like the foods, taste delicious. I ordered passion mojito the mixture is so delicious & I love it thats why I ordered another glass but unfortunately the taste/mixture wasnt same as the 1st one. I informed the Manager about this & she is very kind, she deducted in my bill but I told her to put it back as Im kinda worried also that they might charged it with their crew. Over-all I enjoyed it. Even the seafoods fried rice that I ordered for take away, its delicious.

Very friendly staff, everybody speaks English. Food is expensive, but meals are huge and so delicious!🙈🙈🙈 Lasagna is perfect!

AVOID this location as some others have said. They cannot speak english and bring out wrong orders but for some reason they blame the customer and refuse to change or comp the bill. All staff especially the manager are useless. He also doesnt wash his hands after using the toilet.

Good location. Alfresco is a well-managed F&B chain in Vietnam for decades. The thing I like the most is they keep offering attractive & affordable lunch combo for each two persons. This location of Alfresco in Hanoi is the same well manage in terms of decoration, service and food quality. Alfresco is always of my favorite (and my familywhen eating out casual western dishes.

Pretty decent Western menu. Service was good and really friendly. Nice place to go to if you have seafood allergies and cant risk eating Vietnamese every night.

Worth to order special menu. Guava Juice and avocado smoothie were good.

franchise restaurant.food is normal. but service is suck at this store.especially the young service woman at 1st floor is very unkind.

First, I ordered Salmon fettucine but ham fettucine came out, which was ok. Secondly, I asked for my steak medium but well-done came out. The food overall was mediocre. The restaurant was busy because many stores are closed for Tet. But I still would find somewhere else for better food

Soup was of the day was chicken and mushroom and was amazing. Pizza Julie had she said was awesome and the spaghetti I had was great, would recommend this one guys as cost was reasonable also

This is a great place to get American style food. The burgers are nice and juicy and are probably the best you can get around here. Has a really upbeat atmosphere and as fun to go and get away from it all.

Just ordered nachos with extra chicken. My "nachos" were Doritos. Extra chicken apparently mean absolutely no chicken at all whatsoever. I am very disappointed at this ridiculous waste of money. Stay away!

I initially chose to eat dinner here because the price of a glass of wine wasnt outrageous, is that wrong? I had the Peri Peri Prawns, 4 big prawns and they were fantastic. For the main I had their Sizzling Steak, NZ Ribeye, also fantastic. I wish I had taken pictures to include but no luck, just trust me…On a side note… double check the total amount if you pay with a credit card…

The hawian pizza was spot on and service is good. Its also nice and comfy.

The steak with mushrooms for the set course lunch was awful. Pizza (seafood deluxewas OK but in general this is western food for people who dont know what good Western food is (went with a local who likes the place).
