From swimming pool to sauna to tennis courts, it has all features of good hotel … only needs a bit of enterprising ideas and spirit!Lived in Al Shahzad hotel for a year and a half. Excellent staff especially Mr.Mohammed who really tried to help as the best he could. Took breakfast every morning with fresh mint and fruits. The room where I stayed has been spacious with good mattress. Very helpful cleaner. It is home to me rather than a hotel so my rating maybe bit on high side if I just stay few nights!

ضيف درجة ثانيه لأن مسؤول ما يقيم في الفندقموظفة الاستقبال غير ودوده واستغلاليهاثاث الغرف والاكساء فيها قديم يحتاج للتجديدالبار في الغرفه صفر لا ماء ولا غلايه ولا اي شيءأبدا لا يرتقي لمستوى الخمس نجوماجمل ما فيه الاطلاله
