Lovely place and great food and service.

Wonderful staff along with a gorgeous atmosphere and scenery. Traditional Omani dishes are prepared very well and they burn frankincense adding to the ethnic experience. Highly recommended for those wanting a professional and excellent dining experience. Business casual attire is recommended.

First of all, there is nothing to say about the taste and shape of the food. The shape and taste are very exquisite. The service is also very appropriate, very friendly Omani waiter. Only the price is a little bit beyond expectations.

They are poorly managed. The venue closes at 4:00 and they declined to serve food at 3:00.

The food was excellent

Food was definitely inspired by traditional cuisine with a delicious twist.Had harees soup for appetizers, variety of Omani bread including "mandazi" and "Lolah". They were perfectly made a delicious.Next entree was "shuwa" which was perfectly molded in a crispy and tender dough which was laying over a bed a of nicely dressed salad.For the main course we had "maqlai" the rice was nicely steamed and meat was well spiced and was served on heated plates. The flavors were nothing more special than home cooking.Service was highly available, I would say even a bit too available. It felt a bit rushing. I get it that restaurant was empty but space is required to enjoy the food.A piece of bone was found on my "shuwa" entree. Surprised too see it on the plate for a "fine dining" restaurant. It was confirmed by the waiter, but no apologies or ammends were made.The desert was on the house since we were celebrating a birthday. The variety of luban ice cream, halwa and other Omani dessert were presented very nicely and all tasted delicious. Almond chocolate cake was also given complimentary and was worth the celebration here.The interior is very beautiful.We had a good time here.

5 star royal standard restaurant which serves Omani dishes cooked by Omani chefs. The decoration is another story, you just sit and enjoy the tasty food with calm environment and best services.

I had dinner there many times since Angham opened. I congratulate the Chef and the staff for maintaining the same standard of Excellence over time. My experience every time I go is a pleasurable and a memorable one . The quality of food is a superb representation of the Omani Cuisine and the decore has a beautiful Omani ambience. Charming time while experiencing the Omani hospitality whether you are celebrating a special occasion as resident or a tourist.

Nice and courteous staff, soothing ambience and reasonably good food. The choice of food and juices is also wide. Shark salad, lobster and king fish were particularly good, and the luban frankincense ice cream had a unique, tongue pleasing taste.

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel. Majestic restaurant with fine dining!! The food was excellent and the service was perfect. We were warned to book ahead although that didnt seem necessary for our visit! We didnt see any locals and it was only tourist but a great experience nonetheless!

Its very elegant resturant, service is good and food is special, of course the rates are on the higher side but its worthy to give a try or take someone you want to impress either as a friend or client or....., its having a dedicated rooms as well if you want more privacy with elegance.

Food is ok. Design is just like any posh home in the GCC area, Service is Zero, impolite, hosts makes you feel as if you are entering a Presidential Palace and almost Interrogates you 🤣 Very expensive.

We dined post opera. The fact that we were only one of 2 tables should have told me everything I needed to know about this restaurant. The room is beautiful as are the tables. The food and service are the problem. I felt rushed to make a decision on my main course. We started with salad and an appetizer that were ok. For my main, I ordered shuwa. It was basically inedible. Meat was very fatty with lots of gristle, and way over spiced for my taste. Server never came back to see if we wanted to order more sparkling water, which I needed due to the spiceiness of my main. A complimentary dessert sampler to finish did little to ease the pain. The meal was expensive $68 or.

Heads Up, no children under 6 years old allowed. Considering that the place is quite expensive, and that Omanis often have several children, youd think that a Mothers Day dinner wouldnt require getting a sitter.

We were a group of 7 and ordered more a lot of dishes for sharing.Food was great, much better then our expectation!Although it is similar cuisine the the neighboring countries, it was very unique in its taste and flavors!

Traditional omani food served in a very classy manner. The place definitely does deserve its spot the Top 10 Restaurants in Muscat. Definitely worth a try. Keep in mind though that the food is comparatively more expensive so dont be alarmed by the prices 😂

Try there shuwa samosa for starters, shuwa rice and chicken briyani and most of there desserts are nice specially frankincense ice cream
