We had not been there for over a decade. Evidently there are new owners as of a week ago.Food was excellent. The portabella fries were extremely good. Interesting (in a good waymenu. They offer eggs and picanha?! We are for sure going back to try out more.

Visited on Saturday evening with my brother and my kids and it was phenomenal! I ordered the gunslinger and it was great! The pimento cheese is delicious and the meat is seasoned so well and so juicy. The pita bread is so good too soft and nice flavor. My kids enjoyed theirs as well! They were kind of skeptical about trying something different even my picky eater found fish sticks on the menu and gave it 2 thumbs up and of course loved their surprise after. The artwork on the walls is for sale and there are some really neat pieces. I cant even say enough good things about this restaurant. You need to enjoy it for yourself.

It was my first time trying out this Arkopolis since they aren’t owned by the same owners as the other Arkopolis closer to my house. I still would prefer the Arkopolis off of SE 29th as I like their Greek sauce a lot more but the people working were very nice and friendly. The prices were reasonable as well.

I called at 323, when they only had 4 cars in the parking lot and they were not busy. Their phone rang once and then disconnected me, 5 times. I was out in the parking lot and no other customers went in or out, and yet they couldnt answer the phone.New owners must not care about getting business.

Wow a so called greek restaurant with no hummus also they sell fried mushrooms but dont have any not to mention the cheap little red cups will not be coming back here again.

Good good, friendly people. Love the pita bread and home made fries! Im traditional and stick with the Acropolis, but they have other more creative variations.

This place makes the best gyros and the owner is a really cool guy he remembers my name and my order everytime I come in very friendly

This is hands down my favorite place. It was fresh and hot. The serving size is huge. Great service, great atmosphere. Will continue going to this place. I highly recommend the gyro here to everyone I know!

I got the gyro sandwich and fries. They were so good and they gave you alot.

So much food, and all so good. Stopped here while nearby for a conference, if I lived closer itd be a regular place for me.

The last time I visited I was with my Dad. He died in January and walking in was a bittersweet moment. Food is good. Environment could use help and even updated but overall Im there for the food.

This place has been the best place to get Gyros in the area since I was in high school and it still is!

Terrible service evidently they have new owners because this is the second timeIve been in and they only had one person working and he took forever chit chatting with another customer who came in after me only to find out he never even started cooking my order in the first place after he gave the other customer there order he then proceeded to come ask me what I ordered again after 30 min of waiting I asked for my money back and went to the other one on Douglas Blvd where I had great service and food was great even cheaper I wont ever go back

Since the new ownership took over the food quality has REALLY improved. They also added some new gyro variations to their menu. Shout out to the owner in there working like a one-man-band!!!

Akropolis gets it right every time. Gave their Thunder fries a try, the spicy tzatziki is the perfect addition to an already great meal. Not to mention how loaded it is!

Weird. No hummus. The fries we ordered was a pile of french fry crumbs like from the bottom of the bag of frozen fries. Just passing thru town, wont be back.

Akropolis has the best gyros in Midwest city. The meat is fresh and portions are huge. The chicken is really good as well. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and never leave disappointed!

I went in this establishment to pick up a doordash order not knowing they don’t have doordash and he was very very rude. Won’t be visiting this place ever.

Excellent food. Hot very tasty and cooked to order. I had to wait for my falafel to cool down! We will be back.

Meat was delicious. Server very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Onion rings will be better when they go back to making their own. Expected cheese to be melted on cheese fries...

Thunder fries are amazing(they can make mild or spicy). Great little restaurant; highly recommend.

My first (and hopefully lasttime in OKC, but this place made it better. It was fantastic from the customer service to the food. If you love a good gyro, stop here. The wait time for food was a little too long in my opinion, but it was still good.

This food is amazing. Been to Greece and this is the same gyro on the pole, their tsazuk sauce is delish, homemade Im sure. Fries alone are worth it, the best, always freshly made from real potatoes, not frozen with a bunch of preservatives. Must go today!

Best gyros around and the people are so friendly. They truly care about their customers experience. The only downside is they do not have fountain drinks, only cans.

Delicious gyro sandwiches a and some great falafel. They were big and warm and looked like hush puppies. The staff was great as well. Very fast and polite.

Come for the food and check out the artwork. Food was fresh and fast. They do offer online ordering through a delivery service, but the descriptions werent available when I attempted. Opted to just drive over and go inside. Happy that it worked out that way, as I really enjoyed my lunch inside the restaurant.

Worried when new owners took over but food tastes same except sauce is thicker (better to me& they have more on the menu. Not from OKC but visit this place when we do. Our kids & spouses visit here now. Would recommend to anyone that likes gyros. Very nice people.

Todays experience at Akropolis was phenomenal! The new owners customer service is top-notch! Theyre welcoming positive attitude, her keeping me updated while I was waiting on my to-go order. Her giving me all the condiments and utensils I needed in my bag without asking, she even gave me a couple extra tzatziki sauce has without me asking, I always ask for extra tzatziki sauce. The music while I was waiting was great, its all out a great atmosphere to eat in, and I love the new look it has inside, A lot more colorful and fun. FOOD! Lets talk about the food! WOW! Every time I go there, all the food they serve me and my family looks so beautiful, it feels like Im eating something straight out of a Greek Restaurant Commercial! We love this place! The owner (woman with purple hairis so incredibly kind and caring. The food is top notch- we drive 30 minutes to eat here when we can! I recommend the West Coast Salad with chicken!

This place is an absolute gem! The food is amazing. The Gyro meat is incredible! The service is unmatched, its like getting lunch from old friends. The lady working was so sweet to put kids and so thoughtful when putting everything together, taking into consideration that kids were eating. Ive never experienced that anywhere else. So happy we found this place. Will definitely become regulars here!

The food was amazing, absolutely delicious. The customer service was as good as the food too. Easily one of the best restaurants in Oklahoma city. The meat practically melts in your mouth. The sauces are great too, and their are a lot of them. We will absolutely be giving them our business, frequently. Your money goes far here because the prices are good but the amount of food you get for it is mind boggling. I cant say enough good things about them. Great feel, great people, great food, great prices. What more could you possibly ask for? We love this place!

I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the best greek food Ive ever eaten. The presentation of the food is stunning. The Staff make the whole experience even better. Warm-hearted people work here and you can tell that they enjoy making this food based on how it looks. I will definitely come back. Please do yourself a favor and eat at this place ASAP.

This place has been around for years and years. However, it is under new ownership right now. It was already an awesome restaurant before. The new owners have managed to make it even better. Ive been there a few times now since the new owners and I love their creativity. They have a lot of new stuff on the menu. Ive had the traditional gyro, its called the acropolis. Ive also tried the roughneck, its awesome!! Everyone Ive seen working there has also been very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. In my top 3 of gyro shops in the OKC area.

Super tasty every time I’ve eaten there...I get a deconstructed gyro and it’s always packed up super nicely. The entire meal is tasty and fresh. Delicious pita...feta...meat...cucumber sauce....lettuce... olives... onions....on point over here. Fries are good too. Reasonably priced and ready in no time. It’s a huuuuge meal that I cannot finish at 9 months pregnant so unless your appetite is just massive I think you’re gonna be satiated. I call it in and it’s ready by the time I drive up there. This is The best gyro I’ve ever had because the toppings are different than a lot of hole in the wall places.

I have gone to this restaurant for many years. I guess these are the new owners. I continued to visit every weekend after getting introduced to a new gyro Indian taco because it was really good, I would tell the man on the grill how I wanted my meat cooked as I did the same this night and I’m always very satisfied. I will say every time I go it’s this lady working behind the counter that presents herself to the public nice but the entire time of your wait while their preparing your food you have to listen to her negative complaining to to cook yelling the entire time. I ignored her and laughed it off many times but I have to say something this time because my food was horrible. I will say they were very busy, there was almost a thirty minute wait. I ordered the gyro Indian taco as I said with the same special request to please put my beans on the side he always does wrapped in foil and how I like my meat prepared . I got no gyro meat at all and a lot of beans dumped on a piece of pita bread with a pinch of lettuce and tomato I guess that’s what that was and a squirt of sour cream on top. Just nasty! Needless to say i had to go back in to ask for a extra piece of pita bread that I didn’t get not realizing I had no gyro meat and this was a beans taco lol. No more business from Susan. I just wanted to let them know they won’t get my business anymore and the public what their service may be. GOTTA FIND A NEW SPOT!!!

I just ate here for the first time. Wow! Amazing food, but the reception we received was even better. I will be a " regular ". The young lady who took care of us was so friendly and energetic. She made us feel like she has known us forever. Sauces are crazy good. Gyros are the best Ive ever had.

It was an ok place to go to for some gyros. In Indiana where we used to live there was a place called king Gyro and there was a huge difference in the gyro. This place had a gyro with half the amount of meat on the gyro. Fries also were a bit too fried maybe take it out of the fryer sooner. I will probably not be returning unless if I check other gyro places and don’t find improvement. People at the place were very nice and polite. Menu was a bit limited but overall it was good. This location is right on air depot short drive from Tinker AFB.

fast service, heard this place has been here since 1971!! Friendly staff. I had the Gyro Supreme.. it was ok.. it was a little wet. seats about 60.. I had no problem finding a park at 630pm
