Akra Drastis (Акра Драстис) - Tourist attraction in Corovode, Albania
Very scenic place to visit, be very careful if you decide all the way down as its not the best surface, you may end up grounding the car.
Mesmerizing, beautiful and breathtaking place. The views are stunning! Definitely must see on Korfu!
Amazing view, it was so beautiful that we went there twice in one day. I recommend renting a scooter or quad in Sidari to get to this point.
Couldnt get further on the cape, there was a lady living in wooden home with lots of dogs
You can drive all the way down, its bumpy, but you can. However .. you dont see a lot as at the bottom, they charge to take you to a sandy beach. When youre halfway down the track, there is a footpath which leads to the beautiful rock formations and sandy bays. But... Some nice person has moved in with a big fence and loud dogs! Not sure if he owns the beautiful beach, or if hes just decided to move in and take it over. Really not worth going all the way down to the bottom, but do drive part way until you get to a sharp right hand hairpin. Park up and take photos as its the only view worth seeing
If you are in Corfu, this is one of the most beautiful places you must visit. Nice also to watch the sunset from here
Nice spot for sunset
Beautiful place, lovely views, and best places to swim are around there!
A kind a hard go get place but the view is wonderful
IT is privat and locked. We cant go inside !
You can access it by car, no need to leave the car up there. However, there is also a viewpoint, before getting down, on the left side(very risky), if you leave the car in the very crowded parking, up on the road to Cape Drastis. The view there is even more spectacular.
Amazing views and you can access with you car or scooter
This point is not reachable! Its a fance over ther.
Its a beautiful place for sure. BUT BE AWARE! Two local men are blocking the view point and direct access to the beach. The only possible way to get to the beach is with a boat, which is of course not for free. The local scammers were very aggressive, so watch out.
Nice place to visit in Corfu!Lovely views from the path leading to the beach on a cliff.Once Maps leads you to the place where you can park your car its about 10mins of walking to get to the actual water. From where we went, you can only get to the water on a cliff, there was no sandy beach there. To get to the sandy beach you need a boat ride.
We didn’t take a boat to the beach. We drove nearby for sunset and just decided maybe we can walk a bit there. The whole area was closed claimed to be “private”, with two cars dumped in the road and dogs guarding, despite the fact that the path is clearly deserted and full of garbage dumping everywhere. Guess it is the boat rental company doing it, which makes reaching the beach by boat the only option.
Amazing view! Long walk but worth it! Definitely bring water and comfortable shoes with you
Spectacular views of the amazing shapes of the white cliffs of northern Corfu. You can also have a glimpse of the cliffs from your flight out of the island on certain routes
A place of unique beauty. If you are in Corfu, you have to visit this place.
The view is as described. Excellent for photography. However, the beach is not a classic sand beach, but a rocky harbor where you can enjoy your bath nevertheless
Beautiful place.. quiet remote. We arrived by a sailboat before the tourist boats did so we had a moment of peace. :)
AMAZING VEWS!!!!! We drove there since we have an AWD but I think it is doable with any car. Worth a short visit
Nice road to the "beach", we harvested some blueberries, but got a bit disappointed that the end of it supposed taking a fast boat (20$/personto καναλι του εροτα. No other option available at the destination, unfortunately. But, still, a nice path to cross if equipped with hiking sandals or something similar. Nice place to take a short bath before going back up. Keep in mind though, the end of the road is pretty narrow and might be difficult finding a parking spot. We found our car "kissed" by another, right before running away :))
Even if it’s full of tourists it was sooo worth it jumping off cliffs and seeing the caves :)
Amazing views
Boat trip around the beautiful caves. Stunning ❤️
Amazing view points!
Someone has closed the access to the beach illegally as it seems and has dogs guarding the place. The only access is through boat via a small place on the rock. our guess is the same people closing the access are the ones with the boat business. There are better places around the area, don’t waste your time coming.
You can take a nice picture when you walk a little bit from the parking place. But thats it. No shadow, no swimming. Only a short view. We left after 5 minutes because it was so 36°.
Very beautiful.
There is not direct access due to private place on its way. So just take a photo from top and do not go down to the sea like us. There is a classic tourist trap with another overpriced offers
It is worth seeing, it is impressive.
Beautiful scenic views. Easy to walk to if you’re staying in Sidari. I walked there early in the morning when the temperature was perfect for it and it was a lovely trip.
Amazing view point. Possible to reach by car
Great view and place to see sunset.
Great view, easier to get there with the rental boat.
One of the top places to visit on Corfu.
Lovely views from the path leading to the beach on a cliff.Once Maps leads you to the place where you can park your car its about 10mins of walking to get to the actual water. From where we went, you can only get to the water on a cliff, there was no sandy beach there. To get to the sandy beach you need a boat ride.
Absolutely mesmerizing spot. It requires a lot of walking, but its more than worth the effort.
Absolutely stunning views, do not miss this place! However, do not take the view point to the left when walking down, it’s about 1000ft drop and you need to climb up a tiny steep slopes with no space at the top, very dangerous. Theres a few view points all unguarded edges.4/5 stars due to the risk of dying thanks to the amazing greek health and safety.
I am not impressed, view from drone is great, but otherwise you don’t see much.
Do not go to see the sunrise there!!! We got up early this morning only to see it, but all we saw was the entrance to some orkish camp (at least it looked like one, caption below).Guys, if You respect Your tourists, and I believe You do, add opening hours to google.
From the top its a beautiful place, but you can’t go down directly to the beach because a crazy guy blocks the entrance with a car and shouts at you in greek if you try to cross.. I’ve read the other reviews that the they say its a “private property”.. probably a scam, sad that the police allows this to happen for years…
The view is breathtaking! go all the way down(by the way don’t be afraid to drive down, the road is not so bad.we left our car on the parking as the most of people and felt sorry, as it’s quite a steep climb when you go back),there is a nice place to swim. And not so many people as on canal d’amour
Quite touristic place, but worth visiting. Proberly when you go early in the mmorning it will be less busy. Enjoy the view.
Amazing bay with breathtaking view.Must visit place if you travel to Corfu.
Breathtaking view, must go to!!! Don t miss the golden hour ;for more contents check my instagram: andrea_syre
One of the most beautiful places on Corfu especially at sunset. The drive was a little challenging and you definitely need a satnav but its a must do.
The pictures speak for themselves, must visit if you are in corfu. Please try not to litter while there, this is a location of incredible natural beauty that needs to be preserved.
Absolutely amazing views. A long walk, would recommend a car or scooter. Didn’t find a way to access the actual beach.
