Very accessible place located just opposite the East African Civil Aviation college

I was here for just 1 night.This is not only a very suitable place for commuters but also well situated right next to Soroti town.I will give the hotel praise for its good atmosphere, good rooms, hospitality and so on.The parking yard is wide enough to cover a good number of vehicles.

No wifi,... In my room no alternative between hot and cold water.... Or your burn yourself or you take a cold shower. Breakfast supposed to start AT 7AM is starting close to 8AM. Except those parameters all was ok...

It would not be my first choice in soroti. The cleanliness n customer care still needs some work. But the wifi works great at least n being right by the roadside its pretty accessible.

AH is well located, close to down town but far enough to give one the countryside feeling. Must have been excellent in its heyday, but now due for a comprehensive remake. The Staff though are superb and very friendly.

Spacious rooms, great staff and the meals were good except breakfast as they had limited options. On the downside, I visited when the hotel provided internet was off and I had to get an Airtel sim card as the others were not getting past 1mbps. Just an FYI in case you have to work while there and need to be online, Airtel works best there.

The rooms are good but look crowded. The showers are okay but some plumbing work needs to be done. They are leaky. No pool, no gym... Not a place you would enjoy for long. No recreation.

Great place. Lovely clean and tidy.Staff friendly and well secured area.Julio keeps the gardens to a very high standard and promotes the hotel very well.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is courteous. Room service rates are not set though. Varies which I found weird. Other than that, it was ideal for my 2 night stay while I concluded business in Soroti and Moroto.

I would love to rate this place higher, but it did not have AC and they ran out of fans, so it was a very hot night. Food also took HOURS to come. If they can fix those two things, this place would be great.

Nice but boring. Its far away from town. There is nothing in and/or around this place.The rooms are okay, the service is good (very customer oriented)Update (next morning): rating reduced to average - there was no warm water (even not after 15 minutes flushing), the bathroom has black mold and the mosquito net is very small and therefore not acceptable for an executive room (UGX 85k).

The Annex is great, quiet, clean, cosy. With Gym, pool and good security.

Loud music from the bar across the main street made sleep tough. Ask for a room away from the music.Otherwise, I really liked the hotel. Nice big, clean room. Strong ac. Friendly staff. Good price.

Reception and service were very good. The challenge was Wi-Fi connectivity!!

Soroti never stops to amaze us. When we travel, stay here. Nice accommodation, fridge, warm shower. The restaurant department esp the meals needed a fix but management promised they will hire an expert to equip the staff with expert knowledge in preparing some meals. Soroti Area hot. Travel with light clothes and drink lots of water
