Самый худший от в Ашхабаде wi-fi бесплатно написано а там платно завтра тоже невкусно номера старые сломанны.

Отель не плохой номер отличный завтра оставляет желать лучшего, но в целом все хорошо .

Номер с виду чистый но по факту очень грязный по углам мусор зеркала размыты неприятный запах в номере душ течет телевизор не показывает персонал заходит в номер в грязной обуви с крана в ванной по утрам течёт ржавая вода в отсутствие заходит персонал в номер грязное полотенце бросила на пол чтобы поменяли при уборке а они сложили и повесили обратно очень не понравилось всё это!На отеле стоит 3 ⭐но я бы и одной не дала!

Очень грубо относятся к людям , и в номерах не чисто в ванной ...

За вай-фай заплатила 10 манат ,но он не работал ,попросила взять оплату картой ,сказали подготовят счёт к утру ,в итоге оплатила наличными , девушка на ресепшене просто сделала "круглые"глаза ,а так нормально

Нравится мне этот отель, постоянно останавливаюсь в нём несмотря на цену и расположение, номера чистые, дневной ресепшен очень даже приветлив и дружелюбен (в отличие от грубого ночного ресепшена и охраны!), сотрудники ресторана так же вежливые и отзывчивые, несмотря на молодой возраст! Никто вас особо не будет беспокоить если хотите провести спокойное рабочее время в этом месте. Виды с окон номеров так же очень даже приятные...с этой зеленью!Не лукавил в рекомендациях, так как был во многих отелях г. Ашх !

Ахх... Прекрасное место... Бассейн чистый (да и это единственное место, где я была в этом отелеОчень добрый персонал. Столько воспоминаний нагоняет это место... Спасибо

Все идеально хороший вайфай чистое место и хороший персонал. Девушка с прачки спасибо большое за идеальную глажку вещей. Почему не 5 звёзд потому что слишком дорого.

Захожу значит я в номер. Чего то навозом пахнет. И у кровати всё больше. Смотрю кривизна на кровати. Убираю простыню и там мне наложили 《приятный》сюрприз . Две звезды только за завтрак. Так что проверяйте тщательно комнаты, уважаемые туристы!

Средненький отель ,ресепшен выглядит нормально, завтрак есть и на том спасибо, уборка в номерах тоже среднего уровня . Уровень отеля это уставшая 4* где нибудь в Египте , требующая реновации но помнящяя лучшем времена и читающая в своих мечтах ,а не в реальности )

Wir haben bei der Durchreise 2 Tage in dem Hotel verbracht. Es hat einen Flair aus den Post Soviet Zeiten.Aber das Hotel war sauber, das Personal freundlich.Frühstück sehr ok, und am Abend konnte man in der Gartenbar mit gemütlicher Musik Bier trinken.Essen in der Gartenbar sehr OK.Aussicht vom Hotel gut und das Internet geht gut, wenn man VPN hat.Einige Restaurants in der Gegend

Nice hotel. A few bars of site. Breakfast is basic being English but still nice.Lovely views from rooms depending which side of the hotel you are put in you either have thr mountains or the airport/city

This hotel is nothing fancy but it ticks all the boxes while it is clean, has a good bed, decent breakfast and helpful staff

Nous avons payé 120 dollars la nuit pour un hôtel complètement défraichi, un personnel peu aimable et un wifi de mauvaise qualité. Pour ce prix on pensait au moins avoir des conseils pour visiter la ville ou une aide pour réserver des billets de train, il nen est rien. Quitte à payer cher un hôtel dans cette ville, autant ajouter quelques dollars pour un vrai hôtel de standing.

Just stayed there in late January, 2019. Everything in the room is from 1995 or even earlier. The heater/air conditioners filter in the room has never been cleaned and blows air filled with smoke, dust, pollen etc. The only way we could breathe was to open the window...in January...and leave it open and leave the heat turned up high. WiFi works...but you have 1Mbit bandwidth for the whole hotel so it is almost unusable, and FB, WhatsApp, all social media, and most sites are blocked.That said, the lobby was nice and the staff super friendly and polite. They would do anything to help you and they meticulously organized and cleaned our room (except that filter!). The lobby was impeccably clean.Note: the British and German Embassy have space in this building, so someone is always listening.

The hotel was in a central location and that was what we needed for the students to easily come to hotel for their exam. However, it didn’t worth the money we paid to stay in the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t good, awful to be honest. The egg was boiled maybe for more than half an hour. The inside wasn’t even yellow anymore. They didn’t serve decent coffee, just instant one. The water was gone during the day when I wanted to have a shower. I’d prefer staying in a different hotel when I’m back to Ashgabat.

Very comfortable hotel with some really nice front desk staff. WiFi was definitely the biggest issue here, as it only worked in the lobby and some days did not work at all, but other than that I had a really pleasant stay at the Ak Altyn Oteli. Rooms were pretty standard, beds were relaxing, showers worked great. I personally loved the breakfast at this hotel, found the variety to be great and some items changed up from day to day, so I was never bored with it despite spending multiple nights here. Also has a bar and 24/7 restaurant inside the hotel, along with a nightclub, all great additions that make things even better for staying there.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Rooms are very spacious and the hotel is very clean. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was of good quality. Hotel also has a pool (which has seen better daysbut still a great asset in the hot weather of the city. Easy to walk to some of the main sites from the hotel. Excellent shop selling carpets in the hotel lobby. Definitely worth considering if you are visiting the city. Hotel also has a nightclub.when you in the hotel will feel in the soviet union

Ужасный отель. Меня направляют сюда в командировку четвертый год подряд. На протяжении 4-лет мебель всё хуже и хуже, никто не заморачивается со сменой сантехники, замков дверей, поэтому и вещи и пропадают. Кондиционер не работает, довелось испытать все прелести Туркменской жары. С прошлого месяца отсутствует бутылка с водой, хотя бы 0,33. Телевидение, по сравнению с прошлым годом, показывает 8 канала, до этого вместе с местными около 20. Обслуживание в номерах 3-х разовое. Понедельник, среда и пятница. Завтрак в сравнении с 2014 годом никакой. Люблю булочки, ни разу не было свежих. Из бесплатного остался стакан, салфетки на столе, туалетная бумага и музыка из бара "Кактус" до 23-30. Поэтому за 82 доллара в сутки на многое в этом "хостеле" рассчитывать не стоит, цена не маленькая. Из хорошего приятный персонал на ресепшен.

Umm. First of all its too expensive for an average tourist. Second thing what Im not okay with is "its really old inside, i have seen some spots on my pillow which made me sleep at my friends the other night", The third thing is that they have translation problems. However, its kinda good and the personal is friendly.

空港に近い大型ホテル。旧ソ連の建物でいろいろ古めです。Wi-Fiは1台４マナット。でも国策なのか、FacebookやInstagramなどSNSは使用できません。朝食は品数も多く美味しかったです。近くに小さなスーパーがありますが、英語はほば通じません。

The hotel became one of the worst in TM in the past decade. Just go for Nissa, Archabil, Oguzkent or Yyldyz.

It middle class quality, standart hotel. The beds are squeky, stuff in the room is a bit dusty, bathroom is old style. However, if you use it from night to night and you are tired enough, you dont much care about these at all. There is a disco and kareoke bar behind of the hotel.

We are a group travelling overland and found the Ak Altyn a little piece of luxury after our crossing over the Caspian from Azerbaijan. It is clean and pleasantly decorated and found the staff to be friendly and very helpful.

OK superficially. Staff training needs attention.

Our mattresses were really terrible, the room service was not good, some of the lamps didnt work, the bathroom smelled bad and the room itself was not clean enough, and the wireless works in few places. I think the Hotel can not be rated better than a three-star one.

Even if the hotel is old, its placed in center of our capital and this good for them who have business. Comfort is also good, good view from the both sides of hotel. Service is better than 3-4 years ago.
