Their service is very poor..We stayed there for 2 days ..Rooms were always wet bcoz of rain and no room services were available to clean the room

Serviced apartments centrally located in Salalah yet very calm and serene. Friendly staff. Gym with separate timings for ladies is appropriate for Oman culture.

Old flates and pestisides smell but the staff were highly cooperative and great people .

This building has swimming pool & gym, although the room size is little small but from location point of view it is good. Just 800 metres from supermarket Lullu & Salalah Gardens Mall

There are many things like little things matter a lot mentality neededThe staff is very very friendly and very very helpful.The rooms are wow spacious and Hotel is the best accessible to malls and beach.If you love walking this is also a very good place For it.The pool is officially not temperature controlled..The new management plus owners can do wonders if they handle the property very well .

This hotel is only 2 stars.The staff is friendly.On first impression the hotel is rundown. Needs lots of painting. Room looks ok but on closer inspection below standard.Self catering should have enough for the amount of people catered for.Not enough cups not enough cutlery not enought chairs for the dining table. Beds are horrible. Plumbing almost perfect. Our stove does not work. Only small plate functioning.Breakfast hall is very unappetizing but food is fine.We paid 20 omr for extra bed but its 15 at the hotel self.Maybe Im too critical staying in Hilton and Crown plaza, but you must get a clean place that make you feel happy to be there. Not that there is stuff lacking.

Four bedroom duplex apartment is really gud.

Its a 2 in one place where in half side portion is an hotel and other half is an Apartment. Further more its in the heart of the city and near by Lulu Hypermarket, Salalah garden Mall and Salalah public park.

Good hotel appartment in Salalah city. They have 2 bhk and 4 bhk appt - furnished. Comfortable if u r travelling as group.Nice cafe restaurant provides good breakfast which is included in charge. They also provide lunch and dinner.They have good pool.Khareef season room charges are double. 160 for 4bhk and 70 for 2bhk.Best time to go in Sep where rates are 80 and 35 respectively.Carry towels , soap ....etc

Dad room bathroom not clean swimming time to be kept more than 6.30pm

The residence is good, but the yard is very dirty when the hotel is fully occupied, and the pool is so crowded it is not advisable to use. The place got flooded in the big rainfall 2016 Khareef, water was hip high, took almost a week to drain fully, but it was fun! Otherwise, good location for long term residents, close to both supermarkets, Salalah Park and the city centre.

The level of this apartments is not as showen in the pictures

Nice big rooms but we saw cockroaches inside. Too bad it is not well maintained

I like the flats and the team is so welcoming i had a small issue in my room and the staff were more than happy to change it
